Coming to Baptist hospital for some time now, and I must accept although the hospital is not the same as a 5-star hospital as Apollo & Columbia Asia the hospital wins heart with their service towards the Patient, each staff are very generous and will help each patient from rich to poor no caste or religion is checked before their service. It's truly amazing to see how each of the doctors and nurses work together.

Baptist Bangalore is a very good hospital. The doctors are somehow fantastic. The hospital is very far from our house, nearly 1.5 hours drive. Still, for any second opinion or surgery, we prefer this hospital only. The interesting part of this hospital is that you can meet the doctors of your choice. In other private hospitals, if you want to meet the HOD or senior doctor, you first have to meet some junior doctor. If they allow, then only you are allowed to meet the senior doctors. Anyways, 2 years back we met ENT specialist Dr. Badri Datta at this hospital. He is a great doctor. We were tensed due to some nose fracture issues, but Dr. Badri had given us a 100% guarantee, and everything went very well. The way he speaks is a gift for the patients. In my recent visit, we met HOD Dr. Santhosh Hirematt. He is orthopedic specialist. His smiling face with lots of care resolves half of your problem. He is truly an expert in his department. I am really impressed by his treatment.

I've been coming to BBH for about 7 years now. The hospital is clean & orderly. All staff - from maintenance to supervisory levels - are uniformly courteous & helpful. The doctors are wonderful - dedicated, attentive & kind!! What I love about the hospital is the equality with which they treat patients. I'm a cancer survivor, so I've been in oncology, radiology, surgery, mammography, ultrasound, general medicine... and I've seen all kinds of patients walk in - well-off, middle-class, poor... they are all given the same attention, the same care, the same courtesy. The values of compassion & service are seen at every level, & I am truly so grateful to have experienced this & to continue to experience it at every single visit.

Reputed and well maintained hospital. I came here 8 years back for medical assistance. When I visited today for a scanning the staff are cordial and helped me to complete the procedure without much documentation as the information is kept even after a long period. Overall it is a great experience. Highly recommend the hospital as it is affordable with high quality.

Baptist is our one stop solution for all health issue. I feel doctors are genuine here compare to other hospitals. First time I visited health check, staffs are very patient and understanding. Health check packages are something which you can choose based on your requirement,which I feel is good. Scanning test were done really well. But, if u go through this express clinic everything happens pretty quick(compared to normal). Overall, I had very good experience and I would definitely recommend Baptist to my friends.

Even thought after taking appointment, scanning was delayed by 4+ hours. No proper response. Reception will just say please wait.. please wait. Doctor will call you...! While taking appointment I clearly mentioned that we can't wait much. So took appointment and booked slot in advance. Today, receptionist saying that outpatients are always treated as walking, even thought appointment is there. So our scan will happen at last. Anyone is coming after us, their scan was happening before us. Poor management.. I do not recommend.

Had an appointment at BBh for cardiovascular check with a known doctor as he had treated my mother and wife well. Appointment was at 12.00 and they asked me to be half an hour earlier. I did as per that and did all documentation formalities as a new patient by 11.50. Got to meet doctor at 12.30 as there were many patients. Was asked to do ECG and ECCO after initial consulting. Had to wait for that as the server was down and they could not generate bill. After some time they did manual billing and got my both tests done. Met Doctor with reports and was decided to do Angiogram as per my ECCO results. Did that and was out without any issues from Angiogram diagnosis. I did insist doctor to discharge me as I did not want to be in CCU bed without any issues. As I have issues with sounds inside ICU and CCU. Expressed same to doctor and doctor said you can be out by 6.15pm. Still staff in CCU connected heart rate monitor appliances to me as per their SOW and wanted me to be with that till they complete discharge procedures and process. I reminded staff at 6.05 to discharge me as per doctor instructions. They asked me to wait for some more time like 5-10-15 minutes for every reminder. Then one staff said the medicine used in Cathlab is not in pharmacy and need to wait till they get that and give price. Was surprised. Still I requested to mention the approximate price for the same and will pay for that. Once u get bill u can call us and we will collect documents. They said ok and asked to wait for few minutes. By 7.00 pm they are still getting the medicine rate. Discharge summary not ready yet though doctor said it is released. The staff started behaving differently. Started treating me as inhuman. Made fun with other staffs. Did not give any concerns about my displeasure in staying for long at CCU with electronic machines sound generated for hospital treatment procedures. Requested them to allow me to sit out side the CCU. But they thought I would vanish by not paying. Package for Angiogram is ₹20000/- staff asked me to make ₹10000/- as advance. But we made payment for ₹20000/- need to make only for that medicine. Still the treatment was very pathetic from the staff at CCU and duty doctor at CCU. The main doctor did his work and gave good feedback. But the staff at CCU was pathetic this time. No sign of hospitality as humans were not treated as humans by fellow humans. They just wanted to milk money. That’s how the BBH process, system and structure is. Because when I called help desk their response was a good as the staff at CCU. Infact to let u all know there is civil work happening during day time just next to cCU, Cathlab and the hospital conducts OPD checks and CCU work in same environment. Finally none of the staff bothered to explain the discharge summary. They just sent the report through Cathlab technician. Many reports are with them itself. Not handed over to the patient. Think before going there.

