Very poor customer service and hospitality management. 27 degrees outside and air conditioning is not working at all what a joke!! Also we got charged for using laundry without any information given. Money is not an issue, problem is uninformed staff. I’ve stayed in too many hotels all around the world this one must be 5 star joke.

Will stay there after tomorrow and I am quite worry about the AC concern where all bad reviews here are complaining of AC not working and poor customer service. Will see after tomorrow and will update my review after my stay with a detailed review with pictures.

This should be the best hotel in town? That's a joke. Maybe in the 70's. I stayed in a lot of different hotels all over turkey. But this Hotel is not worth the price. I would rate it as a 2 star hotel. The interior is totally worn and maybe already 20 years old. The room was also not cleaned during the day. Loud aircondition. Leaky window, and so on. I was happy, when i left here. At least, the breakfast was ok.

Would not recommend at all. The hotel does cover the basics, but barely. I guess the main reason people stay here cause it's close to pamukkale or other better options are booked out. The staff were barely helpful and the rooms were below average. The air conditioning did not work at all, maybe it was just our room but I don't know for sure. The breakfast was filled with bare minimum and any a handful of staff knew English which made it tough to communicate. However, it is pretty cheap compared to hotels in other cities but I feel like even the price I paid was too much compared to the service I received.

We checked into the hotel at 4 pm the air conditioning doesn’t work! It’s now 10.36 pm they still couldn’t solve the problem the weather outside the hotel is better than inside. The staff tried there best to solve the issue but the a c doesn’t work at all! The room temperature never goes below 27 c

Rooms are quite nice and big. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good. City itself is lovely. I definitely recommend here if you are around

I reached at 12 am in the night and we booked 2 room and their Air condition are not working now it’s 4am they are not faciliting us I have been complaining Extremely bad service and no Ait condition don’t stY it’s completely ripped off

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Great location. Only a few minutes from the city centre but far enough away that it’s quiet. Food was great. Recommend if you’re staying in the area or even passing through and need somewhere to stay

It is a very nice hotel where you can have a great time. The rooms are clean and hygiene rules are observed by the employees. The location is easily accessible.

I had to stay overnight at this hotel due to the cancellation of my Turkish Airline flight. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This place is far from being a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning was not working, and when I called the reception at 12:30 am, they informed me that no one was available to fix it and abruptly hung up. The bathroom lacked a proper door, having only a sliding door for both the toilet and shower. Additionally, there was only one electrical socket in a four-bed room. The staff members had poor English language skills, leading to significant communication issues. My advice would be to avoid this hotel if you have other options.
