Came here to attend a friend’s wedding. Their banquet is very beautiful and elegant and the service of the staff is also great. Good Food as well, especially their Indian cuisine and chat corner was good. A great venue for hosting wedding events and family occasions.

I will give 10 out of 10 in every area of their services. I visited this hotel twice and both times I have enjoyed a lot with their food and services. Enough parking is available and their staff itself park your vehicle so you don't need to worry about that. They operate until 11 -12pm so no hurry while taking the buffet. They provide discounts also if you go in bulk booking. Enough Verity available in the desert as well.

One of the best 5-star hotels I have been to in recent times. Amazing hospitality, quality rooms which is a given considering it's a Radisson. A special mention the wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet. Really goes to show premium the services they offer. I've been here a couple of times to attend weddings and it is overall a decent property. The entrance is just off the main road which I found to be a little strange, but manageable. The staff is pretty good, ans the overall experience of being here was okay, strictly. The wedding arrangements were good, and the food was alright, I suppose.

Went to Sultan resturant for Lunch buffet. The staff and ambience is top class. Coming to food:Salads and fruit spread was very good, breads were soft and fresh. Starter and main course buffet spread was good, however not the best. Veg main course was oily and nothing special. Desert had many variations, however ice cream etc was on self serve basis which made it messy. There were no provision of desert plate or spoon. In all a nice experience.

Located on main road, it's a hotel used for marriage party and stay... otherwise there is much attraction nearby. Breakfast spread was nice, rooms were comfortable except that for 36 rooms on each floor there were only 3 lifts, out of which 1 lift was locked for higher floors. Hence need to wait for almost 15-20 minutes to get a vacant lift to go down

The property is nice. Location is easily accessible but the surrounding could have been better maintained. Laundry work is good but the service could be faster. Food is great and the layout is superb. Pool and sauna are operational and steam room is under repair. Hospitality is good.

I have visited this hotel, the waiters are talking politely and behaviour was good, total area looking was nice. Interiors are so awesome. Food was mouth melting, awesome experience within budget. Party and lounge are good totally i would like to give them out of 5 start

If you want to getaway from the worries and headaches of life, then this is a place where you need to stay. The good hospitality service and luxurious interiors make it an ideal fit for working professionals to rest. The spa and swimming pools too also makes for much needed relaxation.

On the first day, the room lamp was not working. The cooling was not happening in the refrigerator. The room carpet was very dirty and torn. The room was not maintained properly. They are giving the rooms without checking. On the day of checkout, your duty manager named ' Gaurav Sharma ' had told me that you will get a call regarding the issues which you had faced during your stay. But I have not got any calls. I have not gotten a proper response from your duty manager. On the other hand, restaurant food is great.

A good place for work related visits, rooms are well maintained. Food quality is really good. Service during breakfast needs bit of agility. However the biggest turn off is locality, except this hotel,nothing else available in close vicinity.

Overall , great hotel, services are good , staff well behaved , rooms clean , beds comfortable, Decent luxury. We got the rooms what we wanted at the price we selected with an extra bedding. Washrooms were clean with good enough amenities. Some ifs but ignorable. Will have to give kudos to service though, gave us everything we wanted in a decent time. Didn't order food , so can't say about it. So the price is subjective, For me it was slightly overpriced. I mean I am happy with the service , but I do expect this at this price point , I mean why it shouldn't be . For someone who can spend money it is a good hotel with a decent stay. We hosted our sons wedding on3rd/ 4th Feb 2024@ the venue... the banquet halls and food were excellent Everything was seamless and very well organised by the Event Manager Ms Dimple Verma. the decor was very aesthetic good value for money.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at here. Loved the breakfast spread and the service by Mr. Manoj Pant, he made our breakfast experience even better with his good behaviour and fast responses. Its a thumbs up!

Hotel is good. But no outside view. If you have stayed at a 5 star before like Marriott, taj or leela, you will easily understand why price here is low. Everyone looks little less trained. But one thing sure this is cheapest good hotel I have ever visited. Didn't match my expectations but also it was fully paisa wasool(I got more than I paid). Specially food area was good. You can get quick service good food on table there(this is where I felt my stay was good. Also rooms were clean. But as I mentioned I need larger bad side as I am staying with I child it was regular bad. Overall good experience.