This is a best hospital for preterm babies where I got admitted has a out patient. I was told that my baby will not survive if i don't get delivered immediately as I had completed only 8 months and my baby was weighing only 1.36kg. They got me admitted immediately after coming here and done the tests required and delivered my baby safely. Overall staff is very friendly and doctors visit daily to see the patients well known. Overall we had good experience with this hospital and recommend others to visit this hospital.

Hospital is good for Gynecology, but strongly NOT recommended for pediatrics. They are not the hospital they used to be, they're just another private hospital who hands are in your pocket, be extremely careful and always take a second opinion before you make any major decision about child admission. The pediatricians are just nice on the face, they're nothing but super salesmen for fancy vaccinations. They have time to explain about lucrative vaccinations but no time for a child in despair.

The hospital doctors, nurses and staff are nice and friendly. Treatments are relatively affordable. Oncology doctors explained the disease, treatment options available very well and gave good treatment. The palliative team was very helpful. The team explained my mom's situation clearly and mentally prepared us to handle situations as they come by visiting home every fortnight, guiding us and treating the symptoms. I and my family members are very grateful to both oncology and palliative teams. Thanks for the service and everything! 🙏 There are some incurable diseases, where after certain point, no treatment makes any difference. In such situations, palliative treatment is the best option available to manage situations and symptoms. This is also the most affordable option available. I request the palliative team to create more awareness of the palliative treatment available in the hospital.

Our need was an absolute emergency and the staff and medics were well efficient in handling the crisis. The hospitality department especially catered to the attendees' needs, in our case trying to calm us down. Even after the emergency,in the wards, the doctors, nurses and staffs were well efficient and kind. The attention to the smallest of details in every aspect was impressive. All-in-all we had a wonderful experience through kindness and care.

I have taken the treatment for acute gastritis and I really thank God that I choose Bangalore Baptist Hospital for the treatment. The pain was so much that it got transferred to the heart region. I got admitted in the emergency ward and after asking few questions, within 5 minutes the procedure/treatment was immediately started by keeping my family well informed. I would like to thank especially the doctors and nurses deployed at emergency ward. The staff at emergency ward took excellent care of me and kept my family well informed on each and every process/test/procedure and were taking concurrence from my family on every aspect. As soon as the reports comes in, they would share the result my family and informed my family about the next treatment they would be taking. They were very quick too. The staff at emergency ward were treating everyone with same politeness. The transition from emergency ward to the deluxe room was quite smooth and the staff took very good care of me. I've been visiting the hospital for past 15 years and this is a summary of all my experience. Doctors and staff are truly doing a service. They honestly and sincerely take care of patients very well. The hospitals main motto is to serve the people and not to make money. Its true the hospital lacks some of the multi specialty functions, but with what they have, they serve in the best possible manner. The other good part is the fees is very nominal when compared to any other private hospitals. I've many stories to tell, but its not possible to narrate everything here. I would any day choose Baptist hospital as my first choice for treatment.

