Went for a health check up, very much unorganised and hapazard. Simply sat on bench waiting. Went by 7.30 am and all the tests were finished by 5 pm. It would have taken 3hours in Manipal Hospital.( I did my health checkup in Manipal Northside and I visited the hospital for consecutive 5years it takes from 8am to 10am for all tests and evening 1 hour 4pm to 5pm for consultation) They have limited number of Echo machine and Ultrasound in Apollo, so it took infinite time. Went for dental 4 times they have a parrot say ' doctor is doing procedure come after 30mins'. We booked the health checkup on AskApollo online that was another disaster. Amount paid online didn't match their billing amount so they wasted a lot of time in figuring out a fix. Finally Doctor Mehta sorted it out, thanks to her.

The preventive healthcare department is not at all flexible, I think they have grown too big now… few customers will not impact the business anymore. Instead prefer FORTIS, they are next door to Apollo. Humble staff, they charged me 3500 for a health checkup costing 5000 at Apollo. Edited…. Reply to below comment from Apollo team. I filled the details requested as per your comment below but nothing happened. We should not comment just to show that you care about grievances.

Pathetic! Absolutely no covid rules are followed. Inspire of taking appointment we were made to wait for 2hours and odd mins for the doctor as he is most of the time attending online appointment keeping us waiting in the lobby.. no professionalism at all with the reception and billing desk too

They have pathetic hospital care which I even said to the doctors. After getting into emergency and testing negative, they kept the patient among possible covid positive patients for over 12 hours before shifting her to a room. The food given was like from a local dhaba. No doctor visited after the shift was done and they administered medicines even without the tests coming positive to make the patient situation worse. Will not recommend the place to anyone.

Pros 1. Well maintained hospital. 2. Excellent medical care provided by doctors. 3. Has the best canteen food. Less oily and tasty food items which I haven't found in any other hospital. Cons 1. The layout after the entrance was a bit confusing. Took some time to locater the registration desk. 2. Registration desk attendees are pretty slow when it comes to inputing details and processing files. Had to do a bit of back and forth. 3. The way in and out on each floor was confusing as there were no sign boards towards the exit written on the doors.

It is located near by IIM Bangalore on the way from jayadeva towards Bannerghatta. The fun thing in Apollo is like the parking is not FREE. ****Only paid Parking***** 30 rupees per hour Cashless payment accepted Greenary became less New building emarged A new temple in the entry Okay okay okay Let's talk about hospital The reception is handled by only one person and the pharmacy ambiance will be so great. As you go inside you feel like walking in airport. The palce is hygine and way is full of boards. Choose your destination reach the doctor Get medication or diagnosis You can find or book appointment on Apollo app and all the insurance payment accepted. Cost of surgery varies depends on insurance provider

We had a good experience at Apollo Bannergatta. I underwent a minor surgery here under Dr Narasimhaiah and his team. He is an amazing doctor who has conquered peaks in what he does. You are safe in the hands of him and his team consisting of Dr. Ganesh Kumar and Dr. Mamtha. The admission and insurance process was smooth. We are very satisfied with the nursing team. They took good care of me overall. Kudos to the team of sister Anumol, consisting of sister Sampa and sister Sherin, among others. Unlike what we have experienced in other hospitals, the nurses here are not indifferent and seem genuinely interested in their work and provide care. Special mention to the nursing team at post-op ward also. They helped in transitioning from OT in a smooth manner. The housekeeping team also was prompt in their service, especially Ms. Devika was very helpful with everything. A con to mention was in regards to parking, in that they didn't give a ticket while we entered, and later claimed to charge hourly rate, even though we had parked for a couple of days. This issue was sorted out after some back n forth with the parking company and feedback given to the admin department. There was constant follow-up from every department to ensure the time spent here was as easy as possible through the surgery and recovery. Edit1: there was a lot of mixup with apollo team and go-digital insurance team, due to which we ended up staying almost 13hrs post getting permission to get discharged. Edit2: added some more details including names of doctors and staff.

