This was such a great place to stay! No matter what town you’re in, you can never go wrong staying at a Ritz Carlton. Everyone working here was very friendly and very helpful. I came in town with my 15 yr old daughter and her friend to go shopping, but since we were only in town for 24 hours, we didn’t have time to utilize all the amenities. We stayed in a 1BR Suite with a sleeper sofa on the club level, which also had a balcony. The room was very spacious for the 3 of us, but next time, I’ll be sure to get a room with 2 full baths because it’s impossible to share a bathroom with 2 15 year old girls🙂

As a formal professional, long-term regular, I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received back in August 2022 I was profiled for soliciting pr*stitution by the Ritz Carlton general manager Breanna, & Dallas police department, Officer Esperanza, loss prevention officer Don Harms. I haven’t spoken up because I’ve been in therapy to process the emotional trauma I suffered that night. I went to see my favorite bartender at rattlesnake bar who is been seeing for 2 years, and I suppose because I am a young beautiful and fit dark skinned black woman with tattoos, i shouldn’t be comfortable in these spaces unless I’m selling my body. When I tried to defend myself officer Esperanza threatened to have me arrested. Now I am afraid to go anywhere alone in fear of being targeted how I was that night.

Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants. Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed. Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles. Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.

Wonderful experience coming very late from flight into Dallas that was delayed. Checking in was friendly and efficient. They gave me a nice corner room and the room had been prepped for me (e.g., blinds closed) and there was even a cake to celebrate my birthday with a hand written card (several weeks in advance, but I’ll take it!) The bar-restaurant food was typically amazing though very pricey, it’s my only small complaint. The breakfast in the club room is luxurious and beautiful. Great selection and very tasty. Kept in perfect shape by a hotel staff member. All in all, favorite hotel in Dallas by far.

I’m not really sure about any of the negative reviews about service here. The entire stay was all you expect and more. Every single staff member was pleasant and went above and beyond. We were in town for an event and the house car was available for there and back. Room service was delicious. Nothing I would have wanted differently. Perfect one night spur of the moment get away for us.

First, let me say that this review is relative to my other experiences with RC hotels, which I hold in high esteem. The service at Ritz Dallas was some of the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. From Tristan at the front desk, to Ryan at the bar, to the staff out front, to the staff that serviced the rooms, it was impeccable all around. The property itself is beautiful, meticulously appointed, and located in both a relatively quiet and conveniently situated area downtown. This is arguably the best RC hotel I’ve ever stayed at, which is an extremely high compliment. Expensive but absolutely worth the price.

My flight to DFW was way earlier than planned, so I arrived to Ritz well before check-in time. Michelle was able to upgrade me and provide room by 2pm. Staff is super-attentive. Complimentary coffee in Rattlesnake Bar (self-serve) until 11am. Room was spacious and super comfortable. Bed and pillows were AWESOME. 😊 I grew up in Big D and had wanted to stay here for some time and never got around to it. Glad I stayed here, as it is a lovely hotel. 😊

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Had a work event here and the level of service and hospitality is second to none. Really enjoyed my time here. Food and drinks were amazing.

As someone raised as a "gentleman farmer" these surroundings are admittedly a little above my usual. When looking for a one night stay before a morning flight from Love Field, this was actually in my budget. I was reluctant at first but... Here I stay. Come prepared with 1s and 5s to tip, they call the elevator, they open doors, they sneeze FOR YOU. The people who make this place what it is (it is a place where you feel appreciated) work hard, give 'em some love. The rooms are beautiful, there are amenities aplenty (though I haven't found a hot tub) and a nice view of the Crescent from my room. Welcome to Dallas Uptown!

When we arrived on Saturday night, the hotel lobby was like a nightclub. And with a nightclub setting, it takes away from the luxurious feeling of the place. Way too many people that were not actual guests of the hotel. So, it took away from the ambiance. The room itself was good but not great. I liked the foyer area in the room and the spaciousness. The bar cocktails were a nice touch. The service was excellent from the front desk to the doormen and valet. The room service dinner we had was also good, but not great . It was an overall good experience but not worth the price point of around $1,000 for a night

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend at the Ritz Carlton hosted by Park West for an art exhibition. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and we had a marvelous weekend away in Dallas. Definitely would highly recommend spending time there if you get the chance.

We've been to other RCs, but had an incredible experience with our recent stay. I want to give a shout out to Jonathan, a manager at the front desk. His hospitality really elevated our experience and really made it feel special. The rest of the team we interacted with really took the time to make us feel like they cared. Overall hotel is well appointed and clean, the club lounge was fantastic. Thanks Jonathan and team!

