Good Food and great customer service. They’re halal certified however Pork is served on site but it’s prepared separately under strict rules with not cross contamination, Wok , utensils and even sink is different for pork dishes

We ordered stir fried hooken noodles, chicken vegetables with rice and steamed wonton…. For desert mango pudding. Food was amazing, fresh, perfect to the taste with lovely environment. The best thing is they are Halal certified 😊. The portion was generous so good value for money. How can I not mention customer service… they crossed all limits to make their customers feel welcomed. Really happy with over all experience 😍😍😍

Made the 50 min trip out here for dinner today and was so worth it. There was 9 of us with 3 kids under 5. We ordered 2 lots of the Chicken spring rolls (24) the Fried Wontons (16) Fried Chicken ribs (14) a large Chicken fried rice, 1 x Chicken noodle soup with wonton, 2 x Chicken noodle soup with Crispy fried chicken, Egg Noodle with Grilled chicken + small chicken soup, 650 gm boneless Fried chicken and two of the bubble teas. I must add that the boneless fried chicken and ribs is better than Gami, just without the sauces and it is meatier. There was a complimentary house sauce which I recommend (a bit spicy for kids) Anyways, everything was cooked to perfection and considering the order size was served very quickly! The service was friendly, attentive and fast with a side of humour which was well received. Had 3 takeaway containers to take the rest home 🐷 Parking is available in the centre car parks and there are toilets on site. VHM is a shared premises with two other eateries and is in the centre of the three. If you have a number of people it is a good idea to book ahead, they are VERY popular and get busy! One of my top five places to eat in Melbourne 🙂 —————————————————————— Im sad 😭 I forgot to take photos of the food because the everything was so amazing at lunch today! Flavours to die for. I had Crispy Fried Chicken wings and Egg Noodle Soup, Chicken Spring rolls, + Fried Wontons. We had party of six, everyone loved the food. Will defs be back again 😍 Staff are so attentive, friendly and accommodating. Premises and facilities are super clean. Next time I’ll take photos!

We ordered the "Double trouble combo". B6 Pho w Combination - the soup is not that hot, there's no tendons and pork liver inside unlike the other vietnamese Pho we had before but the taste is good. A5 Fried wontons - it is tasty and crispy. The taste is just right good to partner with rice as well. C2 Crispy skin chicken with steamed rice - the skin of the chicken is tasty but the meat is not. For me it needs to put some seasoning to make it tasty too not the skin only. The staff hospitality for me is 10/10. Food is 8/10.

Came to Craigeburn to inspect a car & after my wife & i were hungry for lunch. We walked around the shops & found VHM Bros. My wife ordered the grilled chicken bun & i ordered the grilled beef soup like a pho! Well well what can i say but my soup off the charts sooooo damn good! A little sweet a tiny bit spicy & the brorh & aromatics took me to another realm! My wifes bun so fresh tasting & a vibrancy of flavours that were just amazing! 3 differernt staff came over at different times to ask us about our meal & i was so impressed! We will back & make the 45 min drive ftom Footscray. Great food great establishment great service. 5 out 5. Thank you...

Lovely Vietnamese eatery! The spring rolls are exactly how I like them when I eat it at home - lots of mince filling with some glass vermicelli, wood ear mushroom, carrots and onion. The lemongrass chilli beef stir fry was amazing!!!

The workers here are so nice and friendly. I like their vibe. We got here with no available tables. The guy at the front took down our order and phone number and advised that they would begin cooking our food when there was a table free. A short wait later and we received a phone call and our table was ready with food following soon after. The fried chicken is a definite to order. Photos are the chicken and beef bun! Would come again! Delicious food and great service.

After moving to their new location it appears the team are as busy as ever! The restaurant was full but the staff were really friendly, turning tables over quickly so our wait was minimal. We ordered via the QR code the ‘Feed Me - Single Feed’ special of one Pho with Sliced Beef plus 4 x Wontons plus a drink and then added a 2nd Sliced Beef Pho. When it arrived it was absolutely delicious! Firstly, the wontons were some of the best we’ve ever had. And the Pho, well that took me back to Vietnam, it was that good. The rare beef was super tasty and the broth was on point. And the ‘extras’ of herbs and beansprouts were also really fresh and fragrant. One thing I really loved was that the team did not rush us out. I looked around and other diners - like ourselves - were able to let our meals settle before leaving and the importance of that should never be underestimated. We will definitely be coming back here, the staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is great and the food is outstanding. What’s not to love!

Took the family out to try Vietnamese food for the first time and this place didn’t disappoint. We had the famous Pho Soup (Beef), seared Beef stir fry and the deep fried chicken. We also had vegetarian spring rolls and mixed wontons. Our food was cooked to perfection, on time and fresh. We were given handy tips on how to enhance our experience. We look forward to returning to explore other items on the menu. They have halal friendly options. Without hesitation we recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Their move to their new location in the next 2 weeks.

