Super friendly family restaurant serving great juices, rice, fish and chicken. We have visited this restaurant with 3 kids and we all loved it. The chef cooked a really big fish (it couldn't fit in the pan), very tastefully with all kinds of herbs and vegetables. We even picked passion fruits from their own garden. Loved it.

The Homemade Curry Pot restaurant from the outside looked quite dark, but we went in all the same. What's the saying? Never judge a book by its cover? We had to try this place! The Chicken and prawn curries were incredible! The Lion beers kept us happy until our meal arrived, and boy! What a delight they were. The husband and wife duo who own the restaurant cook everything from scratch so be prepared to wait a while. Great atmosphere, great food, great staff.

Cute little family restaurant. They were extremely friendly and the we got six different delicious curries for our rice & curry.

We ate here a handful of times over our two weeks stay in the area, if you are looking for a local intimate feel then this is a top place to eat. The family goes above and beyond to provide the all so famous Sri Lankan hospitality. The food is absolutely mouthwatering, well up there with the best and at a very reasonable price ensures you leave feeling estatic. Thank you for all the wonderful food!
