Wo soll ich anfangen und wo soll ich aufhören. Der allerletzte Laden ist das. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind extrems unhöflich und unverschämt gegenüber den Kunden. Man wird angepöbelt und es wird in einem sehr asozialen Ton geredet. Hinter der Theke wird auf Türkisch lautstark geflucht und beleidigt ohne jegliche Rücksicht auf die Kundschaft geschweige denn auf Minderjährige. Auf Anfrage der Mitarbeiterinn nach meiner Herkunft, wurde ich sogar teils rassistisch angemacht, welches eigentlich im Jahre 2022 nicht mehr möglich seien sollte! Ich würde jedem raten dieses Lokal zu vermeiden.

I bought something there regularly and was always served very nicely. Today, however, there was a lady there who gave the impression that she had absolutely no desire to be there. no please, no thank you, no nice day. just a clumsy goodbye and totally annoyed by small questions. the wrap was uncomfortably stuffed together and pressed into my hand. I only had one hand free and asked nicely if I could grab it with my grape leaves. That was apparently too much. Unfortunately this time it was way too spicy. I probably won't get anything else for now. very unfortunate.

Das Essen ist lecker und frisch. Daher die 2 Sterne. Früher mein Lieblingsladen und habe es jedem empfohlen. Jetzt kann ich nur noch abraten.. der Service wird immer schlechter und unfreundlicher. Die Portionen immer kleiner und gleichzeitig immer teurer? Wo bleibt da der Sinn. 6€ für einen kleinen wrap von dem nicht mal meine Tochter satt wird? Schaut euch mal um, cigköftem gibt es auch bei verschiedenen Dönerläden in der Gegend und da schmeckt es (meist) genauso gut und ist günstiger :)

Ja, die Zutaten sind frisch. Ja, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Ja, alles wird teuer. Aber 6 Euro für einen winzigen Wrap mit 2 Löffeln Füllung? Da stimmt was nicht. Für mich nie wieder dort.

Worst service, the person on this day was extremely rude and behaving as though the customer is his servant. He has no patience in answering especially against non Germans and just turned away without answering to other customers. A bad service racist attitude and extremely arrogant worker can damage even the good food taste that you might have.

Sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und nettes Personal vorallem die Türkin :)

Cigköftem mit Lavas Brot und "Gemüseteller" Liebes Cigköftem Team, Leider verstehe ich unter einem Gemüseteller etwas anderes als einen Viertel Eisbergsalat am Stück in eine Pappschale geklatscht. Deshalb von mir leider nur zwei Sterne

The food tastes super fresh and you should try it otherwise you're missing out :) The lady who served us was also very friendly. We come from Langen every week just for this meal!!

Staff very friendly, but the food was simply inedible. Our Dürüm was completely soggy and had a huge crack in the middle. Bulgur salad was completely unseasoned and tasteless. There was only parsley in it, a little salt at the end, a slice of tomato and pieces of leek.

I recently ordered a wrap from CigKöftem. The wrap was really tasty and freshly made, the ingredients were of high quality. The service was also very good. The employee was friendly and helpful and my order was completed quickly. All in all, I had a positive experience and would love to come back!

The last rubbish doesn't taste good at all! Just rude employees! Took more money than they were supposed to. Been pretty rude and disrespectful on the phone. Doesn't even deserve one star!

Super leckeres Essen und wenn es mal nicht so voll ist kriegt man noch gute Rezeptideen vorgeschlagen falls was übrig bleibt ;)

Sehr nettes Personal . Man hat sich Wohlgefühlt beim bestellen und haben auch gelacht essen war auch sehr sehr lecker Würde jeden empfehlen dahin zu gehen Lohnt sich :)

The worst service i have ever had, and the personal was extremely rude, is the only vegetarian place i could find... So i approach to ask and the lady told me " if i want to order i need to learn German",... This is a tourist place, i speak english and i was looking to do the translation, and after she just ignored me

The bulgur salad was spoiled!!! The seller said he did it in the morning. I simply returned it without any compensation. If the customer complains about something like this, you have to take it seriously. There is a lot to learn. A pity...

It's awful, it's not ugly, as you know, the sterile product fell apart in my hands, it was tasteless, it was saltless, it's a disgrace, and we paid 18€ for it, it's not a portion, you think a 3-year-old child filled it.
