You get what you pay for... Not bad if you’re not looking for luxury. Their tv’s don’t work though. Bathroom doors are very small and low you can hit your head if you are tall like me.

Actually I asked the qareem driver to go to the nearest hotel from damam airport✈ with the price below sar 200..He told me there is room hotel with rate sar 100 for 2 person, and I agreed.. He bring us to in this hotel and when the hotel staff show me the room.. Omg.. Really for that room I refused to stay and wanted to go to another hotel.. Again he recommended to me the another room and this better than early..but the water pressure very slow😌... What u give u will get back,what u want u still get it.

Poor. Very dirty. Photos not same in actual room. Booked them within 2weeks from arrival, but was told no available room when i arrived on the day of my supposed stay; was told to come back after an hour, which i did but still no room; came back the 3rd time and was told they are fully booked and no one will check out yet; was shown an alternative small room which is in a very bad shape, dusty and lighting is not good; also property has no parking spaces; will never set foot in this place again

Dirty rooms with no ventilation. Lack of infrastructure and no basic amenities. Would not recommend this property

price was fair but , not clean , strange kind of smell was consistent , and no clean bedsheets....

Not luxury but definitely worth the money, and everything is just steps away.

Nothing Great to share

Got a good room in cheaper price in all the hotels we searched in Khobar. But they don't have any sign board outside. Otherwise great.

Apart from location, everything else was not up to the mark. Room was not cleaned and spacious. Refrigerator was not working at all. And it was expensive. I paid 100sar for just two beds and those were in bad condition.