My father was treated and had his open heart surgery done here at Baptist hospital... It's hands down the best hospital we had been to (we had taken consultations and check ups at many hospitals before finalizing with Baptist) the nurses or the guardian angels as I'd like to call them ❤ were so caring and efficient. Review of 1Feb 2021: Strong service-oriented core values coupled with modern infra, good doctors and caring staff. In-patient facilities: The private AC rooms on the 3rd floor are excellent. The rooms are equipped with a spacious and electronic patient bed, a smart TV with WiFi, computer desk, microwave oven, fridge and an attendant sofa/bed. The stay was made very comfortable by the frequently attending, always available and empathetic nurses. There's a dietary department which serves a spread of food based on doctor advice, even for attendant, even at odd times of the day. Doctor team: Resident doctors make visits twice a day with senior doctor visiting once a day. The doctors ensured to give enough of their time to listen and attend to the patient and relatives' concerns. Fees, charges: The hospital charges were nominal, private charges are on par with most modern private hospitals. Baptist also has highly affordable treatment options and one may choose either based on their convenience. OPD: A huge team of doctors of almost every speciality are available Monday to Saturday. General OPD consultation starts at ₹80. There's private OPD with appointment too, on the higher floors. Almost all scan facilities like CT, ultrasound, xray, blood tests are available in-house at reasonable rates. Owing to the low charges, there's considerable crowd and waiting time here. Canteen facilities: Attendants, visitors can avail sumptuous food from one of the many snacks stalls all over the campus. There's Udupi cafeteria for full fledged service. Parking facilities: Spacious, easy to access and wheel chair friendly car and bike parking is available and long stays are also available. I wish great health for everyone but if need be, Bangalore Baptist Hospital is a good choice to take treatment and get back to fitness.

The Express Clinic at Baptist is awesome! The Doctor there is extremely good (Dr. Srividhya) who puts the patient immediately at ease. She is patient in understanding the problem and provides the right advice. I was very impressed how well the process of health check up is at Baptist. Everything is done like clockwork. The staff in all departments are quick, efficient and very polite. And most of all, all services under one roof and reasonable. This is not a corporate hospital waiting to make money!

Hospital has good doctors , so Treatment is good. But you have to spend your full day for a single consultation. Waiting time to meet a doctor is too much. It's take more than 6 hrs to meet the cardiologist after paying the consultation fee. Reception sisters outside cardiology department are least bother to answer you.

1. No proper addressing for the Out patients waiting for consultation. 2. No proper timings are maintained for general consultation. 3. Some times Patients need to wait for Hours for Consultation. 4. Proper appointment time should be provided for the patients who are waiting.

I was visited for general medical check up for my next joining company. I'm suppose to be there at 7.30 morning but due to some issue I was reached there @10.30. But without any denied they allowed me to take medical check up, all process are went very smooth manner, thanks for express clinic team and receptionist Ms. Shilpa made this process much easier than what I thought. I don't know about other department but optical and x ray department staffs are very supportive and they acted immediately in my case. Baptist Hospital looks traditional and experienced from the outside but you will know it is very well equipped with infrastructure and modern/advanced from the inside. No doubt all doctors here are experienced with decades of medical service and you are sought to get the right treatment. But what makes Baptist hospital special is the staff. In such a huge hospital, it is easy to get confused and reach the wrong ward/department but everyone of the staff is very polite to help you and not just get their job done. They will assist you until you find your doctor and will speak very sweetly with you. That is most important in a hospital along with their treatment because we need to be comfortable first before we trust them. And if you gave made your first visit here, you will not look at any other hospital, be it whatever problem to whichever family member. Their mission of doing God's service really reflects in their day to day activities. I am happy to have come to Dr.Sarryavani for my wife's pregnancy.

We've visited Dr. Anne in RMU department. Ma'am has provided clarification on each and every step which help us to build trust. We had full faith on her. As per my experience, treatment is good but the insurance help desk person (a lady) has zero interest in her job and she doesn't clarify the queries, She provides wrong information regarding the insurance without checking it. Later on at the time of discharge it's a headache. she behaves as if she is paying for our treatment. She won't even regret her mistake. Will never visit this hospital only because of the bad experience with the insurance help desk.

