Had an awesome food experience today, neatly renovated place and the food was absolutely tasty. Quiet authentic in taste. Please stay that way. A must go to place for awesome Indian food especially South Indian. The two ladies who served were very pleasant and prompt.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food, desert and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

It was surprising to see this place is halal certified, must visit if you’re in for some desi yummy food! We tried chicken tikka biryani, chicken schzewan, prawn salan, chicken noodles and homemade garlic naan! And my fav gulab jamans! Loved em all. Enjoyed the nice ambiance and a shout out to the courteous server Avani.

We had visited Pulao Restaurant for giving Catering services for Birthday Party and I should sincerely appreciate Chef for making such a delicious food. Everyone at the party has appreciated. There was only one mistake from the Reception that they could not give us Rotis which have placed the order as per their Menu card advertised in FB and we specifically ordered with Paneer Butter masala curry. Upon asking for that they just made up saying that it was not the part of the order instead they gave one jumbo Biryani Rice and agreed to make 10 rotis but we had no time due to party kickoff. And that was the only disappointment from the Reception end. One lesson learned from my end is to always keep a photo copy of the finalized menu list.

Best Indian restaurant in Melbourne by far!!!!! The pulao was the best I ever had...5 stars Customer service was a 110%. Excellent work!!! Masala tea was just too good...a must try. Very cheerfully environment. Highly recommended. We enjoyed it a lot and are definitely coming back. Well done guys!!!!

I’m so glad my husband suggested we eat Indian tonight and that we chose Pulao Palace. Food was AMAZING!! Even my Indian son in law was impressed. Service was excellent and staff super friendly. This will definitely be a regular for us.

Pulaos are quite nice and their cashew chicken was just too good. Like everyone else they seem to be struggling with not enough staff so may have to ready for slight wait times

I had mumbai masala dosa in lunch and it was delicious and there price is also reasonable,service is also so good😊😊i will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone .

I'm from Iraq , I did try Pulao place Roxburgh with my family . We really loved the food & service & food was tasty and delicious well presented. Great experience Staff with beautiful smile . Thank you Pulao place for opening in Roxburgh we always needed a good restaurant around our area.

Just dropped into the place by default, which turned out to be the best choice ever!! Friendly service, pleasant ambiance and exceptionally good, authentic Indian cuisine, complimented with equally good portions… Highly recommended for a family experience, and the best biriyani/piloau in town…. Indeed 5 stars from us!!!

Absolutely lovely place and had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The staff is quite friendly and were committed to best service. Great ambiance with modern decor and style I really enjoyed the whole experience and atmosphere was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great place for biriyani ,chai and snacks. Stuffed Mirchi bhajji is our favorite. Hospitality is really good especially Navjot who serve us most of the time . She is very friendly and professional.

The food was very delicious and authentic. The mutton and prawn curries were amazing. The chicken 65 biryani rice was bit dry but the staff kindly replaced the chicken 65 biryani with any biryani of your choice. The service could be improved because the waitresses didn't come to check on the tables frequently enough for example when you ran out of water. Overall I will definitely go there again.

Yesterday I have ordered 2 prawns pulao and 1 goat pulao. The taste is very good for prawns pulao and coming to goat pulao it’s not good. Basically the goat is not cooked properly and this is my second experience with same reason.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and was craving Indo Chinese food. Had ordered schezwan chicken and chicken noodles along with paneer butter masala. The schezwan chicken had a fishy smell and tasted very bad like it had gone bad. Even the noodles tasted old with no flavour and salt. I was left highly disappointed. The paneer on the other hand had good flavours. So one thing I’ve learnt is to order Indian food and never Chinese that is if I ever order again.

Long wait (more than 1 hour of wait) and not worth the wait. Disasterous biriyani's and bad hospitality. Not gonna go back again and not recommended. Pros - enjoyable onion pakoda and tea.

They have a vibrant ambience. Honestly, everything was just simply delectable. Be sure to try them out. What’s more, their friendly and dedicated staff made the experience so wonderful. The restaurant is perfect for dining with family. This has been the best meal ever. The presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Their naans are also very tasty.❤️ Also, the dessert has been a go to for many people when they crave for some desi Gulab jamuns with rabri to get some and best place for fresh Metha paan too. Loved it 💕 I loved their starter, perfect spicy levels and the serve was good too. My favourite from here have to be the Punjabi butter chicken , tikka biryani and Gulab jamuns with rabri. 🫶🏻

I’ve ordered a goat pulao and egg dosa for takeaway but received a goat biryani…kind of disappointed. I’ve basically paid extra for the biryani.

Delicious south Indian menu. Great atmosphere and service. Quality food at a reasonable price. Hopefully in the future they will serve/offer filter coffee as a menu option.

Very nice place with lot of options, we had chicken palnati pulao which was awesome and goat rayalavari pulao which tasted flavourful. Started were very nice and delicious. Ppl who want a change from routine biriyani this is a great spot.

Wide range of options and it's not the typical menu in other indian restaurants (and the erstwhile Dosa But that existed in this spot). Tried the Karampodi chicken and that was great. But the normal chicken biryani option was too spicy for my indian taste buds. Just a request to provide the spice level options to customers.

Been to this place for dinner and we absolutely loved the food. Tasted the real south indian flavours after a while. And the gesture and service from the staffs were really amazing. Ambience is good with neat decors to spent our family time. What else we need will definitely recommend this place to someone who really loves to taste an authentic indian food.

Had a meal at Palao Place Roxburg Park, Our experience was great, the staff member was extremely friendly and nice. Especially when we order the curry, she specifically asked about our spicy level, when we said we are not great with spicy, she told the chief to make it especially mild. Which was fantastic for us and made our meal enjoyable. Much thanks to the waitress that serve us which had a good manners and puts customers' interests as a priority!
