I came to redeem my 370± voucher, the system had issue with it. Other customers had the same issue and left their full troly as seen in the images. I left and came back after 3 hours and it's still not solved and More full trolleys. Fraud promotion.

Prior to today, I had a negative outlook on HomeBox due to a few unfortunate experiences in mutiple stores as of late, but I decided to give HomeBox one last chance since I like their furniture. My experience today with this branch and 1 of it’s emplyees called Eidah fundamentally swayed my view and I would consider myself a recovered customer thanks to her. She was hospitable, adept, and supported me throughout my entire shopping session. I went in just to have a look, and maybe purchase a bed… I ended up buying a whole bedroom and a 4-seater dining table while feeling content because of Eidah’s guidance. I always believe in giving credit where credit is due, and Eidah deserves all of it. Much kudos to her. I would also like to praise Abdulrahman, he was friendly and solid as a cashier. Thank you Khobar branch👌🏻.

I bought beds from home box Azizia for more than one month. One of them is missing some part and they promise to bring them and fix it. Till now no one come despite trying to call the number that called on the day of delivery.

Absolute dishonesty and fraud. Imagine buying an entire bedroom and they make a mistake on the order. Wrong size mattress delivered to your home. They refuse to pick it up. They defrauded the receipt. They use a 3 day refund rule from the day of purchase to strip the customer right. Even though the delivery is a week later. I have contacted the Ministry of Commerce and that didn't help. I have to pay 3 thousands Riyals to build a case against them. Thier management is just scummy. I truly hope the day of thier bankruptcy comes very soon.

Very bad customer service and products quality is very bad as well , I bought a bed and after one week it was damaged , I made follow up with them and made a complain to make money refund , the supervisor told us that she will send the team to pick up the bed and make money refund , but till this moment no body shows up and we are calling the supervisor with no response ? I dont know what to do with this damaged bed !

Poor quality of items. Poor staff service. Waited 20 mins on cashier. Nobody came. Then I found all staff on some small party, they ate cakes and drank Pepsi. I shouted to them, why am I waiting them, if I want to give them money??? One guy went with me on the cashier. I wanted to pay using cash. Failed! He went somewhere to search someone to activate something relating to the cash payment. I will never come here!

The staff there not cooperative. U can hear them talking and laughing between each other and when u looking for assistance u will wait a long time to find assistance. I asked about one item there then she said she will check and back for us then she left and back again and ones we asked her another question she left and we waited her but she didn't came back then we looked for her she was talking to another staff then she noticed us , she came and told us this item only one left and sold out ! hope this got the attention of the management . Customers should be priority.
