The hotel itself is great :D its very convenient that you can get drinks where ever you are with the hot weather and all. The food court has a big selection and there are also snack stands. The beach has both sand and pebbles. You can buy rides there also. My personal favorite was the sofa one, i recommend. The lounge areas are very pretty and i enjoy staying in them when it gets a bit too hot outside. Inside the hotel there’s also a selection of shops where you can purchase anything you’ve forgotten. Concerts with different themes happen every evening and wherever you are an adult or child you could probably find one to enjoy. The biggest downside i can think of are the flies that are almost constantly present in the main dining area and food court, especially around the cheese. They’re really annoying.

The staff was awesome and helpful The guest relations is bad. I contacted them a week before arriving to arrange restaurant for our family occasion. They said only after check in. When arrived they said to come a day become to reserve a place. We came a day before and suddenly to place available. Not for the next 2 days After some talks, they found a spot for only half of our group and even that they split to 2 days. They said they will try to find more but never got back to us. I wrote a complaint, and after hours someone wrote to me: what are your room numbers? I immediately replied but then he disappeared again without help. A very bad service. No one even helped or got back to us. About the food: We stay in hotels in Antalya every few months. The food was ok. The food didn’t really changed and wasn’t very “wow”. Simple food The regular staff of the hotel were awesome. They helped and was very nice

It's really bad service. I regret booking the hotel. AC kept on breaking and had to repeatedly ask for help after being ignored. The breakfast was okay in taste. The bathroom is very standard, and no shampoo toothbrush or toothpaste is provided. All food and drink is unlimited within the resort, but the taste is standard and nothing special. There is a nice play area for kids outside and an arcade. If I had an option to change hotels I would book elsewhere

Lovely hotel, Very clean and very friendly staff. We arrived in the very early hours on the 6th August. Check in was straight forward although limited information provided and limited English speaking staff on reception. Despite this we got by with no problems. Clean towels Daily, fridge filled daily, however my only issue was that Despite asking for an iron on multiple occasions, no one was able to accommodate this request. The food was good, beach was great and the pools were excellent.

Very good service, even if some people don’t speak English, they have a big smile and do what they can to make you feel important. Very fresh food door and variety. The Spa is excellent, I’ve got the best massage here! Juste a small think to repair, are the tiles along the pool, some are broken and can be dangerous. I recommend this hotel special for the families who has children!

We really liked this hotel. The territory is large, the rooms and staff are just wonderful. Most of all the staff I want to mention Nedime. Helped us with check-in, gave us very good rooms with a wonderful view of the main water park, and most importantly, maintained a positive attitude to rest throughout the vacation. In case of any problems, the staff will always help you. We all liked it very much.

We rested with the family. The food is delicious, I liked the service. The mini bar was replenished every day, there are no complaints. Of all the staff, the people from the reception tried the most. At the beginning of our vacation, they helped us get used to the hotel, everything was told and explained. Very friendly and kind people. We thank them for organizing our vacation.

My God I could stay here another month. All my meals are cooked for me and fun entertainment in the evening. Rooms were kept tidy with good AC control. Loved the food selection, but sometimes it can just be repetitive. However, they cater to over 7000 guests so I completely understand. For the most part staff were friendly but the 2 ladies at the reception area were very rude. I wish I spoke Turkish so I could tell them off. I've used the gym and it had a decent collection of machines and equipment. Not too many people go during the day so I would say that's the best time to workout. I've stayed here only for 10 days but could easily stay for a longer time. 5/5 recommended to anyone who wants to relax from work and not think about the daily stress that we are all used to. This was our first tine in Turkey and we had so much fun. The hotel was perfect with its amenities and food and rooms. The entertainment program was quite high quality we loved it. Recommend it to all Iranians!

Wonderful hotel. Massive pools with great water slides. Loads of food buffet options. Good entertainment team. Very varied shows every night. Kids entertainment especially good and staff are very kid friendly. Plenty of activities around the hotel. Never running out of things to do.