This place is located in Craigieburn central in a small food court next to United cinemas. I wanted to try the Vietnamese food (as I love Vietnamese). The guy at the counter, his name was Josh was excellent. He explained me so well. On his recommendation, I ordered veg spring rolls with tofu. Three generous sized spring rolls for $9. Really tasty. Highly recommend this place. They have a seating area where one can dine in. Will definitely come back again to try more. P.S: I couldn’t click the food picture as I was in a hurry:)

This place is one of those places where you'll know the food is good by just looking at the queue and free seats (majority of the time full). Its in a food court but the meal.can compete with other restos out there. The service is just excellent, friendly staff and the food is just generous, tasty and something you'll comeback to every weekend. Our fave is the fried wantons and the super yummy pork chop. Again, the serving is generous.

VHM Bros is hands down my favorite place to visit! Their dark fried rice is absolutely delicious and never fails to satisfy my cravings. What makes the experience even better is the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend VHM Bros for a delightful dining experience!

Really tasty food and good to see them grow. However there was no option to add extra veggies to the dish even at extra cost. It will be great if it can be introduced as it’s pretty standard offering at other joints. Other than that amazing place to dine in

Super busy restaurant in the central, large servings and tasty. Good for a quick fix or even takeout Pork chops: as expected for an authentic Vietnamese dish, I wish this was a broken rice pork chop dish though as it was so close and got me craving. Combination Flat Noodle Stirfry: this fixed my craving for a noodle stirfry! Wasn’t too sure what protein to choose so I got the combination, personally in the future I would go with seafood, vegetables or beef. The chicken didn’t really do anything for my tastebuds when the other options were so good Fried Wontons: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, one of the best fried wontons I’ve had Springrolls: they were good, however the wontons stole the show. Personally I don’t like white pepper as much and I the taste of white pepper was too strong for me (note this is the normal amount of white pepper in Vietnamese food, I’m just broken)

(note: they recently moved!) Raises the bar for everyone else. The food is delicious (and, pho better than what we got in Vietnam), the drinks are great. Service is amazing, so welcoming.

Really clean restaurant with superbly friendly and attentive staff. Generous portions of food that came out quick, hot, and very fair value for money! Absolute gem I didn't expect to find in Craigieburn Central 👍

Overrated and overpriced. Spring rolls are tiny and expensive ( 6 pcs for $15 and 12 pcs for $27) and mine were also a bit burnt on one side (think they forgot to flip them over). The Lemongrass Chili & Beef stir fry is $23 with little portion, only half of the container. Don't know why they charged me extra, eventhough they didn’t really give me extra, really. 🙄😑 It's not about the money, but the principle. Oh, and "Extra Spicy" means that you'd only get two pcs of chillies, cut in a small container on the side, and the dish itself is not spicy at all. It's a NO go if you like spicy dishes like me. And if you like Pho, go to Springvale instead, their Pho is unbeatable there. Very disappointing, as I had highly expectations from most of the 5 star reviews I've read prior!

The Hokkien noodles was one of the best Vietnamese dishes I’ve had. The staff are super friendly and they provide a 5 star service even at an extremely busy environment. Worth trying out this Vietnamese Restaurant 😀

First time in the area. I am used to getting my vietnamese food with no service at all, but I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff were! I am so glad my pho came out great!

"Me and my wife had the most wonderful experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. The two brothers who own it are incredibly friendly, especially the one at the counter. They have mastered the art of creating authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine tailored to our preferences. It was an excellent dining experience that we highly recommend!"

So, VHM Bros moved and reopened in some nice place. Its got booths, its got a more, restaurant feel to it now. It makes the food taste better. But what really rocks, is the kitchen. They prepare such magnificent meals and are worth the price. I don't go out and eat often but whenever I do, I consider VHM Bros. It is fantastic.

So my Fave Vietnamese restaurant has relocated shops within Craigieburn Central and boy what an impressive shop. Food is as fanatstic as ever and Vinh and staff are AMAZING as ever. I can’t say I’ve ever been to a restaurant where the owner and staff make you feel so welcomed and treat you like royally 😊 They go over and beyond in customer service. Their food is awesome always cooked on the spot and so so fresh and worth the wait 100% They now have great seating outside the restaurant and it’s so relaxing to sit outside. If you have not been to VHM or the New shop please go you won’t be disappointed trust me. This is 5 star service and food at its best 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌👊😋 PS: as they are still setting up properly and getting used to the new shop please be patient as Vinh and staff want you to have the best experience and the tastiest fresh food 😉 Photo below is my fave Wonton Deluxe Soup the best wontons you will EVER have soooo yum 😋 and the fried wontons are to die for 😋😋😋
