I’d
rate
it
zero
if
I
could.
I
tried
to
buy
food,
they
told
me
it
would
be
one
price
(menu
was
a
bit
vague
on
how
many
meatballs
came
in
an
order),
but
when
I
came
to
pay,
they
tried
to
charge
me
3x
what
it
said
because
I
added
more
meatballs.
I
explained
that
the
other
employee
was
the
one
who
said
it
was
X
number
of
meatballs,
not
me
asking
to
add
any,
and
the
cashier
became
very
hostile
and
rude.
i
asked
her
to
confirm
with
her
colleague
who
was
standing
10
ft
away,
and
she
said
something
in
Papiamento
to
me
that
I
think
included
the
word
“estupido.”
I
told
her
I
no
longer
wanted
it
(it
was
like
$12
for
2
meatballs,
sorry
to
be
petty
but
it’s
principle
here,
the
menu
stated
it
was
$4)
and
she
got
even
more
mad
stating
she
was
going
to
call
security.
Note
that
I
had
said
less
than
20
words
at
this
point,
was
very
calm
and
kind,
and
was
treated
like
I
was
making
some
crazy
demands.
I
ended
up
just
walking
away
and
was
told
security
would
come
find
me
(they
never
did,
I
was
sitting
less
than
30
ft
away).
I
get
that
these
people
probably
hate
working
in
these
airport
food
joints,
and
I
get
that
they
probably
deal
with
rude
people
often
(again,
I
was
not)
but
that
doesn’t
justify
the
aggressive
behavior.
She
was
even
rude
to
the
man
who
ordered
in
front
of
me,
rolling
her
eyes
at
his
request
to
have
a
different
drink
than
what
she
took
from
the
fridge.
For
anyone
reading
this
who
works
there,
this
was
at
1:15pm
on
10/12/23.
OJT
is
an
outdated
term,
but
it
seems
to
be
a
needed
practice
at
this
joint.