Very good hotel, with overall good experience. The rooms have great view, they're nice and clean. The service is also good. There is big variaty of food as usual in Turkey. The hotel is children friendly, there are a lot of babies and kids around. Nice playgrounds for young and old. Great music all the time. For sure the alcohol is not high quality!!! We are aware for the whiskey/ Martini taste. Overall it's very good for the 💰

Nice Hotel. The food is o.k, not as great as other hotels in the area. I was with my 4 kids, 6 all days, and on the fifth day, they had enough with all the water slides. So I think 4/5 days in this hotel is enough. My opinion for our next trip is to take 4 days in one hotel and 3/4 more days in another one. One big plus in this hotel is that you have food/beverages/ice-cream 24×7. Good value for the price.

Great hotel with lovely staff that are willing to help at any moment. We needed a room change due to my son’s disability and this was done very quickly with no hassle. Food was plentiful with lots of variety and always fresh and tasty. The hotel is very clean, and you are never far away from someone sweeping or cleaning!

First of all, I was really scared by reviews I have read before going to the hotel but none of those terrible things were actually true. Almost every employee speaks English and all of them were so nice and helpful. Food was delicious and yes, the restaurant was a little overcrowded (based on a time) but what would you expect when going to the hotel with over 700 guests. But they still managed to keep it clean. The management in the restaurant was incredible. Rooms were clean, every time we asked for anything, we got it (toilet paper, towels, to clean the room,..). The free safe is available in the room as well, so you don't have to worry about being robbed. There's a free wifi in the whole place. Unfortunately not very stable in some places. There was a quite nice program each evening for both kids and adults (mini disco, theme party, concert, show,..). We enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to anybody who likes those kind of holiday (staying in resort and having everything in one place). Location of the hotel is not very friendly, there is some market but I have never felt more offended by salesmen than here. SO if you want to visit some place outside hotel, you need to take a taxi to the city.

We love spending our summer in Turkey because of hotels like this. We had so much so much fun its unbelievable. The entertainment program was top notch both during the Day and at night. The food was the tastiest we have ever tasted. And The room was incredibly comfortable. We recommend it to everyone.

The employees are so helpful. Especially guest relations is great. The hotel has great pools and sea. I advice to everyone.

The chef and staff was very welcoming the food was amazing atmosphere was very warming I have nothing but good things to say so for anyone that would like to visit fish restaurant I would highly recommend hotel is beautiful and all the staff are amazing it’s our 2nd time hear and will come back again

helpful staff specially the manger. She is a very nice person , she helped me with transportaion to the airport . the room is wide&clean enough and with special wonderful view . The parties at night are fantastic and joyful.There are many water sports you can try them.The food are many wide range of types everything you need is present ( diet food,for teen and for childern, sweets ...etc) .I higly recommended this resort

The hotel has everything you need for a holiday. Evening entertainment is diverse, entertaining. You choose the a la carte restaurants according to your taste. The meals and desserts were varied and fabulous. The gr portion is very good and fast. The pools are big and clean. We admired.

I came to Turkey on holiday for the first time with my friend and we are very pleased. Various and delicious meals were very good. The rooms and the hotel were very hygienic and the entertainment activities day and night were very good. The games we played with the animation team were very entertaining, also the evening shows and parties were superb. see you turkey!!

Excellent!!! Must stay here especially if you have kids. The Aqua Park pool is fantastic and the hotel has 2 other large outdoor pools which are terrific to swim in. There is an abundance of eateries at the hotel and a huge selection of quality food at the buffet restaurants. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are all polite and experienced. Exceptional value for money, highly recommended!

One of the things that I loved very much, which I do not often find in other places, is the presence of a mosque🕌 for prayer. I loved it very much. There is a mosque for women and men. This was One of the beautiful holidays I spend.🥰 The hotel was beautiful, big and very clean. All of his staff were very kind.👍 Every day there is a new menu,😋 I liked the hotel very much. It has a water park for adults and childrens, a swimming pool for relaxation..., and there is an indoor pool. Drinks of all kinds are also available. There is a special place for childrens to play. Covered and open space..,There is a hairdressing salon. And a spa... everything you need for a wonderful vacation will be found here.😍