I visited this place in month September… there’s my brother’s meeting.. when I visit there… that place reception is soo cool !! I thnk it probably having 1000 rooms !! The corridor is very silently.. the meeting is going in front of swimming pool 2nd floor.. i thnk the place is good and luxurious!!

Awesome hotel 🤠 , a perfect place to stay, specially 🎉 party, functions, marriage etc , having a swimming pool on fifth floor, a huge garden in front of the hotel, people interested in yoga or morning with hundreds of trees, with a different kind of flowers, educated staff at reception, neat and clean rooms, well mannered staff of room service, centrally air-conditioned, delicious food, complementary breakfast was also very nice 🙂, they have a separate room for handicapped persons. God bless to the group or the owner, we enjoyed a lot, These big hotels give employment to hundreds of people, by hundreds of people , hundreds of family members are getting food clothes and shelter.The group or owner must make middle class budget hotels, God bless you.

The arrangement and food was good. The place is old but was smelling great. Staff was courteous . Overall a great experience. For the people who are having party here must mention clear differentiation between *Radisson tower* near by in the invite. It wastes lot of time. Google maps is not helpful too. Hotel could suggest it to hosts to mention this point clearly in invite.

I have booked three room, all rooms were clean and well organised but staff was not supportive. We called lots of time for key or teas then they provided after 45 mints which was very unofficial for us. We request management to look this matter and trained team so that guest could not face any challenges.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars only due to polite staff... the reasons I despise my stay there is 1. Rooms are very small for the price you pay. 2. I was almost scammed by the front receptionist to pay four times the usual amount for breakfast. 3. Management doesn't care about you, my room kettle wasn't working, front desk don't pick calls, fast food comes after 1 hour etc. Overall had a pretty bad experience.

Amazing gastronomic experience. I have seen people growing fat after leaving this place. I myself had trouble keeping my shirt buttons in place after I finished my food in Sultan. We had the pleasure to eat one of their enormous Breakfast , where the spread extends for half a mile from Juices to desserts. The staff is polite and the service excellence makes the food doubly yummy. Mr. Ishank is the manager, who is very courteous and guided us through the fantastic menu. Definitely recommended if you want to gain weight.

Stayed here for attending a wedding and I was appalled by the service of this place. Old and badly maintained elevators, poor housekeeping service, missing locks in toilet in the room. Perhaps they treat guests who are part of a big group differently but still the overall services were not satisfactory at all. Staff behaviour was very courteous but housekeeping servers bailed on us a couple of times when we asked them for cleaning the room next morning. This place serves a big fat buffet which was perhaps the best thing I can recall now. Overall the ambience of the restaurants and the bar was hip.

Breakfast spread was nice and rooms were very comfortable. The top floor view is very amazing. I truly appreciate such honesty and dedication to one's work. The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway into central Delhi. The check in was efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor of the rooms were a little too loud for my taste but that’s just my personal opinion. We had been given an interconnected room and there was very loud music from the adjacent room. Next time would request not to be given an interconnected room. The highlight of the stay was the dinner. Had grilled salmon and soup and both dishes were tasty and generously portioned. The real disappointment was the takeaway breakfast, as we had planned to leave early in the morning. Had to make multiple calls to F&B and reception to confirm the breakfast parcel late at night and in the morning realised most of what we had requested was not provided. Pleasant stay but could have been better.

I was there for my friends engagement. It was in Amber hall in basement, there are 3 or 4 total halls in that area 1. Ambience was great 2. Food was nice. 3. Location easy to access 4. Parking easy 5. Staff - very well behaved

Came here being anxious about moving into a new city but this place made it a lovely experience! The staff here is friendly and understanding, never felt that I was away from my family. Thanks to the chef for the yummy food, the restaurant and the hotel staff for assistance and understanding. Also special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Mr Parvinder and Mr Chanchal, for giving me a neat and fragrant room to return to everyday. If there could be a way to give more than 5 stars, believe me, I surely would have. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It has all amenities of 5 star hotel, no need to describe more. I attended company annual event in AMBER HALL which was very big and contains 300 people easily with separate dining arena. Located near Highway so that is why I have 4 star to location otherwise all good.

