A place to live. Nice and quite. House interiors are one of the best I have in KSA. The only downside is that this place is not near any amenities, shopping malls. You would need to drive around 20 mins

Before this compound is good for Saudi people but now the security is not good response for the visitors and also cleaning not well.

The BEST resident compound so far.The houses are huge and each house has their own garden and garage parking plus driver room.Pleasant environment.There is a lake nearby with a lots of Ducks and few rabbits.24 HR security.All over a highly recommended place in Dammam/Khobar
