After
the
merger

electrical
energy
services

the

the
electrical
system

our
customers,

the
changes

our
strategic
objectives
and
shared
our
vision.
At
the
beginning
of
2002,
the
Governing
Council
adopted
a
new
interim
organizational
structure
which
has
been
designed
on
the
basis
of
specialized
activities
that
include
strategic
business
units
(generation,
transmission
and
distribution),
joint
activities
and
support
services,
in
order
to
enable
us
to
enhance
our
performance
across
all
activities,
to
draw
the
future
directions
for
the
complete
change
expected
.
At
the
beginning
of
the
year
2003,
it
was
activated
interim
organizational
structure,
and
the
application
of
the
second
level
of
the
organizational
structure,
which
was
identified
sectors
and
departments
directly
under
each
of
the
specialist
activities,
and
prepare
their
own
job
description
and
then
complete
the
job
description
for
all
other
organizational
levels.
In
early
2012,
was
set
up
and
launch
the
National
Company
for
the
transfer
of
power
is
a
limited
liability
company
wholly
owned
by
the
Saudi
Electricity
Company,
the
company
specializes
in
the
transfer
of
power
in
Saudi
Arabia,
and
operation
of
the
electricity
system,
control
and
maintenance,
was
also
in
the
same
year
set
up
two
activities
two
new
Activity
engineering
and
projects
and
the
activity
of
supply
and
services
contracts.
In
March
2014,
the
Board
of
Directors
adopted
the
organizational
structure
of
the
activity
of
energy,
new
partnerships,
a
trade
body
that
will
oversee
the
organization
of
the
trade
relations
of
the
Saudi
Electricity
Company
with
electric
power
producers
and
major
consumers.
The
work
will
be
applied
to
the
organizational
structure
of
the
activity
of
energy
trading
by
the
end
of
the
year
2014,
according
to
the
agreement
with
the
Electricity
and
Cogeneration.
Work
is
underway
in
full
swing
to
complete
the
restructuring
project
under
the
guidance
of
the
Board
of
Directors
to
enter
strategic
partners
with
international
expertise
in
the
field
of
production
and
distribution.