Visited this hospital for Covid Vaccination. Safety, Hygiene, instruction to patients, facility, wise were excellent and over and above. Staff were informative and friendly. It took around 30-40 mins. Paid parking facility is available. Overall vaccination experience was excellent. Since Govt capped upper limit of Rs.1410 per vaccine on 8th Jun 2021, they charged the same. Hope the extra profit would serve the needy and the well-being of their staff.

We came here to have a gall bladder removal surgery for my mother and everything went flawlessly. Firstly, the surgeons and doctors are exceptional - Dr. Deepak Bolbandi, Dr. Ravishankar Bhat and Dr. Satish, they made sure everything went flawlessly and so smoothly. The hospital itself is also good, the house keeping staff keep the rooms and washrooms absolutely clean and tiny. No complaints there. We did have a tough time with the nurses who were difficult and not upto the mark. The only capable nurse out was Nurse Sarah who is very very good at her job, the rest were a complete mess. Overall, a good experience.

Save your time and visit another hospital if you can. We visited the hospital to see a general physician on a Tuesday at 5:01pm. We waited for almost an hour only to realize that they do not call patients but patients just randomly enter the doctor's room. After we consulted the doctor, we were told to do few blood tests. Our token number was 60 and when we reached the blood test area, the number they were currently attending to was 58. We waited another 25 minutes after which the blood test was done. The person handling the blood test seemed inexperienced, as my fiance's hand started hurting very badly after the test, which is not normal. Finally we reached the radiology room at 6:47pm. Our token number was 83 and the token number they were attending to was 80. It's currently 7:13 when I am writing this review and the token number hasn't moved from 80. Frustrated, we left the hospital. If you value your time and health, please go to another hospital. Also, not to forget the exorbitant consultation charges. Just for general physician's consultation charges was 900 rupees. At other Apollo clinics, the consultation charge is not more than 500 rupees. Overall, ridiculous service for double the price.

I struggled to get appointment for Preventive Health Checkup and got it after trying 2days and after having PHC they asked me to collect reports after 5days and told they will call back but didn't call. When I called hospital the same agony repeated. No proper response. No proper working timings. No proper response. Totally worst service.

It brings me immense shame to bring this incident to your notice regarding what has happened to me today when I visited apollo hospitals , Bannerghatta Road , Bangalore . I have visited the hospital at around 4:00 p.m with a concern of cold ,cough and throat pain . I had a covid Negative (-ve) report dated yesterday . I went to visit the duty doctor in the emergency ward and explained my concern to him, that firstly it’s ko covid and secondly from Three days I am not able to find any change in my health despite taking antibiotics . He makes me stand right outside , tells me he can’t take me in due to flu symptoms though I clearly mentioned and showed my report to him that I’ve been tested negative . I can still understand that protocol may be . But later I asked him to give me a prescription for which he said I need to pay and I astonishingly asked , why would I not pay , when I visited this place with an intention of consultation so I would be ready to bear the charges . He again denied you need to register and I said I’m already a registered patient here because I came for consultation before also . He then reluctantly writes my issues and medicines just on a piece of white paper and gives it to me whose picture I attach below and then starts explaining that I’m not very sick and I don’t need a prescription and he has to do the entire itinerary if he has to give me a prescription. I stand there with fever , cough , cold and soar throat and this is how your doctors treat us . Is it wrong for a patient to demand for a prescription if she has visited a hospital , consulted the doctor and expects a faster recovery

I would like to share my experience with the Housekeeping staff of this hospital because this was one hospital that I have visited several times now (though not a place to be in most of the time )but still the staff is trained very well and the cleaning jobs are very well taken care of. Please keep up the good work. The cleaning staff are very good at their job and it is a refreshing feeling to see them in our room the first thing in the morning with their smiling face.

Patient Name: Kannan M Very thankful to Dr Neema Bhat from Onco who is our primary consultant for AML and been very supportive. Neema ma’am is just one message away for quick advice or help at any given point of time. Thanks a ton. We had consulted Dr Saurabh Mishra from Gastroenterologist/Bariatric who was really helpful in accessing the problem and surgery was successful. Also, follow ups was very seamless. Saurabh sir is always one phone call/message way to help whenever needed. This is just fantabulous. Thanks a lot. Special mention to the security and house keeping team (Platinum Suite) Kamala and Shanthu was really helpful in maintaining the room well clean as well. Lastly, yes the hospital is little expensive but having said that treatments and service is top notch!! Best in the state at least.