My wife was diagnosed at BBH Bangalore for Follicular Carcinoma. Dr. Nithya Manyath had been so professional as well as grounded in humanity while she treated my wife Nancy. I brought my elderly father to consult Dr Dominic Benjamin...our interaction with him was very pleasant. The supporting staff were very cordial and understanding. However the only downside was the waiting time. We came as general patients though. But Dr Dominic treated us as private patients since we expressed concern about our travel plans. He arranged for the comprehensive health checkup to be done in the shortest time possible. We were able to get the reports at the earliest. So thanks to Dr for the care and understanding he showed us. My parents felt reassured after we spoke to him. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family. This has been a super pleasant & efficient experience. From the the first time at the out patient, the meticulous effort to keep clean ( Covid fear ) and very affordable pricing was all a surprise. The nursing staff were all courteous and professional. The food from the pantry was actually very wholesome and tasty. It was a pleasant Sunday morning(15th March 2020) after coffee, my husband felt little uncomfortable and started sweating profusely with short of breath, immediately we rushed to Baptist Hospital, Hebbal, Bangalore. We came to know that he had massive "Heart Attack". It was a SHOCK. The way the emergency doctors handled us was comforting, and explained the whole process of Angioplasty, meanwhile they called Dr. Thabit Ahmed by than all the background work was done. My husband was in the operation theatre within 20-25 minutes. Remember it was a Sunday! The gentle words of doctors and nurses were incredible. Though we were under trauma, we appreciate how Dr.Thabit Ahmed handled the situation with his consoling words to my husband. Within an hour, after successful completion of the procedure, my husband was shifted to Intensive care unit. After that he was under the care of "Brilliant team of Dr.Thabit Ahmed, Dr. Selvi and their spectacular team of Nurses". Following Wednesday another procedure was done with utmost care. When I said the word "care" please note, they were not only treating my husband, they took care of us as well. We appreciate the coordination of Cardiology department. The hospital do not have appointment system in Cardiac section. Result you have to wait for minimum 4 hours to meet a Doctor. Even to show result of report advised by Doctor you have to wait, or you need a contact at the hospital to see Doctor quickly. Please introduce appointment system. Time is precious for everyone.

Very good treatment and reasonable charges. Last year my father took treatment for stroke. He got recovered and he is able to walk and speak clearly. Thanks to Dr.Sumanth neurologist.

I was admitted here for a hysterectomy, last week. The surgery was done by Dr. Shiny Varghese, who did an excellent job. Dr. Shiny is very sweet and is easy to talk to, which made the surgery easier on me. She was open to any number of doubts and clarifications from my end and thoroughly explained the procedure. As for the nursing care, it was simply amazing. All the nurses were very nice and approachable. One nurse in particular, Sister Nighat stood out. She was very encouraging while wheeling me into the OT. Post the surgery, she ensured that I walked frequently. Overall, I had a good experience at Baptist. And I would recommend this hospital.

For me, that would be - CAROL ZORINA FERNANDES I stumbled on to milady concerning my hair fall & She had been able to pull miracles by - 1. Rejuvenating my hair' health 2. Arresting hair fall 3. And even growing new hair up I fancy she keeps pulling miracles day and night under her belt. As far as I'm concerned, She ain't a good doctor, nor is she a great doctor, but rather . . . . a MAGNIFICENT one.

I have been to BBH few times when my friend, my grand nephew and a relative were sick. They were all treated very well and they recovered quickly. Timely diagnosis and treatment were given. Excellent service; very professional. Went for a covid PCR test. Lab technician Rajkumar explained the testing process and conducted the testing. Testing process was very organized and the results arrived in a timely manner.

The hospitality is way more better than expected. Only issue is with the security service. They have 0% concern about the attender. And please remove all the banners which have visiting timings written on them,as they don't have one.

Doctors & Nurses approach and treatment is best. But booking prior appointment over phone is a nightmare and these staff are rude and arrogant, shared experience over mail, but still the same rudeness. Certain times I feel are these staff doing this intentionally so that we go to some other hospital. When asked for prior appointment, asked me to walkin and no appointment needed. Then when I said during this pandemic time is it safe to come without appointment and stand in the queue, the reply was "when others can stand in the queue what's the problem you have". Then when I wanted more clarity on this prior appointment booking concept, the answer was "I don't have time to explain".

Baptist is our one stop solution for all health issue. I feel doctors are genuine here compare to other hospitals. First time I visited express health check, staffs are very patient and understanding. Health check packages are something which you can choose based on your requirement(which I feel is good). Usually all the blood test and scanning takes long time in Baptist. But, if u go through this express clinic everything happens pretty quick(compared to normal). The best hospital I have ever seen in my life. So much experienced doctor's and staff. From the gate to lift operater , cleaning staff, catering, billing staff regardless of so much crowd they handle every day they so polite I have ever seen so polite in any other place and experienced doctor's who care us like their family members . Each staff are to be priced.

