I called hospital customer support yesterday evening to report a horrible occurrence that occurred to me at Narayanan Nethralaya eye Hospital in Indiranagar. The two optical workers manhandled me and struck me in the face by causing injuries Even after being contacted multiple times, the hospital administration chose not to address the problems. I'm going to take this matter seriously on social media and ask for support from community and celebrities until it reaches the police head department and media channels.

Narayana Nethralaya has set new benchmarks in terms of medical care, eye related procedures and staff behavior. We have been consulting with Dr Sneha here for the cataract procedure of my dad's both eyes. The entire process has been smooth, with sufficient clarity and transparency provided to us. I liked their hospitality and their system. Obviously, it is a famous chain of eye hospitals, so it is expected & appreciative that they have a neat system for all procedures. It's very pricey though. More than you would expect for simple eye check-ups.