My wife got admitted after she delivered a baby girl in another hospital. Her condition was very severe, a very difficult time. Apollo sent their emergency team to pick her up from another hospital - super quick. We reached Apollo and were admitted to the Emergency Room, the treatment started immediately. ER team did some scans and tests and immediately shifted her to ICU, she was there for 3 days in the ICU and then released to the ward after that and finally yesterday we were discharged from the hospital. The care the entire Apollo team has provided is significant and beyond the duty. I would like to, especially thank - Dr. Hari Prasad(Pulmonology & Critical Care), Dr. Kalpana, Dr. Divya, Dr. Mohammed UV, Dr. Afreen, all the nursing staff at ICU, Nidha, Sister Lincy, and the other nursing staff at the ward, admin team, housekeeping team and everyone else who helped her get back to on her feet within a week span of time and let her meet her newborn baby girl. Thank you for your world-class medical service. Thanks, Aminul

Came here for a vaccination, booked slot in inhouse Apollo app and the slot is 9 to 1 but when I reached there.. a respectable aged man from the reception was rude and telling us to come back after 2. If you guys can't manage slots keep the app slot according. Bad experience and will never try those apps for sure.

The emergency department and ENT are outstanding and supportive. It right on the road thus connectivity is also amazing in case of an emergency. "Special Kudos to the health workers and team"

Have been here for vaccination, no social distancing followed. Not properly organised. They are taking service charge but not providing basic needs for people. They asks u to leave after vaccine is given. ( Don't allow us to wait for 30mins). Have to stand outside for 2hrs to get you vaccine shot and people will be crowded. Even though u have slot booked for particular time they give token irrespective of you slot. So better to go after 1Pm irrespective of your slot. I don't understand the necessity of installing Apollo app for vaccination, if you're going for vaccination better install app at home and visit hospital.

The security people at the entrances are rude and extremely unprofessional. The hospital is well maintained. Since it is a multi speciality hospital, they offer treatment for most of the ailments. Good parking facility but car parking is expensive. It is difficult to get a parking slot in peak hours. Located opposite to IIM-B. The treatment cost is super expensive.. one must have the health insurance to afford treatment here.

Cashier (lady) in I.P.Billing section was irresponsibility, I requested her about my bill amount thrice, but no response from her . Is she don't know how to react with patient/ customers 🙄. Finally by asking loudly , my work is done but in refund I didn't get Rs 12/- as she told me no change with me. Here my concern is not about balance amount, Regarding irresponsibility. How much pressure we/ patient are having we know that, if she do like this we/ patient will get depress. This is my humble request. Apollo hospital is one of the famous & leading hospital in Bangalore, pls have a look at your maintenance ( PESTICIDES). You have to think about this.

Hospital experience is good, I got admitted for minor operation and everything went well. Doctors, nurses, house keeping guys are very good. But food is not at all good. They should improvise the food, this is not the first time i had been there 2 years back also I was at the hospital being an attendant, that time food was better, but now food is worst, and food staff(not all few) force us to give 5 rating , some patients/attendee gives for the sake of staff since the request.. Please please change the food department else it's completely waste of money...

The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment during challenging times. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, prices can be on the higher side, and it's advisable to inquire about available amenities and rates in advance. I recently underwent a health checkup at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta Road, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding various aspects of the process. Firstly, upon receiving the reports, I discovered that they were incorrect. This revelation has significantly shaken my confidence in the credibility of the health checkup conducted at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta Road. Accurate and reliable reports are crucial for making informed health decisions, and the discrepancies in mine have left me questioning the overall quality of the service. Moreover, despite providing sample collection details in advance, the process was not handled as per my requests. I believe that proper attention to such details is essential to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results. The oversight in handling these aspects added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Another issue I encountered was the extended waiting time at the facility. Waiting for an extended period not only tested my patience but also raised concerns about the efficiency of the facility's operations. Timeliness is crucial in a healthcare setting, and the prolonged wait only added to the negative aspects of my visit. In summary, my recent health checkup experience at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta Road was, unfortunately, very disappointing. The combination of incorrect reports, mishandling of sample collection details, and prolonged waiting times has left me with serious reservations about the quality of service provided. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in these areas and ensure a more positive experience for future visitors.