I do not recommend staying here. The hotel is very fake, lots of poorly maintained, partly broken plastic facade and nothing behind it. There are almost no signposts in the hotel, so you walk many kilometers through the hotel to find anything - there are also minimal signs on the food, so you have no idea what you are eating and have to throw away a lot because you don't know what is in it before tasting it. Absolutely irresponsible for guests with allergies, it can be life threatening. Few vegetarian alternatives, as a vegan you are referred to the salad buffet without understanding. Everything is single-use, for every 200ml of water you have to throw away plastic cups, the cutlery is wrapped in plastic for every meal, on the table you have a big plastic and food waste mountain after the meal. The hotel is ecologically stuck in the 70s. We also had blood and broken tiles in the bathroom and dirt on the sheets when we checked in.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..I have a few more days here and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.. The food is Disgusting this restaurant puts shame on Turkish food 😕 they don't even put salt or pepper in there foods everything is bland and evey day is basically the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The day we walked in none of the staff welcomed us in or even said hello. The staff here are extremely rude and very very unhelpful. Most of them are so unprofessional, the worker's are as young as 13 to 18 years old they seem lost in there Jobs. The rooms are extremely dirty rusty and very old, my bed had stains on it. Cleaning services is extremely basic. This is not a hotel I would advise people to come and stay in, its definitely not a 5 star hotel I will rate this a 3 star hotel and that's me being generous.

Best hotel!! Me and my husband with our 3 children age 11 and 9 and 5 stayed in Crystal and everything was absolutely beautiful, great stuff always ready to help and always welcoming with a happy face , the rooms was always tidy and clean , absolutely delicious food and lots of options. The hotel was so big and got lots of different size of swimming pool is suitable for all the age group , what a amazing animation every night, specially DIVA ! What a amazing daytime and night time effort for all the shows. We had such a good holiday in this beautiful resort and I would like to say a big thank you to all stuff specially Diva and Burhan Chef and DJ and Murat and a big thank you to Mehmet in mini children club to keep our children happy and active all the time . 🤩🤩

Excellent hotel. Room: we were satisfied with the interior and furniture, good bathroom. Beach and sea: the sea is very warm, pleasant and clean. There is a pier. Food and drinks: the food is excellent. The most delicious is fruits: ripe apricots, peaches, nectarines, watermelons, bananas, oranges, apples, melon. There is always a choice between chicken, fish, meat in different cooking variations. The territory of the hotel is large. There are many bars, caffeine and areas where you can sit both indoors and on terraces. Animation: I want to note the evening animation, which consisted of a variety of show programs, live music with different repertoire in 3 zones (on the veranda, in the open air and in the confectionery), the Diva’s perfect belly dance won’t make you sit still. Thank you very much to the entertainment team, especially Diva and Dani. We will come to our vacation next year again.

I was at Crystal Waterworld in July 2022. It was the best choice I have made. Food very good and a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves. I was without children, but definitely a good hotel for families, many attractions for kids, a huge swimming pool and of course an aquapark, in the evenings a lot of performances and fun, during the day thanks to great animators there is no boring, many attractions and funny games to choose from. I remember Murat best because he always asked how I felt and encouraged me to play games, He approaches his work professionally. of course all staff very professional. I had a great time in the hotel and recommend unforgettable moments and holiday rest to everyone

There is something for everyone. Plenty of places to eat at all times, lots of bars and the patisserie is amazing. Entertainment staff (Dani) work very hard at making things fun. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of relaxing areas, shops, spa. We can’t fault it x

The hotel was great, clean and huge. The food was great and various and you have much choices. The rooms were extremely clean and georgous. But their programs were limited; they did not have disco or everyday entertainment or dancing. Moreover, they did not have animation team or amusing programs. However, the aqua park was good and the pool was enormous.

Great hotel, beautiful area. Local food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Hotel is really big and the activities are fun. We enjoyed it a lot. Guest Relations team has good language skills. We enjoyed our holiday and we recommend to everyone!

Very nice resort with lots to do. It’s massive there’s plenty of options for Singles, Couples and Families. Service is very good, as long as you tell the Guest Relation team your room will get cleaned daily. Food isn’t the best it becomes repetitive after a couple of days. Snack Area and Main Restaurant are literally the same thing. La Carte Restaurants were fully booked during our stay we didn’t even get to experience that. Really nice access to the beach which is walking distance through the resort. There’s plenty of drinks options and ice creams so it just makes the stay pleasant. The only cons for me were the limited food options and the gutter in the bathroom kept getting blocked leading to water overflowing. Also the resort is in middle of nowhere so expect to spend a lot on taxis if you want to go out to Malls or touristy areas.
