Within 1 month after the purchase of my Nike running shoes (267 florins!), the glue came loose and part of the material fell apart. I am 71 years old and this has never happened with any Nike that I have ever bought. Probably in a hot warehouse during Covid-year. I asked to exchange them, but the manager did not want to hear it. He was rude, had no respect and walked away.. "We do not give garantee". WHERE IS YOUR HEART !?! I am a client ever since you guys opened in Mainstreet. 10-15 years? Very, very dissapointing service !!

Great if you’re looking for Reef sandals! We bought the Reef sandals at Amito, a few doors down, but for a much higher price. This place had a better selection and prices. They were super friendly and helpful.

Some goods are marked cheaper, but when you pay, the price will be a little more expensive. This Indian boss is dishonest. Please be careful when shopping.

Bad experience. The quality of the shoes I bought was not good!!!! After wearing the shoes one time the right shoe began to peel off and after the second time the other shoe. And the shoes were not even that cheap. I am desapointed. 😡😩

Went in the store yesterday to try to make an exchange with my 5 year old granddaughter, I got poorly treated, Very Bad Service, Arrogant People, Will never recommend anybody, and will never shop or buy anything anymore at ShoeBaloo. They are money hungry people.

The women working there try their best to help customers. Lots of products in the store are visibly low quality, discolorated and sticky packages.

Worst place to buy shoes. They tear after wearing them a couple of time and then they won't help you.

Nice place to go bay shoes and if you have or something is rong they find a way to fix it