Done operation for my Mom at age of 64 years, One of the best hospital in Bangalore. Thanks to Dr. Raviraj Ortho . If you are going to admit any one as inpatient then pls cross check the all bills in details 1. Lot of unused items are billed 2. Actually not made investigation bills added 3. Charge for three items and hand over to patient only one like wet tissue , N94 mask Others .... After I have checked personally all bills and asked to concern then they cancelled the same . Money looting .

I went for my known problem. Team of Doctors with MS degrees and all that were simply no use. Dr.Aishwarya and Dr.Puja were too busy to examine and some junior technician saw my ear and she misdiagnosed. I had to go through hellish experience. For a week and I suffered ghostly, hellish, ringing sound in my ear. I almost thought, I would go mad. Never go to fancy hospital. Finally a Doctor solved my problem today. I would have mentioned his name here but this review might be considered as some marketing gimmick by him. My advice to you is - if you have an option, you may not want to go to Apollo.

I had confirmed online booking but on arriving at the counter my name was missing and had to beg for an appointment. There was a long line for blood samples as only one lady was at the counter. I being diabetic had to wait for more than an hour to give the blood sample The quality of food and the ambiance were pathetic. The staff were not cordial except few No COVID safety protocol was followed. The people were just crowded at each facility The testing rooms were conjured like a market vendor shops The PPBS was not included in the package but when separately tested the charge was 379 which is exorbitant. I will not visit the facility in the future nor recommend it to anybody. When compared FORTIS seems to be more superior.

I have been visiting this hospital not just for myself but for my other family members too. All the doctors I have met so far have been excellent, caring and patient. Received timely treatment everytime.Their nursing staff for the inpatients are Extremely courteous and caring. My heartfelt thanks to both doctors and nurses. How can I forget to mention about their support staff - They are equally helpful and courteous too.You need not go outside for any tests all the facilities are available within the hospital which makes it very convenient. Rooms are hygienic, they ensure the restrooms. & rooms are cleaned often . However, the outpatient restrooms ,Food & beverage could be improved. Treatment cost is on a higher side. Out patient billing staff are sometimes very rude and don't respond well to the aged people as well, another area for improvement. Overall very satisfied with the services as of today.

Apollo hospital has an excellent service from top level to the ground level, all are smiling and 24 hrs they will be giving service, aim so happy with my heart iam very thankful. Suggested to improve insurance process, the system needs to be changed, like if we give the insurance card everything should be taken care. This should be handled in a better way instead of making the attendees run around

“I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received at your hospital. From the moment I went in to have an echocardiogram to the time of discharge, every experience with every department was great. I have been a nurse for 35 years and I have never seen hospital staff like yours. From housekeeping to dietary, nursing, valet and all the other departments, I was impressed. I will recommend Griffin hospital to everyone going forward. Thank you for a wonderful experience despite the fact that I was hospitalized.”

Only problem is near no hotels for food but hospital canteen is only option to eat something. Thank you Apollo and team.

Nursing need lots of improvement. One should chase for nursing staff, every now and then you should call them to disconnect saline or nebulizer (I mean they initiate procedures n forget to complete). Doctors should spend more time in consultation rather than jumping to next patient.