My husband and I had celebrated my birthday dinner at Fearing's restaurant. The ambiance was great, the servers were excellent. The chef even came and greeted us. However the wait for the food was over an hour, and when it finally came it was salty. They gave us champagne to compensate, and discounted our cheque.

Wonderful experience. Wife and I spend two wonderful nights at the hotel, in a suite, as a staycation. And it was wonderful! We love the hotel and all the wonderful things it has to offer. Specially the Guacamologist! Yes! That was pretty gimmicky, but very nice. The only drawback is that the club was a bit too pricey for what you get. 150 per person per day is a little too much for what was offered. Other clubs in other places have better food quality. They could improve in that one area.

My girlfriends and I visited for drinks on a Friday night and had a blast! We hung out in the bar area, listened to live music and socialized with the other patrons. The place was quite busy, but the bartenders did a great job of keeping up with the demand for drinks and gave great service with a smile. The musician was fabulous and it didn't hurt that he was so damn good looking!! 😂 We'll definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed an excellent stay at the Ritz, Carlton Dallas, celebrating our 20 year anniversary. We especially want to give kudos to Kimberly & Lindsey, in guest relations, who provided us thoughtful, exemplary service. One of our favorite hotel stays to date! We’ll be back-

I’ve stayed at a lot of different Ritz Carlton’s around the world in this world was no disappointment! As always a wonderful staff, top-notch service, and great food and beverage options. I really enjoyed the outdoor patio bar with music playing and great cocktails. Will definitely be staying here again.

The spa at the Ritz Carlton is like no other. This experience is exactly what you want when you are looking to be pampered. Staff is attentive in the locker rooms and always has champagne on hand. The masseuse are Well trained and very accommodating to pressure and style I have been back several times and I will continue to be pampered here.

I stayed here on a business trip, and everything was as good as you would expect from the Ritz name. With that being said, this was one of the nicest experiences I've had at a high-end hotel. The service was fantastic, the room was immaculate, and one of the most memorable things was the room service, and the hotel dining was terrific. If I were to ever vacation in Dallas, I would stay there, though the city is not number one on my places to visit for vacation.

Stayed for my wife’s birthday and they made the experience phenomenal! The concierge was able to arrange night-of reservations at an upscale steakhouse and even coordinated our ride. Back in our room we were treated to a delicious spread including birthday cake! The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Went to Fearing’s restaurant and OMG!!!! When I say BEST I mean BEST!!!! Food. Service. Personalities. Employees. Had the sweetest up most hostess to greet us and seat us. (My husband and I for Valentine’s Day dinner). Had the 3 best waiters I could have ever asked for! (Me being a former server myself in the past). The atmosphere and ambiance was just perfect for that romantic time. Food was beyond amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better time to be honest. The drinks were 100% on point! Double thumbs up to Justin, CC, and Qano (I think that’s how it’s spelled) to the best service and personality! Y’all are truly an experience in itself! Y’all are completely adorable and fully of the BEST recommendations!!! Listen to them Linda’s!!!! Lol. They know best!!! You can give them a hint of what you like and they can make the most perfect match of it!!! Will 100% be back for them! Thank you so much for the first time AMAZING experience!!!! Much love!!!!!

This visit was a spa Bday gift for my girlfriend and her BFF. They raved about the message and facial followed by the pedicures. They had an awesome breakfast and the manager was so great to help get some wwoodford for a hot totty. The suana was fun and all the snacks and variety of drinks are great. They will definitely go back.

The environment is amazing. The lobby is as social as the bar. The only thing that is a negative is parking. You must valet your car which can get expensive depending on your stay. But outside of that, I would recommend for everyone to at least spend one night there for the experience and beauty of the hotel.

Our stay in Ritz-Carlton was wonderful. All staff was beyond helpful, kind, welcoming and couldn’t make our stay more enjoyable. Kent, the concierge, was above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel :)

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. This is a beautiful hotel with amazing service. The breakfast was amazing as was our lunch. The bar is a lot of fun but pretty pricey as you would expect. The outside space is great in the spring/Fall.

Everything about the Ritz is prestigious! From the gorgeous buildings, to the amazing valet staff, and front desk staff. The room was huge with a great view as well although I opted to black out with the amazing curtains while there. The only complaint is that it was a little difficult to find the entrance due to the confusion with the residential side.

We didn't venture out. Looking for a night night away, living locally to celebrate 25 yrs.. but they didn't have our requested in room charcuterie and prosecco/ ice.. dropped the ball there. Check in super easy, car hops super friendly.

