Horrible
experience!
DO
NOT
BUY
your
kitchen
from
Mömax!
We
told
the
seller
that
our
priority
was
to
have
a
kitchen
with
the
fastest
delivery
time
possible
since
we
were
moving
to
an
apartment
without
a
kitchen.
He
insisted
on
selling
us
a
Nolte
Küche
kitchen.
After
we
finalized
the
planning,
measurements,
and
payment
for
a
€10000
kitchen,
they
wrote
an
estimated
delivery
time
of
5
weeks.
One
week
before
the
planned
delivery,
they
called
to
say
that
delivery
will
be
late.
Instead
of
5
weeks,
the
waiting
time
is
now
11
weeks!
More
than
double
of
what
they
wrote
on
the
contract!
When
we
tried
to
talk
to
them
about
possible
solutions,
we
were
told
that
another
customer
has
been
waiting
for
his
kitchen
since
December
2021.
If
Mömax
knew
about
these
delays
already,
why
did
they
write
a
delivery
time
of
5
weeks
in
our
contract
(which
was
finalized
in
May
2022)???
Now
we
are
left
with
their
lies
and
without
a
kitchen!
DO
NOT
BUY
your
kitchen
from
Mömax.
They
will
just
give
you
excuses
when
they
cannot
deliver
on
the
contractually
agreed-upon
timeline.
——
They
have
no
respect
for
booked
appointments!
Two
times,
the
seller
did
not
show
up
to
our
appointments.
No
notice
given
to
us,
so
we
just
wasted
our
time
going
to
Mömax.
Additionally,
they
promised
to
call
us
for
an
update
yesterday.
Still
no
calls
or
updates
until
now.
Extremely
frustrating
and
stressful
experience!

UPDATE:
We
have
received
a
bill
that
we
are
supposed
to
pay
to
get
a
temporary
kitchen,
which
the
seller
told
us
was
already
included
in
the
original
kitchen
price
of
over
€10000!
We
only
need
a
temporary
kitchen
because
Mömax
is
LATE
IN
DELIVERING
OUR
KITCHEN.
Why
do
we
have
to
pay
for
their
fault???
And
they
have
scheduled
the
temporary
kitchen
to
be
delivered
only
1
week
before
the
extremely-delayed
delivery
of
our
real
kitchen!
How
does
that
make
sense???
Mömax
has
the
WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
we
have
ever
experienced
in
Germany!
