The place is way overpriced for a standard burger. Selling a burger for sr 60 and not giving a complimentary fries is a rip off. The fries are below average, and the small quantity pictures is for sr 12! And the quality as you see is similar to a local fast food. A normal person would need sr 110 to be ok, as you have to order 2 burgers and a fries and a pepsi , and you will not be full. The second star is because the burgers taste good.

I wanted to give this place a 4 for food and price only but considering the whole package it deserves a 5! So I went for brunch to this place it was almost full! They have an indoor seating and an outdoor seating which are both excellent! Service was nice. I don't usually comment on bathrooms but this one is bigger than mine at home 🤭. I got the most recommended burger and fries! Both were great, the burger portion is sufficient. You can get cola 6 SR as a bottle or 10 SR for a cup which is refillable! I got water room temp. Again I would give this place for the food price/portion a 4 out of 5. Taste good typical double cheese burger can't fault it, nothing special classic double burger, sometimes classic is good enough! But taking into consideration the seating area ambience they play music with low audio, appears they favour the hits from hiphop and similar categories. I do recommend this place highly for there burger, maybe try different fries from what I got or plain. I'll give it another visit!

A satisfying burger which is not too heavy on stomach. Liked their special sauce and yummy buns. The onion rings although well done lacked seasoning. Price was slightly above average. Would come again.

My first time at BurgerFI. It was an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming 😊. The place and view is very nice. The food is good, I have tried their signature Burger (BurgerFI) juicy and the beef is delicious. Fries are good. Milkshake is thick and nice. Delicious burgers much similar to Shake shack. The buns were very soft and the meat was juicy. Did not like the fries much though. Also the cut of tomatoes was not so very good they were huge slices. The spicy chicken burger was not so spicy but the beef burgers were just amazing !! The frozen custard was surprisingly good too !! They accept entertainers so it’s really pocket friendly !! Happy Eating !!!

Wow, the CEO burger is it off this world. The quality of the meat and the freshness of the serving with the patty super hot. The fries are also fantastic and crisp. Our server Mr. Ramesh provided good guidance and carefully explained all products. I strongly recommend the place of your a burger lover

Great Burgers! One of my favorite spots here in Saudi Arabia. Binay the manager was very nice and took care of my order. He even came by to ask how everything was during my meal, which is very rare to see here in Saudi. Customer service is top notch and the food is awesome. Always fresh and cooked to order. Will definitely be back again and again

Best veggie burger in town. Might be the best in Saudi? Good crispy veggie patty with soft onions, never tried anything like that before. Fries were nice, just had to ask for more salt. I recommend the outside view at the mosque, especially during sunset. Staff is kind, professional and helpful. Definitely recommend for fellow veggie burger lovers. After the meal I had a walk over Khobar corniche and walked for 1,5 hours to burn that calories;)

Best burger chain EVER! This place is a franchise straight from Florida, and they offer best burgers in town. Full of flavor that make explosions inside your mouth. CEO burger is always my favorite, but so is the bacon one topped with an egg complimented with cajun fries. Go for it!!!!

This is my first time here. The guy who’s got my order his name Santosh, he is very kind and very helpful. Everything is fresh. The type of the beef is great tasted the burger is beefy and juicy.

I loved their burger, hotdog, fries and onion rings. The chicken tenders were ok. The place was clean and the service was great. The parking is a nightmare so try not visit during peak hours.

At first, when I saw the place, I thought it was another Shake Shack clone. But it is so much better than Shake Shack. I tried the CEO burger, the burger with bacon, and the Texas style hotdogs. The server Ramesh provided excellent service from the beginning to the end of the experience, providing good recommendations. He was kind, and made the experience that much better. The food also came quick and hot, due to the amazing service.

Hands down one of the best burgers in Khobar. I tried their premium burger SWAG, with jalapeños for the heat kick. Seriously, this is something special, just go get it. The restaurant description says wine and beer 😂😂😂 no this is Saudi, no wine or beer, but really good burgers! The fried chicken is meh.

It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't visit again. To be honest, their employees need some professionalism since they weren't even smiling. The food was okay, but the meat is a cheap one for sure. Fries were burnt. 3 stars for cleanliness, location, and some polite workers. I paid 10 Riyals for a drink from the machine when I asked for the can they didn't give me my 4 Riyals back since the can costs 6 Riyals. I didn't know that the can's price is less.