Attended a marriage in Amber in lower ground floor. Good decoration. Nice food. Very poor valet service. A sikh gentleman at valet counter-disgusting attitude. Made us wait for 40minutes before our car could be retrieved.

Great service, very accommodating to the guests, fulfilled all our needs, Sandeep Raina and Darshan Singh especially were with us throughout our stay.

The stay was pretty good. But the food is what is incredible at this place. The breakfast has variety of options and the service is amazing. Mr Tarun and Mr Aekansh was always finding every way to make the breakfast experience wonderful. Will definitely be back here again.

I think this has to be one of the best hotels I have visited. The staff is very humble and polite with good knowledge. This place is good for events as well. I visited this place for a cardano event and I really enjoyed the event and the atmosphere. The food was also delicious. I really look forward to visiting this place again soon. This place is at walking distance from Kaushambi metro station.

This hotel has excellent service and a fantastic restaurant. The catering staff including Himanshu were very good in accommodating dietary requests for my sister who had brain tumour surgery and was recovering slowly. We stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks and our room was cleaned daily by Abhishek on our floor who did a great job. Will likely stay here again in the future.

Location was poor for tourists , front staff had no idea were services were locally , room without a view windows were blacked out , water concerns, electrical concerns light switches were buzzing , no instructions how to obtain room service and house Keeping. Food and beverage and housekeeping were amazing only upside to the establishment. I was required to pay cash for a food and beverage/ laundry.

Mr Rahat, Mr Sameer Vali, two kindest men from the management team. These two's service is top notch, making our stay an easy breeze. They accommodated our extra guests easily and provided good rates for them. I think after these 6months of stay, my mother and I felt sad leaving our new families behind but surely we will meet again. Best wishes team

It was a pleasant 14 days stay for me. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staffs were very friendly. Pramesh Rana, Pramod and Kripal kept my room tidy throughout my stay. Overall nice experience.

Didn't stayed here, so no comments on room and hotel facilities. Had been here for a banquet party. Food was good, low salt and low spices. Air conditioning was also good. Overall felt good, except for foul smell outside the hotel coming from Gazipur waste dump.

My Stay was quite peaceful. The staffs are really very humble and helpful.I found Surrendra from Sultan Restaurant always ready to help during my breakfast. Varieties during breakfast was really mesmerizing that made my day.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff are very very polite and helpful. Services are super fast and good. Rooms are good but without any views. Delhi NCR right! Nice swimming pool in open with frequent pigeon visits. Haha. I liked the goods most. So many options for breakfast and dinner which we made to be included with room charges. Wide array of choices. Can order from live kitchens as well. Every food was delicious for me. I enjoyed the food to the max unlike my spouse. 🙂. I tasted almost every food item. Only bacon was on the downside. Staff are always inquiring about food and stay which personally I felt to be caring and willingness to improve stay there and to get feedback. Fast check in and check out. Nice inside ambience. Few suggestions though. During any event (which was happening during our stay)the staff are short so the services become a bit delayed esp. in the dining place. The pool water was a bit salty which I felt while opening eyes underwater (have never experienced it in other places). Needs upgrading TVs in rooms with smart tvs. Comeon moveon. Overall the stay was superb. 4.5/5 due to location and not much of a view from the room.

Certainly one of the best hotels in Índia. I would love to repeat the experience. An amazing breakfast with a lot of typical indian foods. Of course that the simpathy and empathy of all the employers such as Sumit, Surendra, Priya, Shoumya Abhishek and the chefs make everything better. I highly recommend this hotel and the richest breakfast I've ever had.

Overall excellent experience. The professionalism and behaviour of the Housekeeping staff is commendable. Whenever I asked for anything related to housekeeping, the staff immediately responded and provided adequate support. In particular, Mr Parmesh Rana and Kripal provided excellent services.

Issues were made but resolved. I wish it was better from day one, but the service was rectified and people were responsive. Issue that persists is elevators, which are not in sync and quite slow. Other than that, food is fantastic, lavish hall and well lit. Well equipped gymnasium is available.

The housekeeping staff (Manjeet and Ajay) were incredible and efficient. The rooms were always well maintained. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff are very courteous and receptive.

