One of the worst ER rooms available in the area. Long waiting hours, rude staff, and ignorant doctors. Thus comes from tens of visits to this place. Medical services, such as blood withdraw and tests have the weirdest qorking hours. Save yourself the hustle and head to another ER room, specially if you're not bleeding massively.

Be prepared to spend no less than 3 hours, you’ll hear the doctors and nurses giggling, talking about their vacations and playing on their phones while you’re struggling with pain and waiting for someone to come for you.

Never been treated or given a diagnosis even at my sickest, they want you to diagnose yourself! I’ve been to the emergency room twice for a stomach virus but somehow they did a pregnancy test even though I told them I’m not married. Gave me nothing to relieve me and sent me home. On another instance most of the times I have to check my results to know what’s wrong because doctors NEVER communicated that to me, they gas light you, undermine your pain it’s almost as if they’re trained to do this. Just a terrible hospital, you could die not knowing what’s wrong with you.

Waited for 6 hours and they did nothing useful.. waste of time. Got out in a worse condition than the one I got in. Wish I never came and taken my chances instead.

I wonder how ER leaving patients for hours.. Its better to go out at any hospital rather than waiting for a long time. This is especially for urgent cases.

JHAH is the worst medical service provider you could ever see.... We wish SAMSO could come again!! Be carful not to complain on the unexplained delay you will encounter with, otherwise you will see uneducated security surrounding you for no reason, just you ask to treated! Remember to check after medical diagnosis you obtained thru medical websites such as “webmd” and “mayo clinic”.. no trust at all.

Prepare yourself to spend 2 hours at least waiting , and another hour until the doctor comes to see you .

Try as much as you can not to stay long in this morgue

ما يستاهل ولا نجمة، سيء بما تحمله الكلمة من معنى لا خدمة لا طاقم متكامل و لا في اي احترام ل المريض !! عادي تجي طواري تعبان يجيك دكتور بعد ساعه ويسالك عن تاريخك الصحي والسستم عنده مكتوب كل شي ! فوق ان الواحد تعبان يبونه يحكي تاريخه الصحي الدكتور يصرف مغذي و الممرضات كلهم في بريك بوقت واحد !! اسال وين الممرضه تعطي المغذي يقولون راحت بريك !! ولا في اي احد يخدم اي خدمة هذي ؟ غير السوالف الي يسولفونها بصوت عالي والمريض داخل ! الى متى ؟ مين المسول!!

Worst high waiting time you can think of.

My friend was in deep pain and had a parasite in him. All he needed was one day at the hospital bed to be monitored and the doctor told us you can handle this at your home and kicked us out. My friend is still in deep pain and did not improve at all! He is now paying another hospital to sleep there! What kind of terrible health provider is this! JAHA HAS VERY CHEAP SERVICE AND NO REGARD TO THE SICK!

Waiting room looks like a prison cell. Long wait time.
