We just came in for a day after a long day at work, Hawra at the front desk helped use check in and she was professional and friendly , we went to our rooms ,and the rooms were brilliant and cozy, overlooking the sea. We went for breakfast early morning the next day and the breakfast is simply wow. It has a huge spread and it's so yummy and healthy at the same time. They serve 4 kinds of croissants and they are so fresh. Fruits are as if they have grown it backyard .all in all a good experience. Thank you Sofitel.

Very nice place to stay, the check-in experience was amazing, the room is new and have a nice view. The restaurant and coffee shop are great. I loved the coffee and were able to work in the coffee shop while having a tasty coffee. Thank you so much and looking forward to come again.

This is my third time, honestly this time I noticed that, it’s old and need to be more modern, the entertainment in the room need high-tech for example TV has no YouTube or smart sharing and the sound device has no Bluetooth so I can’t listen what I want. They have a best breakfast buffet, it’s perfect. I like the swimming pool it’s warm in winter. I hope there is a playroom for kids inside hotel.

We just checked-in for 24 hrs to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had amazing experience from the doorstep until we checked out, just want to acknowledged all the staff who is very approachable and helpful. Though not all service is available due to restrictions but we enjoyed a lot with restaurant and everything available. Thank you also to all the porters. And they provided us with a surprise cake and wine to celebrate our anniversary🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much, we can highly recommend to stay.

I’ve been invited to have a dinner for holidays and I am surprised that Sofitel maintains their excellent services despite of pandemic. The food is great. I will definitely coming back next Saturday with my friends again.

Spacious rooms overlooking the sea, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. While the breakfast spread was awesome... just wished they had some Indian dishes too on the menu !

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good excellent.time to time asking if i need something and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again! Lester and richelle very accomodating staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room is very spacious, sad to say the fridge is not working..and unfortunately ladies are not allowed to use the gym, swimming pool and sauna...I just hope that soon they will open it to both gender if they really want to attract tourist in the future plan of Saudi. The parking area is quite small and crowded...

Omar Gresh was our receptionist. He was so welcoming and helpful. He made sure the room was clean and provided it with some welcoming fruit and nuts baskets. Great hotel location, close to the sea. Good food choices for breakfast

We had a sea facing room. Beautiful view. Although the hotel doesn't have a private beach, it is 5 minutes walk to the corniche. Just sitting in their coffee room costed about 180 per person, which is very weird. Room was cold, but we were provided with a heater , promptly, on demand. Overall a good experience.

We conducted a training session in a meeting room for 15 and the place was great and spacious and the team was available and attentive to our requests throughout the day. It was one of the best customer service I had in Khobar, and the view was spectacular. The lunch was the best I ever had in a hotel buffet, it felt like an elevated home made meal, so delicious and the variety offered meets everyone’s taste. It is the best experience compared to previous experiences with other hotels. The team was so kind to make sure that we leave with the a memorable experience and offered a complementary cake to celebrate the last session of the training. Check in was fast and very welcoming. They call daily to check if everything is ok and if I need anything in my room. The room was large and enough for my family. Maybe less fancy than the pictures. Maybe the hotel is getting old. The breakfast was open buffet with good varietes and good table services, but the restuarant was not that clean. Check out was fast and outstanding. Room service was good. Laundary was excellent. When we ordered for food delivery, the door concierge refuse to recieve it and deliver it to our room, we have to go down tp take by ourself. Location was great and quiet. Good shadded parking.

Lester and Richelle are nice staff at the cafe Bijou. Good service and friendly.. very accommodating.. would like to recommend their pastries that are perfectly paired with their coffee (americano, latte, or cappuccino)

Our stay at the Sofitel was beyond comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, the balcony view was pristine and the pool area was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel specially dinner, I still remember the guy incharge (masaud). I hope I return back.

My favorite thing about this place is the hospitality, especially the coffee shop “cafe bijou.” It’s such a nice place to have your coffee in the evening and read a book or to have your morning breakfast. The staff, Lester and Richelle, really make you feel comfortable and accommodated. Not to mention the pastries are super delicious! I’m definitely becoming a regular for the cafe.