It is very nice hotel hotel is quit silent and excellent place. All necessary services available for a business guests.hotel staff is very polite and humble.if you are looking for a place to stay in quite and silent room, then definitely this hotel is for you.

Wonderful place Came here after a long time And shruti soumya and anil made sure to make my stay amazing. But breakfast staff needs to be more educated, they had no clue about international credit cards. Although we mentioned twice. We ordered to go for tea, they handed has bare hottest tea cup to go, we had to again explain the staff about it. So they finally undestood. Requested utensils, forgot that also.

Dear Hotel Manager/Management of Raddison Blu tower kaushambi I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently encountered during my stay at your hotel . I regret to inform you that I was quite disappointed with the conduct and behavior of the receptionist " Aditi" on duty. Upon my arrival, I found the receptionist to be inattentive and disinterested in assisting me promptly. The lack of a warm welcome and a general sense of indifference made me feel unwelcome as a guest. Additionally, there were delays in check-in, and the receptionist did not offer any explanation or apology for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I observed a lack of professionalism in the receptionist's demeanor, as they seemed preoccupied with other matters rather than attending to guests. It was disappointing to witness such unprofessional behavior in a reputable establishment like Radisson Blu tower kaushambi. I believe it's crucial for every guest to experience courteous and efficient service at the reception desk, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. Regrettably, this was not the case during my recent visit, and it has left me with a negative impression of the hotel's customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address the issues raised. I trust that you will ensure such incidents do not recur, and I look forward to an email explaining the issue concerned and also an improved experience on my future visits to your establishment.

It is a lovely old hotel that could do with some electrical updating. The rooms are very nicely decorated with luxurious materials like marble and such. Towels could be softer. Bed linen and covers were top quality and I slept very well. The toiletries provided are nice and of middle quality. Food was good and the spread at breakfast was abundant. Service throughout was excellent from Faraz on arrival to Priya at breakfast and all the others whose names I do not remember. I will keep fond memories of that in particular. Thank you for the warmth and genuine hospitality.

Overall the experience was pleasant. I will return to this property with my family in the future. just one comment: Please ensure the laundry should be returned 3 hours before check-out as in my case it was not returned even after couple of reminders.

The infrastructure can be improved, the restaurant staff could be more courteous. The room has uneven floor, restroom has commode too close to wash basin. The spa trimmings are till 8 but I was told beauticians leave by 7 so I couldn't avail service. While checking out the spread in the dawat restaurant, one gentleman rudely told that this is for fasting people only!!!

Worst experience ever. The staff should be ashamed of what they have done. We had a wedding function. They stopped our guest's cars for no reason. At the time of dulhan vidai, these people behaved as bouncers and did not let the vidai car go out of the hotel which is an emotional moment for the family. We had to call the police for our protection. Would request people out there not to book their wedding functions in this hotel.

All the meals are amazing in quality as well as quantity. And staff is also excellent in their services. We are happy for selecting this hotel for our event.

Service was great food was great and the staff was really helpful and polite. One thing that was really annoying was the behaviour of the DJ. He was really rude and was yelling without any reason. Apart from that everything was nice. Hope some action will be taken at the earliest

Hosted birthday party and it was awesome. Starting of the things we're bit rocky as constantly service manager assigned kept changing. However at end Mr. Kapil took over got us through the finish line. Food was exceptionally good along with deserts.

Great Exp during my stay for 1 day. Smooth check in and check out. Courteous staffs. During my dinner time also staffs are very much attentive.

Experience was good. But why for review they have a competition. In the buffet area a lady asked to write the review and requested to mention the name of Mr.Ishan. she was decent and I did it. Then the room service guy came and asked to write review and I said that already given review. He took my phone and edited by himself. What is this man. There is nothing like privacy.

My son's wedding was soleminized @ this venue on 3rd feb/ 4th feb 2024 and it was really a very seamless and wonderful experience. The banquet and the food both were excellent. The event manager Ms.Dimple coordinated the entire event in a very personalized way.Kudos to her for the good work. Also the baji boxes from Nazrana were quite tasty.The decor ,and ambience all was quite good .It was real value for money.
