I always go through the drive through and I never know what to expect fries are sometimes half full on the 11/08/23 went through for my daughter got home opened bag and chips were half full like picture I posted it not as if the food is cheap so i would have expected for the money I spend at least getting it right and not point of going back if I’m already home or trying calling no one answers the phone at the place

The manager staffed on Wednesday October 11th 2023 at 6.45pm was the rudest person I’ve come across I ordered a Oreo McFlurry that wasn’t even half full I asked her to top it up as it was basically empty she refused as she thought it was enough I asked for a refund and went to Avondale heights Macca’s who served me an Oreo McFlurry that actually had ice cream in it.. Attempt #2 26/11/23 Oreo McFlurry purchase just as bad as the last time took a picture this time

Lacklustre service along with lazy staff that did not display any obedience to making our order at all as well as manager staring at me menacingly overpriced compared to other maccas highly, messy kitchen machine for ice cream didn’t work ask for something else offered a frappe then didn’t give it and gave a distasteful effort to offer refund overall messy inside should require health minister As well as hornets literally inside the tops of the milkshake mix probably a nest in the kitchen flies all around the area and the windows look like they have never been cleaned

Food is ready. No body try to greet and neither ask anything about why i am here in the restaurant even after telling two girls the order is ready can you please hand it to me there reaction was actuallly we are busy. If maccas are that why don't u just close if guys don't know how to treat everyone. Very bad service not even one star i am still standing i the store and writing this review atleast be generous and aknowledge i would say hungry jacks is way better than maccas there crew don't know how to acknoldge not even the manager they are just taking orders. Very disappointed with everything from this store

Worst staff. Employee names indira is worst with her customer support. Better she must find another job if she she is not having capabilities to run the store. Bunch of idiots working there and she is the manager for them. Lol first throw her out of the store.

The service is awful. Delivery never did their job properly, we are always having items missing. If everything is there it’s a miracle. The only option is the refund I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY FOOD!

After asking if their eggs were broken with a machine or by a human they replied machine then I showed them my sausage and egg muffin that was spat out with egg shells through it a lot of it to the manger never asked if I wanted a replacement meal luckily I ordered a cheeseburger as well never going to this particular Mc Donald’s in Essendon north keilor Rd And not to mention customers service is very rude and probably never eat sausage and egg as their machine feed u egg shells!!! Ruined my 40 years experience

So bought food from here to be delivered to work for my team. After 40 min, the food was delivered to the wrong address. Secondly instead of 4 burger meals, in 1 bag was 1 medium drink. Not only did we have no food. I had to wait for a refund to buy more food. Not great, after waiting so long for food.

McDonald’s is terrible when you get your food delivered, the bag comes sealed due to delivery, it’s always messy in the bag and I always get a couple wrong items that don’t match what I ordered the rest looks like it got thrown in the bag, and there is always something missing this is McDonald’s always getting it wrong not the delivery person, I tried 3 different McDonald’s to hopefully one of them will do the wright thing but no, Niddrie, Oak Park, Cobourg are terrible when it comes to delivery. I don’t always get takeaway or delivered but when I do once in awhile It’s very frustrating how they treat the food in the bag and always getting wrong. 👎😠

Ordered a large caramel sundae which are now in a cardboard cup and would a smaller size than the original small cups. For $5.45 it's an absolute rip off. There was also double the amount of caramel sauce compared to ice-cream. Such a let down on a warm day. Won't be bothering again.

3/12/23. I am honestly surprised coming to this McDonald’s and being extremely disappointed in the service and food I’ve received today. Literally the worst McDonald’s in Victoria. When it was time to receive the order I was disgusted to see the frappe. Was overfilling had 3 cups stacked on the bottom with a flat lid ontop and looked very unhygienic, unpleasant and didn’t look presentable. Very disappointed.

The fries were cold and limp, a far cry from the crispy golden perfection they once were. My burger, ordered "all the way," arrived missing onions and pickles, and the patty tasted suspiciously like cardboard. To top it all off, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking orders, and I waited an eternity for my food. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was a complete disappointment. From the lackluster food to the terrible service, it was a waste of time and money.

Been here a few times and they are pretty consistent. Hot drinks are made well, food is usually fresh, and the customer service is very quick and easy. I think they might be understaffed sometimes, they always look so busy at night so we do wait for a bit of time, but that's understandable. It is hard when there is only like 3 people at the front during the night time. Appreciate the work nonetheless.

I ask for chocolate soft serve for my sundae, I get vanilla. this has happened every time I ask for chocolate ice cream. bruh

Went through the drive thru to order a double quarter pounder. When I got him I looked at my burger snd it wasn't what I had ordered. Didn't bother going back as I couldn't be bothered. I should have checked my order before I left but who knew you could stuff up handing out a burger. Utterly pathetic. Got charged for a double quarter pounder but only received a cheese burger.

As a local, this McDonalds store is consistently bad across all areas. (1) High percentage of indifferent and lazy teenage staff with poor attitude. (2) They constantly get orders wrong – 3 times out of 4 visits. (3) The quality of the food is often seriously bad – the worst that I have ever received from any Maccas store. Head office should take a look at how this store is being run to ensure Maccas traditionally high standards are met.

Food is the same standard. Good and consistent. Coffees are fantastic and venue is very clean. The lady supervisor today was on the ball and kept the staff on their best behaviour. Great to experience.

Great to come here. There are no staff around to clear tables right away like they used to. Service for take away is fast and drive through is quick also.

Good place less staff

This is directed at management and I know it won't affect whether or not people go to maccas. Please teach your staff some old school manners. Was in the drive through at around 8:25 last night and the young lady at the pick-up window was leaning on the counter with her back to the window then handed my bag without even greeting. This is a great example of general slobiness. Then food arrived with foreign sauce all over the box, just filthy.