Area of Improvements: Although I am Marriott member with status and my preference was my profile and booking, the hotel staff booked our room next to a stairwell or elevator - caused me to be up all night • Every time the elevator door closed, our hotel door would rattle — I thought someone was trying to come in our room. • Breakfast for Two (in room dining): Both meals came to the room cold — in room dining service brought new meals (roughly an hour later) which made it closer to lunch time. Positive Moments: • Bellhop were extremely pleasant and respectful. • The 7th Floor Lounge Concierge, absolutely loved was so polite and enjoyable. The 7th Floor Lounge meals were amazing and the presentation was outstanding. • In Spa, the staff was extremely helpful and the Masseuse use the appropriate pressure and did an excellent job.

I went in for a self care day as a single mom and Vivian was amazing with my relaxation 50 minute massage. I took advantage of the steam room as well as the sauna and they both were amazing. I did my make up in the locker area to prepare for my reservation for lunch. I’ll be returning as this was amazing.

I lost a valuable bracelet and reported it to the front desk they advised me that someone from security will be in contact with me. A guy by the name of Andy came to my room asked me some questions on what happened. I explained the situation and at this point I asked him to go to the bar area so I can show him where exactly I was sitting. I than told him from when myself and some friends walked in to when we left In which was only about an 1 1/2 that I lost a valuable piece of jewelry he was not to convincing on what he was going to do as far as looking at the cameras of bar area. I had to make sure that he took all of my information In order to contact me. He said that once he does what he needs to do someone from claims may or may not contact me because once he does what he needs to that the hotel is no longer responsible. I did not get a good feeling that it was going to be taking care of. I decided to go back to front desk to ask them I need to file a police report because insurance is going to need something in writing not just word of mouth. Andy came by to front desk and I explained the situation he said we can call on behalf of you or you can call but since it’s non emergency we don’t know how long it will take for them to come. But he will give me a reference number At this point I was more upset and decided to go to the police department. I filed a report and walked out happy The next day I get a call from the hotel stating they didn’t find it and they are sorry but during this short call the person kept calling me by the wrong last name and I corrected him three times. Never gave me a reference number like I was told. At this point I hung up and said to myself that the hotel did not handle this problem properly at all not any comfort or made me feel that it was going to be ok and I was in good hands. I will never stay at this hotel again

We had our wedding at this location 11 years ago, and we came back to celebrate our anniversary this past weekend… with the kids!! We were treated to amazing service, per usual, and the recent updates have really given a nice, tastefully modern feel to the already beautiful lobby. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall extremely dissatisfied with how the Ritz treats its guests. My fiance left his suit jacket in our room and upon calling them the next day, the lost and prevent line manager was extremely rude and not at all helpful. He claimed he didn't know anything about the process of retrieving the suit jacket....if you're the manager of a lost and prevent line, isn't it your job to know that process? Especially since you've been in this business for "20 years". Going through some more reviews, I've noticed this is a reoccurring theme. Be wary of staying at this property, as I never plan to again with its lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude from many of the staff.

  • 1/5 Taariq T. 2 years ago on Google
Writing an additional review to express my disappointment here. The manager on the lost and prevent line was extremely rude and gave me a ton of attitude. I explained that one of his staff clearly went into my room and took my suit jacket. He offered absolutely help, told me there is absolutely nothing he can do and didn’t know anything about the process. He felt the need to then tell me he has been in the business for 20 years and knows what he is doing. Is this the correct way to speak to customers when your staff have clearly stolen items from guests? Look through the reviews, this is a reoccurring theme at the hotel. Will never stay on this property again. Shocked at the level of service and the attitude from all employees.

We stayed here for my daughters cheer competition, and work. Great hotel! Amazing customer service and staff. Concierge at the front was super helpful the whole trip. I was able to use the texting platform on the Marriott app to get my wife checked in as well, with a delayed flight. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. A bit of an older property, but still in great shape! Gym was huge, and full of quality equipment. Pool was nice, overlooking the city. Beds were amazing, with comfortable pillows. Great food onsite as well. Highly recommended

The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, is an absolute gem! From the moment I entered, I was enveloped in pure luxury and warmth. The staff's personalized attention made me feel like royalty. My room was a haven of comfort, and the views were breathtaking. Dining was a culinary delight. What sets this hotel apart is the genuine care – from a heartfelt welcome note to thoughtful gestures. It's not just a stay; it's an unforgettable, personalized experience. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories that exceed every expectation. Can't wait to return to this haven of opulence in Dallas!