It’s one of the best hotels locations in Khobar, since last year, I could say there are a lot of improvements and staff are more welcoming. One small tinny note; check in and updating room key may time sometime due to number of customers with one receptionist. Overall, it’s a place to relax. Thank you guys 🤗

Outstanding This is really the perfect place to be. This is walking distance from my home to the hotel. That night, we have decided to experience the Kabayan night which Ive heard, would be a wonderful experience.. And wow, this experience was really memorable. Aside from best choices of Filipino foods, the live music performance gave me such goosebumps and refreshing moments. Very elegant and well furnitured, very calm and hospitable. The staff is very professionally kind any time especially the Filipino staffs. A stay in this hotel is one of those experiences I very sincerely wish to all.

The service is good but the food choice is very small for 150 riyal. Other buffets offers live cooking at that price. Some major improvements are needed for their buffet menu

We stayed at this hotel and the over all experience was awesome.. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Have our breakfast at Cafe Chic, were they offer wide variety of foods to choose from plus you'll get a nice view of the calm sea..It was perfect! I would like to commend your two lovely staff, Rachel and Lester we came accross them and immediately, assisted us and walk us through the menu which makes it easier for us to choose. They were great Host and Servers that adds up to our beautiful dining experience.

5 star hotel, nice, by the beach. But not enough parking lots. You have to take 2 elevators from parking to you room.

Excellent service! We stayed here twice. There is no beach access. You can only look at the water. It is not developed for swimming. I did not ask about the pool, but most Saudi hotel pools are only for men. You can walk near the beach for free outside of the hotel. I visited La Mer restaurant near and it was an excellent seaside experience.

Cafe bijou they have great presentation and nice coffee. I order milkshake it was very nice taste fair of danish. Highly reccomend this coffee shop and hotel. Tide and clean .it was 5 star hotel. From guard to reception service very excellent.keep up the good work

The hotel is excellent in everything and everyway. We were so delighted with the superb service that the staffs extended to us. Breakfast is very wonderful. It is indeed home away from home experience. Special mention to Ms. Ever whose hospitality is remarkable. Went here for Kabayan Night buffet plus the band. The food was great and they had wide variety of Filipino dish from different viands to desserts and the taste was lasang pinoy and not compromised as to other buffet offers. The service was fast, they even made a way to change our table last minute cause we preferred to be near the band. Very accommodating staff, polite and courteous like sir Joshua, Jason and all of them actually. Next time i hope the band asks the crowd if anybody wants to jam with them cause i’d gladly volunteer my husband 😆 all in all, experience was great! 👍🏼 More blessings!

As a well known hotel, you would have minimal expectations. Nope. AC was freezing cold in a winter cold evening. Limited room service menu though the staff were very polite and helpful with a lack of experience.

The quality of food is not good not worth 210 SAR , it worth 150, it's not matter of money, but true value of money, plus plates served were not in plate warmer, deserts items were mostly Morocco sweets plus oriental, need diversity. Service was good in general, over all expectations vs experience was not wow impact. Good luck

Very good hotel within walking distance to sea front and Ajdan Walk with plenty of restaurants nearby by. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly , also, hotel has underground parking. Rooms needs renovations, the hotel should have it own beach similar to other Sofitel Hotels in the region.

We were informed by Chef Mariam about the Thursday Buffet. We came yesterday and it was an amazing experience. To start with, Chef Mariam was warmly welcoming us, as if we know her since a long time, making us so comfortable. Secondly, the food was amazing, with excellent variety and neat taste. In addition, the atmosphere was exciting with the good service and the band/ singer, and of course without forgetting Chef Mariam passing by tables to make sure all guests are having an enjoyable experience. Overall, great experience, mostly due to Chef Mariam. Will definitely come back.

Great hospitality in Ramadan Iftar, the food and services were great. Lovely place for families and friends (they had a ruffle game, it make it fun) Besides all the good quality dishes, I’d recommend their Arabic coffee it’s PERFECT (please tell me your recipe/ingredients if you see this Sofitel). Excellent experience during sea food night provided every Thursday. Special thanks to Chef Mariam for her amazing greetings .she showed us unlimited interest,help and care which make me and my family more than satisfied. Food contains Fresh fish, shrimp, crab.. cooked according to your request, in addition to wonderful selections of appetisers, sweets and juices and selection of meat and chicken.

