Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY your kitchen from Mömax! We told the seller that our priority was to have a kitchen with the fastest delivery time possible since we were moving to an apartment without a kitchen. He insisted on selling us a Nolte Küche kitchen. After we finalized the planning, measurements, and payment for a €10000 kitchen, they wrote an estimated delivery time of 5 weeks. One week before the planned delivery, they called to say that delivery will be late. Instead of 5 weeks, the waiting time is now 11 weeks! More than double of what they wrote on the contract! When we tried to talk to them about possible solutions, we were told that another customer has been waiting for his kitchen since December 2021. If Mömax knew about these delays already, why did they write a delivery time of 5 weeks in our contract (which was finalized in May 2022)??? Now we are left with their lies and without a kitchen! DO NOT BUY your kitchen from Mömax. They will just give you excuses when they cannot deliver on the contractually agreed-upon timeline. —— They have no respect for booked appointments! Two times, the seller did not show up to our appointments. No notice given to us, so we just wasted our time going to Mömax. Additionally, they promised to call us for an update yesterday. Still no calls or updates until now. Extremely frustrating and stressful experience! —— UPDATE: We have received a bill that we are supposed to pay to get a temporary kitchen, which the seller told us was already included in the original kitchen price of over €10000! We only need a temporary kitchen because Mömax is LATE IN DELIVERING OUR KITCHEN. Why do we have to pay for their fault??? And they have scheduled the temporary kitchen to be delivered only 1 week before the extremely-delayed delivery of our real kitchen! How does that make sense??? Mömax has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced in Germany! ——-

I received a call after posting my review here and they wanted me to delete it. They offered me to bring back the sideboard and the money will be reimbursed. I told them it is not possible to carry the side board as we have already assembled it. We have to disassemble and it will take atleast 8-9 hours. I also requested them to pick it up from our location but they were not at all interested in that. They were only convincing me to delete the review. They are not at all interested to give the customer a good experience. I told them I will think about it and give me a day's time to think. Now it is about a month but no one contacted me. For a moment I thought they really care about their customers but they proved me wrong again. I hope in the future they take their customers seriously and not only pressurize them to delete the review. Really not worth buying anything from there. I purchased a sideboard and the saleswoman said that it is of solid wood. Once it got delivered, it was compressed wood.When we went again to the shop she was rude. She said that she can't help me and if I want to return back then they will deduct 25% of the cost. I felt cheated and we will never go back to Mömax. Very bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to shop there.

Terrible customer service at the Click and Collect Station. Went to pick up something I have booked online(it was a small object and I know it sounds ridiculous, but I ordered it such, just in case it was sold out). The worker at the Pick Up counter was really unfriendly and constantly lamented out loud) on how he had no interest to carry out the task with his other colleagues. I'm sorry, I believe Mömax as a corporation is decent at best, but this sour experience has really soiled my outlook to this branch, at least.

Terrible service. Unfriendly people. No help. I spent more than 2500 euro in this place but I will get my money back. The sales person sold me a sofa and a bed and said that I could get them immediately. I paid a person with a truck to help me to pick up the items and when we arrived there, they said that I only could get the furnitures in 2022! Can you believe it? This is a complete absurd! The attendants were also very rude. Only one lady helped me, so I'm thankful to her. Not recommend to anyone. Spend your money in another place. I bought other furnitures in IKEA and I got it in the next day in my home.

Big shop with everything that you need for your home - décor, furniture, kitchenware etc. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of car parking space available. The staff is courteous.

Absolutely no air conditioning and ventilation. You walk in there like in sauna. That's pity because they do have all the units, but don't enable them.

This furniture company Mömax in Darmstadt surprisingly has good schnitzel platters for two. Juicy in the inside and crispy on the outside. Price is good, very affordable, especially if you are a regular customer you got discount. Speaking of picking-up the order, nice service, everything went fast, less paper work. The transporters are bit dirty despite of their hygiene meassures during covid but the safety of engines are well-maintained.