I had been to the hospital today, the consultation was great, loved the way the doctor treated me and spoke to me. But the people who helped the doctor, including all the attenders literally barged into us and took all my files and have messed up all the files. None of my previous reports are in place, none of my previous prescriptions are found in order. Only for the sake of having a record for your own hospital you cannot really destroy someone’s belongings. I am really upset, I’ve lost a lot of bills and prescriptions in the same process. I don’t think the hospital staff is taught to be this disorganised. You can see the below images, my file from a particular hospital has reports from 4 different hospitals. Another envelope containing my recent reports of an mri are not even inside and it’s left empty as it is. The last images show how they have returned my reports and an ultrasound image that is just lying in one of the files and the staple has fallen out, now I have no freaking clue which report had this ultrasound images. This is extremely frustrating, it’s not worth having people like this in the hospital if they don’t understand how important these small papers are for the patients. Least they could do is to put back all my stuff where it is supposed to be. I really don’t think the staff is responsible enough to take a good care of patients.

Doctors in the emergency section were very caring and quick in their treatment to my father. Very systematic procedures with proper documentation and they probed us with the right questions on his routine and other issues considering his age (80+). At the same time they were clear to tell us that not to worry much after the initial checks. The approach by senior Doctors after admitting him was very transparent and only suggested what is required. And explained the details of treatment and reason for one more day extension clearly. Thanks to Team Apollo for sending my Father home in a cheerful mood.

Doctors and treatments are good. But management need to improve the infrastructure facilities. Have to wait a day to put one injection because there is no enough bed facilities. So many nurses available and ready to put injection but there is no bed available for injection. we left without putting injection after waiting one hour. Please allocate one bed specifically for injection. Hope assigning a one bed not a big deal for Apollo management. Very much disappoint because I visited hospital 3 days continuously for consultation and test but for single injection we couldn't find a bed.

Worst service ever in this hospital. They charge 5k for patients room but they don't even keep the basic needed stuff like tooth brush, paste & sanitiser for patients. When asked for it they say that it is not included in the general ward room. And for everything we have to follow-up 5-6 times and that work will be done only after 4-5 hours or the next day. Any government hospital seems to be better than this. Regretting for choosing this hospital.

As Usual the treatment is real good and the facilities are nice. The Nursing team are so patient and friendly. They have answered us when ever the help is needed. Special Mention "Ramya" she was out standing in her work even though it's a night shift, if she was not there I would be able to handle my brother. Thanks to the whole Nursing team, keep up the Good work. Cheers☺️

I got knee replacement surgery of both legs for my mother. The services rendered by hospital was very good. A very nutritious diet was given to the patients. The doctors and paramedical staff are very much committed and dedicated. The prices are high for a middle class family nevertheless quality was worth it. However, the discharge process is a little lengthy despite of not using insurance. The billing and accounts department needs to be strengthened and have better coordination. The delays in the billing process could be cut down.

I am a Apollo hospital loyal and have every member of my and my extended family registered and consulted here. Unfortunately today, I felt very let down. Earlier this evening we went in to the ER as my wife had a severe lower back ache for the past two days and despite physiotherapy done on Friday her pain on one side did not subside. The doctor on duty in the ER (one Dr. Ali) said we should have come earlier and now they don't have a bed free. When asked if we could wait, he said it would be very late, again harping on the same thing that we should have earlier. Very clear that all the doctors in the ER were standing around the central station and chatting and no one even bothered to intervene and offer any alternative solution. I had to leave and am now heading to another hospital. If the service there is good and prompt, Apollo has lost at least 10 patients for good. It is a sad ER room now a days. I have seen this ER at the busiest during COVID, but every person there was so energetic and attentive. The team that was there today (630 PM) was indeed sad. Do something Apollo hospitals as this is not what you are known for and this if continued will bring your ratings down drastically.

We went for Gall stone surgery, it was done successfully by Dr. Saurabh Misra, taken private room all facility was good and staff was supportive, will recommend others as per my experience. Surgery cost was 123000, if we would have choosen general ward with 4 people than it would have cost us 1 lac.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Rajasekhar garu with his quality of service and humbleness towards patients concerns. He inspires patients to improve their self confidence and motives them through his experience before the surgery. Also, would like to appreciate nursing service and couple of names like Joyce and Maria really helped my mother throughout the hospital journey. Food quality has to be improved as patients won't be able to digest due to minimum taste.
