The worst "pet shop", truly inhumane and one star is too generous: 1- didn't know the cat is a male. 2- had a deadly virus which they didn't know about, had to be put on I.V. 3- When I went there to return the cat because of the problems stated above, I put the cat and the cage on his desk then proceeded to leave, then he carelessly with little effort tried to hand me the cat in the box then dropped it on the floor! 4- they are so unprofessional, that they put three cats together sharing one cat litter and one food and water, their food is close to the litter box. then their cats loose the instinct to do their thing in the sandbox properly. their cats will do it all over the house, especially the stairs, they think any where is sandy. Stay Away From Them, and trust me when I say you don't want me too add photos.

First timer but shopped a lot. Prices are competitive comparing to others. Variety of products which makes it a one-stop-shop. Last but not least, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
