Very good service.. The staff specially this person very cooperative..

Customer service was very unprofessional. I came to the branch to have a stamp made for my company. First I was told that the store did not make stamps. Seconds later, when I further inquired I was told that they made stamps but that they required certain documents to do so. When I told them that I would prepare the documents in the store. The staff discouraged me from working with them and made excuses as to why they couldn't make the stamp for me. Overall, I would stay away from this branch unless you enjoy bad customer service and being lied to.

Not at al recommended for visiting cards! Worstest quality I've ever seen! I bought visiting cards for my business in Saudi Arabia from this store. They have an offer 95sar or less than 100sar for 1000 cards. Heard that from a friend and visited them. I wanted cards urgent! Paid almost 100sar for 200 cards to get on same day! But the cards were worstest quality as it was not straight, you see curves and zig zags in the cutting! Not rectangular! They need a proper cutting machine!!! When I complained the arrogant staff wearing arabic dress (looks Indian) told 1000 cards won't have this issue! He told come back after 1 hour and they will print new one and cut properly! After one hour I saw worser cards than before! Well, paid for 2000 cards and received after a week! Same worst quality with bad edges! When I complained to the Malayali staffs, both in the reception were joking around! Malayali staff was saying to thob wearing staff, "looks perfect for me and how do you see it?" And other guy was like "very perfect"! The drama was good! But I came to print proper business cards and not to see your drama dears! Few of my cards even missing a portion of the logo as the cut goes through it! Pay bit more and get printed from other shops! You get less what u paid for! Don't fall in their offers please! Beware of fake reviews also!

Arrived in Dammam for business meeting and needed documents printed. I got to Zeejprint at 4:30 and the super friendly staff were able to complete the job despite their busy schedule. Mr Danish was very helpful and ensured the process was efficient. He also bought me a sandwich and tea whilst i waited. The quality of the print was high standard and exactly what I needed for my meeting. Overall customer service was top and highly recommend Zeejprint and the team.

Bad experience and staff has no manner to talk to customer. Inspite of giving the color code to print business cards we got cards printed with different color. Need some one from the management to resolve our problem.
