Appointment with Dr. Clearing Receptionist is unfriendly and very impatient with foreign people. I asked about a word that wasn't clear to me, and the lady replied that I should find someone else to speak for me on the phone, even though I understand almost everything, I just wanted to know more about a medication and she thought so can not speak German. The doctor Dr. Roden, who didn't have time to ask or explain exactly what my symptoms were (that was the case with me), just looked at me and briefly explained something and sent it home to me. He was finished in 5 minutes. I had to continue researching my illness and other questions on the Internet to understand what he meant and in the pharmacy next door, they were more humane and friendly, and everything about the illness and medication was explained to me again with full patience and politeness.

Miss Dr. Peine is super friendly, very competent and takes enough time for the patient. The team from reception to the doctor's assistants is just TOP!! I had intestinal problems and I received good help.

Very, very nice staff, got an appointment on the same day and was treated very friendly and professionally by Dr Fritsche after a short wait. This practice can be fully recommended.

I am very satisfied with the practice. Everyone was always very nice. I had a mini operation in the practice and felt totally comfortable. I was constantly told what was being done, asked if I was in pain and constantly talked to the doctor and helper. Easy to reach by phone and I never waited longer than 10 minutes in the practice.

Overall I was very satisfied. As far as the friendliness of the lady at the reception is concerned, she certainly doesn't have the highest charisma. But she is NOT unfriendly by any stretch of the imagination. As far as treatment is concerned, it is in the nature of things that there are better things. But the doctor explained everything well and hurried.

The 5 stars go to Dr. Fritsche, who operated on and treated me. Very competent, humorous and humane! Once also with Dr. Straw, he was just as sensitive. The two doctors take away your fears and follow the patient! I can Dr. Highly recommend Fritsche.👍🏻💪🏼

The dr. Fritsche is a very friendly and competent doctor. We recommend. However, I was there by arrangement by phone from z. Mrs. Schmidt at the reception didn't want to believe that and started telling me that she didn't care that I had been canceled by my previous doctor due to illness. Die Weiber an der Theke sind das letzte….. unfreundlich, Arbeitsfaul! Der Arzt verschreibt Salben die null bringen, Hauptsache wiederkommen und kassieren. Nie wieder diese Praxis.
