A great movie theatre with terrific surround sound quality. Stadium style seats with reclining chairs. Movie tickets are very reasonably priced. Also they have $4 Tuesday movies all day, so if you're a thrifty kind of person think about going on a Tuesday. The last time I went the floor was a mess, so that was a little frustrating having to sweep the popcorn from out of my path so that I didn't step on it.

The movie was great. However we will just drive to Frisco next time. We order the large popcorn so we could get a free refill. We'll 30mins into the movie their concessions closed. What was the point of paying extra? We just felt like theu should have told us it was closing soon.

Clean and inviting atmosphere with comfortable recliner seating. Ease of ordering food through the app with pickup. If going through line, not much of a wait with friendly staff.

Poor management, as of 2023 anyway. The past three visits, all on weeknights, there's been no one at the ticket desks. After waiting a while outside, I walked in to seek help and found a small sign at concessions saying tickets are purchased at one register in concessions. This worker in concessions does their best to sell and prepare the concessions items alternating to then sell tickets but clearly has a difficult time keeping up, making the wait time really long. Then there was no one actually checking tickets, so I could've walked through and skipped the whole headache. Then I see four workers huddled together, hanging out each with brooms and dustpans in hand. Who manages this place? With prices approx. the same, why not receive actual customer service by going to Alamo or Movie Tavern instead?

I had the opportunity to visit this facility on Discount Tuesdays, and it was my first visit. First, it's a little set in the back, so I thought my directions where wrong until I saw the theater in the distance. Trust Maps. I join their Movie Perks; was a little odd, made me do it 3 times before it took. Note, if you don't order online tickets you cannot order your food/ drinks from the theater. I had already eaten and was running late, so I didn't stop for refreshment, because I thought I could order online in the theater--don't make the same mistake:) Also their refreshments priced weren't too bad. The theater was clean. The chairs are super comfortable, I had to make myself stay awake, I was so comfortable lol. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend this theater. Enjoy!

Great experience! Theater was clean, seats were nice and roomy. Loved the option of having your popcorn and drinks delivered to your seat. It was a lifesaver with two grandkids and a disabled husband. Staff was friendly and helpful! Will definitely visit again!!

Me and my wife were wanting to go watch the new exorcist movie, the girl that was working was very rude. We have been here multiple times and she asked for our IDS when we looked clearly of age. She wouldn't sell us tickets because of this. Which was completely ridiculous. Not to mention she had a big attitude for no reason. Did not know you had to ID a wife and husband that CLEARLY HAVE GREY HAIR to see an R rated movie that have 13 year olds as the stars?? Lost our business for sure. Work on the customer service and common sense.

I’ve been coming to this theater since I was a kid. It was really good with delicious popcorn but recently it’s gone downhill. The popcorn is too salty, the chairs need upgrading, and the staff needs training. They will have 6 people behind the counter and only one line going. My mom waited over 20mins for a hotdog and the staff was very rude to her. I personally like Cinemark but not this location. The Waco Cinemark has upgraded seats, perfect popcorn, and it’s huge! I wish I could have a Cinemark like that in Denton but unfortunately I just get rude people and salt with popcorn on the side. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I might go to Movie Eatery where I can get some decent service and food that won’t give me high blood pressure.

Been coming to this theatre for years. It’s kept clean, staff are knowledgeable and kind, they are able to fix issues for you if you have them with seating. Great video quality and sound. 0 complaints.

Only good experiences so far at Cinemark 14. Pretty neatly maintained, seats are comfortable, the staff are pleasant, screens and sound in the movie halls are pretty good too. Tons of parking and a lot of really good restaurants around the theatre. Overall, a really good movie theater for Denton area residents.

I came with the entire family and theater needs a major upgrade all around. Arcades was open and both token machines were damaged/not working. Icy machine was down, I asked for two drinks and two more items and they were out. To order food I had to asked what was actually working or available. We get to our seats and they’re all ripped. Only thing good was the staff’s attitude and friendliness. Really hope they can keep up with maintenance and up keeping.

Wanted to see a movie in-between some other appointments and creator fit perfectly. However I was not aware that they would show 25 plus minutes of adds past the adversed start time. Seats were a bit worn and damaged but worked. Closed caption device worked. Staff nice and well trained but had to leave the movie early as I the advertised start time was not accurate in any way. I expect some previews but adds after start time is not ok without notification to purchaser.

SEATS ARE SO CUNFY! I love the seats here and the movie experience is always great here. Its usually pretty clean as well.

Great ticket price, great reclining seats. Only down fall was the price of a bottled water, at a whopping $5. I paid more for popcorn and a water than the actual ticket. Other wise it was a Fabiola’s place

10 people total in the theater was GREAT. Seating was comfortable. I didn't feel like I was in an airplane seat!! Temperature was fair. I was glad I had a jacket. Fountain drinks SUCKED and the popcorn was overly salted. Couldn't drink or eat either one.

Every time I come here the workers look like they’d rather be dead. The only nice ones are those that scan your tickets and direct you to your theater. They still don’t have free refills on anything because of COVID, so be prepared for that.

Great theater, though the volume was extremely loud! My granddaughter, and I kept holding our ears. Seats recline, but felt like they had my head bent up too much. Other than that, it was good. Thanks

I have watched The Chosen for the first time in a theater. I was thrilled. It was so wonderful. Friday I will see the final 2 episodes of Season 4. I have a disability and was surprised when purchases were delivered directly to my seat.

Always clean, the food is tasty (if expensive like anywhere else), and the seats are comfortable!

I only wish that Cinemark would use the coca-cola self serve machines, and have flaming hot Cheeto popcorn. There are no XD theatres here but there should be. However, their popcorn is good, the seats are comfortable. It’s always been a good experience.

Very comfy, & our group was stuck in the 2nd row to the screen! Not too loud & no crick in the neck, from viewing. LOVE the reclining seats.. not too comfy (no snoring!).. just perfect!!!

The seating was really nice. The handicap seating was great, Evan has a place to put your wheelchair if need be. You buy the tickets on a machine at the front inside of the cinema. The large popcorn is huge and the Dr. Peppers are cold. The cleaning could be a little better. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours with your family. I would definitely recommend Cinemark 14 in Denton.

Seats are more comfortable at other theaters and the temperature was too warm, way too warm!! Picture quality and sound are outstanding. I'll go somewhere else next time...

Always clean and the staff is friendly. How about we stop using the Covid excuse and get back to the free refills.... It's not too late to give some perks back to all the loyal customers!

Christmas day, Avatar way of water 3D, the seats were amazing! Reclining so comfortable! The screens were so real the 3D was well a bit too real like for me! That's a good thing!! The popcorn was great! The pickle & drink were so good! There was clean bathrooms that is always such a plus!

Cinemark 14 in Denton is one of my Bride and I's favorite movie theaters. We order our tickets, soda, and popcorn using the Cinemark App, and the snacks are ready upon our arrival. Customer service is top-notch.

I like early morning shows Not crowded and lounge chairs are awesome. Visit Unicorn Donuts across the street for amazing donuts

Wonderful theater. Seats are super comfy and sound and screens are incredible.

We had an awesome time once we got in! We had the hardest time getting our tickets. Everything shouldn't be ran by machines. We need to get back to personal interaction. The ticket machine straight sucks!

I love the seating, but I'm so confused why they no longer do the free refill on popcorn and soda. Normally there is a pull- tab that earns a free popcorn refill. 🍿 but nope, no more refills.
