Usually not my style to give a bad review. Didn't mind the inefficiency of the staff and the long wait. However, after getting yelled at twice back-to-back at this particular Subway I cannot help but say: it is for sure the rudest treatment I have ever received in any restaurant. Food certainly tastes a lot better when the staff member serving you doesn't yell at you for absolutely NO reason. Not recommended.

Friendly staff. They can manage with English. Though space is less still there is plenty of place else you also sit in the station. They are also friendly. They accept card payment. The bread are also pretty fresh. They also serve quick. Ideal for quick bite while traveling

Always understaffed, unfriendly (even managers). Got yelled at for giving a 50€ schein instead of 10€ which I had in the purse. Didn't accept vouchers while it says everywhere they accept vouchers. Overall out of 5 times I was here, the expererience has been very poor. Would not recommend, there is another subway in Luisenplz that I would rather go there.

Inside Darmstadt station. Friendly staff. Its not that crowded but may need to wait for five minutes. There are four or five tables where each table has a capacity for 2-4 four people. I really loved one with extra cheese and the brown bread. Bit expensive but i think all Subways are

Take a look at this Beautiful Sandwhich and you'll know how I feel. I'm delighted with the Professional Service from Subway Staff. As I took a bite of my own creation of Toppings, it made my Day Pefect. Was in a Hurry and was Hungry. Got the Job I wanted after feeling so refreshed. Thank you Subway.

This is probably the worst Subway I have ever experienced. The faculty is permanently stressed, the bread is undercooked, and often they don't listen or prepare your sub wrong. Once I tried ordering one half of my sub with one sauce and the other half with another sauce. What did they do? They put sauce A on the top half and sauce B on the bottom half. How stupid do you need to be!?!??

Subway is always good. Would be nice if it stayed open even later to serve the people coming back from Frankfurt on the last S-Bahns at the weekend but I guess it just isn't viable for them.

Easy to go, helpful staff and taste is the same with the goodness of the Subway brand name

I was not allowed to enter! I always go to this branch with my dog, and never had a problem! an hour ago I went there with my dog and one of the employees blocked the entrance and told me dogs are not allowed! I told him I always come here with my dog and none of the employees said anything and he said "other employees are bad at their jobs"!!! I told him there is no sign that says dogs are not allowed, he pretended his English was limited! Either this guy hates dogs, or is the only one that enforces rules or subway keeps changing its rules! Because I have been to many other branches with my dog without any problem!