Doctors are VERY GOOD. No complaints with the doctors. MRI department has to be improved. There should be multiple MRI machines. We waited for 5 hours to undergo MRI as they had issues with the machine. We lost the doctor consultation on that day. We visited the doctor on the next day. We asked for the MRI report. Then MRI Department called us again for scanning as the image quality in the first time was not clear. Second time also we waited for 2 hours.

I am consulting Dr.Shiny since 8months. Doctor is excellent in her treatment. Listens very patiently and gives good care. Gynaecology dept has approachable staff, very efficient. Highly recommendable. Thanks

Hospital is good. I was taking regular injection here for infection and sister at injection room treated patient well especially Pramila. She took good care of patient and once there was a need to change the syringe and she didn’t wait for attender to go pay bill and come back. She changed it first and then asked us to get new one for her. This is good since patient didn’t had to wait. If you are facing any issues there is a information centre you can go and there raise concerns with them. They are humble and take necessary action. Only reason for 4 ratings is - not all but few people at cash counter (hospital, medicine, registration) they are little bit rude. They don’t have kindness to listen and they don’t talk humble. Even after calling them sir or madam they don’t even address you back with respect (Sir or Madam). Again not all just few. Those people just say *wait for sometime* rudely, after you have already waited long enough. Scan procedures - It is so frustrating that they won’t give instructions properly. You take appointments for scan and you go even earlier than booked time but still they make you wait for an hour at-least (what is the point in appointment) - after long wait one hour - they ask did you drink water ? Did you pass the urine ? - then they ask us to drink water and wait again. Seriously? What nonsense is this? Why don’t you tell me that drinking water is *MANDATORY* when I took appointment? Or when you asked me to wait for an hour ? Seriously ?

I visited Baptist hospital to enquire about MRI, I was directed to Radiology department and met Mr.Sathish Peter he explained about MRI procedure and time duration, his communication and politeness is awesome. Highly recommended .All staff members are very friendly . All the best.

Dr Sukanya🙂 is a must visit doctor, for expectant Mothers, she reviews medically and heedfully. I'll, and have been promoting the hospital in her name. Do remember as a patient, to keep patience. The doctors know their job and they do deliver their best, when we give them their space. Hospital serves good, few staffs are a bit tensed. Too much of crowd in few departments, patients have no seats, they wait standing for the doctor or the nurse to call their name. Good atmosphere. I was recently admitted in Bangalore Baptist Hospital for a medical emergency. Every single person that I had to deal with beginning from the receptionist to the consultant was extremely professional, kind, helpful and patient. Not only the physical trauma but the associated mental trauma too was well taken care of. They did everything they could to make the ordeal easier. Such selfless, righteous devotion to patient care is not seen every where. There were no unnecessary charges involved and everything was explained well, and was done taking mine and my family's consent. Such transparency and ethical work practices in hospitals are rare these days. I am extremely satisfied with the way things moved during my treatment and I will definitely recommend this hospital over any other hospital in Bangalore. They absolutely stand true to their motto - 'quality with compassion'.

My visit didn't go off that well. My appointment was at 10.30am with the Urologist. It was delayed by an hour. When the Dr. finally came, he was in a mad rush to go to the OT hence didn't feel the examining of my case so effective.

Worst hospital I regret getting my 15 year old active baby here to the hospital He came walking, we were told he has dengue Was admitted to ward for more than 4 days 5th day they took him to hospital ICU 6th day they say he is in coma, liver failure, blood pressure is low 7th day they declared him very serious 4 days in ward, I'm very much doubtful for medical negligence from there side This hospital has killed my little one Please anyone who is reading this.. Be careful And today 8th they declared him dead

Hi Team, I would like to say this was very worst experience that i faced at your hospital.Very worst staffs, You ask them anything they just ignore, it's of no use taking an appointment to meet any doctors. Though u take appointment u will have to wait for extra 2 hours to meet doctor, many people they doest know to take a prior appointment they just come but the staffs at desk are so rude to them. The online payments What they have taken they haven't refunded till now. Is this the service u people do only grab the money from people account. Kindly train the staffs to be polite enough. I'm a Christian and I'm ashamed to tell this is Christian management property by seeing the term service provided to customers. I want my refund of 350 rs.. it's been more than 24hrs...
