Nice hotel located right in the heart of the city. Offers comfortable bedding and adequate services. If you want to stay within the city centre and explore the surroundings by foot, then this hotel is the right location for staying.

Lovely place with tasty food 😋. Staff are AMAZING! Rooms are clean and well equipped. There are lovely views from the rooftop bar, and fresh and tasty pizzas for a quick snack. If you are visiting Dar, this is in a perfect location for everything! Supermarket on the doorstep, loads of places to eat and shop and if it's your thing, it's just off 'bhoga bhoga street'!

A very good place to stay in Town. 2 Advantage. One it's very near to Temple Road just behind the hotel. Two every morning you can have lot of indian breakfast.

So this is to summarize my view on this hotel , it may not have luxurious amenities, but maintained basic requirements and that too well , nice big rooms and very nice clean bathrooms . Nice view from hotel. It has vantage location. Parking is available around hotel .Food is nice, they have Indian chef and many other variety of foods available. Place is really calm and staff is excellent and understanding customer requirements. Few travelers may not like water heater in room but I say that's subjective and rest all things are at place .

10th floor restaurant has beautiful views of the sea and Dar city. It is ideal for events. The service and food were good, value-wise well as. They need to clean up more diligently, though, and just maintenance of the place - light units around the wall were falling over. Great potential.

This is a convenient hotel for short trips. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is a very old property but maintained. It's economical too.

The Manager Nitya is very good and co-operative, also all the staff of the restaurant, house keeping staff everyone is very and are very co-operative in service.

Great place and easy to view Dar es salaam City

This hotel plus point is its location and you will get all indian dishes. But Rooms, bathroom, doors, furniture, tv etc everything in the room was was not upto the standard in relevant to the rates. Bathroom fitting poor. Each room has a separate hot water geyser, mean you CANNOT get hot water instantly when you need it. Walls and paint was in poor shape. All furniture was taken over with termites the one which eat the wood and make powder. One can see that power everywhere in the furniture. They have a nice place to chill on the roof. When i was flying back i was surprised to see there advertisement in the magazine they have in the seat pocket (Tanzanian airways). If they fix there room interiors it would become one of the best hotels in Dar.

The hotel was clean, staff really caring , breakfast was asain style and fresh fruit omelette also available...Close by shops and restaurants

Hotel Sapphire offers is located in city center of Dar es Salaam and you have all the access to local markets, temples, mosques and restaurants. Manager and staffs are very helpful and can prepare special dishes on your request which are not even in their menu.