5 day work stay, cannot comment much as spent most of the day out and used mainly room and an excellent selection of breakfast variety from different types of bread, cakes, sweets, fresh fruit, cereals, salads, the tradional arabian foul (beans), different juices, hot food. Excellent staff service in the restaurant and a super welcoming lady at the restaurant reception every morning (sorry I forgot your name). Great location on waterfront. Rooms slightly dated, stains on carpets, on the shower tiles could do with a good scrub, floor tiles in shower coming off, can easily cut your feet, very difficult to control hot water in shower as it was boiling hot in the mornings. Room service late food order was good.

Went there twice, once with family last Ramadan and the other one with work colleagues. The food is top notch and the service we experienced were fairly average and can be significantly improved. Also tried to come a third time but found no near parking so I had to leave for another place. I never stayed at the hotel so my judgment can be incomplete. So 4 out of 5.

Surprisingly large with impeccable facilities, the true stardom of this hotel lies in its staff, cleaners were precise and swift, receptionists were hospitable and communicative, in particular receptionist Nouf. Very satisfactory experience, and not to mention, a great breakfast too.

Sofitel Al Khobar Branch Hotel good greeting I have been staying with you for the past two days and there were some observations that should be mentioned to you and mentioned on your global page, which are: * Lack of credibility in the reservation details, as I booked a room with a sea view and was surprised to find that I was in a room with a view of the city. The employee’s response was that there was nothing vacant with a sea view and I stayed in the room with a view of the city at the same price as the one with a sea view. *Insulation is very bad * The hygiene department did not respond to washing clothes *The reception staff did not respond by sending a person to carry the bags *Entering the hygiene department while I am in the room *I called the hotel management to inform them about these observations, but there was no response from the employee responsible for communications. I wish customers would be taken care of more Please accept my regards

Great coffee shop staff is always helfpul and friendly and the coffee is great .especially the ice latte .the outdoor seating is perfect . Lester was great staff. Kudos to him working nice.

exellent espresso , pastries, hot chocolate , location and ambiance. this coffe shop is indeed a great place to kill your time , do your business , and to study as well.this coffees and hot chocolayes they had was so delicious . the staff lester was so welcoming and friendlyn. the place was cozy. the decorations were so cute.

Nice hotel with numerous amenities. I especially liked the Melrose Lounge and Cafe Chic on the 1st floor. The staffvare friendly and helpful. It has a free underground parking.

I order coffee and pastry from cafe bijou it was very nice. Server name Lester and Richelle are friendly. Pastry was awesome taste. Recommend,👍👍👍 ice cream also was very nice

One of the key aspects that I’ve noticed was that they gave such outstanding services. Likewise, they also treat visitors with a warm welcome, respect, and punctuality. John Carlo, Jason, and their supervisor Joshua has been present to assist us in achieving a comfortable atmosphere.

Stayed there for a couple of nights. The overall experience was wonderful. Food was awesome. Great taste, brilliant presentation and very good service.

The hotel is amazing, the luxury room that we booked is highly recommended with sea view that gives you peace of mind & rejuvenation. The receptionist Nouf was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The place is really worth it.

I really like the service and the view of the hotel. Good experience and very welcoming staffs and very approachable waiters namely Joshua, Carlos and Jason..

Overall, I had a very fun experience during my time here at Sofitel. The food was amazing, and the staffs that served us, Joshua, John Carlo, and Jason were friendly and professional.

All servers were so proactive, so courteous, service was fabulous. Food was terrific. Singers were great. We were really entertained. Thanks to the staffs Joshua , Jason, Rick, Eber, Rain and Faisal . Godbless you all ❤️

My stay was very relaxing, people are very friendly. They allowed me to have a late checkout due to my work, Mrs. Wading & Mrs. Nouf were extremely supportive and kind. And I will never forget the magical smile that Mr. Dawood welcomes me in every time I hand him my car for parking.

One of best coffee shop is cafe bijou inside of Sofitel hotel. There coffee was very nice taste and awesome presentation. Service was very excellent Lester very friendly and accommodating. big 👍

The best hotel i have ever visited. Clean rooms with view at the sea. Delicious breakfast and luxurious gym-spa services. All the people working there where so nice and will make your staying at the hotel an amazing experience!

The waiter Mr. Lester, Mr rick and Mr. Jason. they assisted us throughout our dining experience. It was the best dinning experience we had in a long time. Good food and great service💯
