Had
an
appointment
at
BBh
for
cardiovascular
check
with
a
known
doctor
as
he
had
treated
my
mother
and
wife
well.
Appointment
was
at
12.00
and
they
asked
me
to
be
half
an
hour
earlier.
I
did
as
per
that
and
did
all
documentation
formalities
as
a
new
patient
by
11.50.
Got
to
meet
doctor
at
12.30
as
there
were
many
patients.
Was
asked
to
do
ECG
and
ECCO
after
initial
consulting.
Had
to
wait
for
that
as
the
server
was
down
and
they
could
not
generate
bill.
After
some
time
they
did
manual
billing
and
got
my
both
tests
done.
Met
Doctor
with
reports
and
was
decided
to
do
Angiogram
as
per
my
ECCO
results.
Did
that
and
was
out
without
any
issues
from
Angiogram
diagnosis.
I
did
insist
doctor
to
discharge
me
as
I
did
not
want
to
be
in
CCU
bed
without
any
issues.
As
I
have
issues
with
sounds
inside
ICU
and
CCU.
Expressed
same
to
doctor
and
doctor
said
you
can
be
out
by
6.15pm.
Still
staff
in
CCU
connected
heart
rate
monitor
appliances
to
me
as
per
their
SOW
and
wanted
me
to
be
with
that
till
they
complete
discharge
procedures
and
process.
I
reminded
staff
at
6.05
to
discharge
me
as
per
doctor
instructions.
They
asked
me
to
wait
for
some
more
time
like
5-10-15
minutes
for
every
reminder.
Then
one
staff
said
the
medicine
used
in
Cathlab
is
not
in
pharmacy
and
need
to
wait
till
they
get
that
and
give
price.
Was
surprised.
Still
I
requested
to
mention
the
approximate
price
for
the
same
and
will
pay
for
that.
Once
u
get
bill
u
can
call
us
and
we
will
collect
documents.
They
said
ok
and
asked
to
wait
for
few
minutes.
By
7.00
pm
they
are
still
getting
the
medicine
rate.
Discharge
summary
not
ready
yet
though
doctor
said
it
is
released.
The
staff
started
behaving
differently.
Started
treating
me
as
inhuman.
Made
fun
with
other
staffs.
Did
not
give
any
concerns
about
my
displeasure
in
staying
for
long
at
CCU
with
electronic
machines
sound
generated
for
hospital
treatment
procedures.
Requested
them
to
allow
me
to
sit
out
side
the
CCU.
But
they
thought
I
would
vanish
by
not
paying.
Package
for
Angiogram
is
βΉ20000/-
staff
asked
me
to
make
βΉ10000/-
as
advance.
But
we
made
payment
for
βΉ20000/-
need
to
make
only
for
that
medicine.
Still
the
treatment
was
very
pathetic
from
the
staff
at
CCU
and
duty
doctor
at
CCU.
The
main
doctor
did
his
work
and
gave
good
feedback.
But
the
staff
at
CCU
was
pathetic
this
time.
No
sign
of
hospitality
as
humans
were
not
treated
as
humans
by
fellow
humans.
They
just
wanted
to
milk
money.
Thatβs
how
the
BBH
process,
system
and
structure
is.
Because
when
I
called
help
desk
their
response
was
a
good
as
the
staff
at
CCU.
Infact
to
let
u
all
know
there
is
civil
work
happening
during
day
time
just
next
to
cCU,
Cathlab
and
the
hospital
conducts
OPD
checks
and
CCU
work
in
same
environment.
Finally
none
of
the
staff
bothered
to
explain
the
discharge
summary.
They
just
sent
the
report
through
Cathlab
technician.
Many
reports
are
with
them
itself.
Not
handed
over
to
the
patient.
Think
before
going
there.
