    The folks at Fight Gravity Fitness are the best in Denver! I’ve been working with Nick Falkenstein for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with the routine we’ve established, the initial goals and results I’m seeing, and how enjoyable working out with him is. This gym takes care of you and isn’t like any of the corporate gyms around. Highly recommend to anyone in the Denver area looking for a customized approach to your fitness.

    FGF is a great gym! The trainers are fun, versatile, and knowledgeable. There’s always a time available that fits my schedule too. Their booking process is convenient because it’s all done on an app that you can control from any device. All-in-all, I give it a 10!!

    Fight Gravity Fitness has helped me believe that I *can* get stronger and healthier if I just put my mind to it and never give up. I was really out of shape and knew I needed help and I found that at FGF. Emily, my trainer, has made all the difference. Her extensive knowledge of fitness (in many forms) coupled with her incredible kindness and compassion makes me look forward to our time together. She meets me where I am -- fighting an autoimmune disease that wrecks my joints -- and is always making adjustments that help me get the most out of my workout. I'm so glad I found FGF.

    I train w Nick Falkenstein and he is excellent. Tremendous knowledge of the body. I noticed improvement in mobility, balance, strength and cardio after only a month. Im sore in places i didnt know i even still had!! Great teacher! Really pumped to see how far i can go w Nick!

    Nick is an amazing trainer! This is someone who definitely knows how the body works and can get the best out of you in a safe and healthy way. Nick always encourages questions to further your understanding of how things work and what the exercise is doing to help the body.

    I’ve been working out virtually with Nick for 6 months now and it’s been a total game changer. Workouts each week are different (which helps keep you engaged) but also consistent with the total body routine. They’re tough, but extremely satisfying when you’re done. Nick also holds me accountable and makes sure I’m not only working out, but also eating right and getting ample sleep. He is a master of his craft and I cannot recommend him and FGF enough.

    Husband and I have been going now for about 3 months and we love it. Emily has been super flexible with our schedules and never fails to kick our butts in the one hour session. We focus a lot on strength with TRX and I definitely see and feel a difference. Emily’s always checking and adjusting our form so I feel confident we’re learning to do everything the correct way and not forming bad habits. Honestly, she earns the 5 stars alone for her willingness to work with a married couple that MAY bicker from time to time! :-p. 10/10 would recommend.

    I am over the moon impressed with my trainer Nick Falkenstein. A couple months ago I could not walk due to a major ankle fracture, and Nick has not only gotten me back on my feet but has made me stronger than ever! Our hour long sessions are the highlight of my week and I could not recommend him enough to help you meet your fitness goals.

    Nick customizes my every workout to target my weaknesses, which has given me faster results than I could achieve on my own at the gym. I only go two days a week and see results in the first month. I can't recommend him enough.

    I’ve been working with Nick Falkenstein for almost 2 months now and am loving it. I have never worked with a personal trainer before and am so glad I started. My goal is to build body mass and at a month and a half I had already put on 10lbs of muscle! He always has a new workout that is the right amount of challenging. Not only is he very knowledgeable he is also very kind. The whole experience has been great! It’s usually just me and Nick or maybe one or two others in the gym which helps minimize distractions too. Highly recommend FGF!

    Fight Gravity Fitness is amazing. Nick is a great trainer, he really understands you as a client and your needs for physical fitness. I've been working with Nick since before the pandemic and I got to say his virtual training sessions helped me stay in shape. If you are this far into the review then honestly give them a call and learn how they can help you in your fitness journey!

    Emily was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to focus on different body parts and how to modify when needed. It was so nice having a 1:1 trainer who pays attention and helps correct your form where needed. The sessions are sadly too expensive for me, but would definitely recommend to someone who isn’t concerned about price!

    Nick is a great trainer that tailors workouts to individual needs and goals. I have found the virtual/remote training sessions very helpful and super convenient since I work from home and can consistently manage my work schedule around them. Highly recommend.

    Emily is the best! I have been working with Emily for about three months now and for the first time in years, I am almost pain free and have increased my strength significantly. Training with Nick helped me tremendously in recovery from recent ACL surgery and really improved my general fitness level as well.     I’ve been training with FGF for about 8 months now and have been more than satisfied with the trainers and the results. On top of the great personal training they also offer yoga classes throughout the week at very convenient times, morning midday and evening. If you’re trying to get yourself moving and more active or if you already are and want to lose/gain weight, give Fight Gravity Fitness a shot I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

    My friend and I have been doing private training with Nick Falkenstein at FGF for a couple of months now, and it's been a great experience! Our workouts are challenging but fun and he designs each session to address our personal goals. It's great to have a coach who is knowledgeable helping us get the most out of each exercise. The pricing is super reasonable and I look forward to each session. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be more disciplined in their training or just wants to incorporate more movement into their life!

    A friend had introduced me to Gravity Fitness and my experience at this gym has been nothing short of outstanding. From the facilities to Nick's personalized approach, everything exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, Nick's expertise and passion for fitness truly shone through in every session. His deep knowledge of training techniques, combined with his ability to tailor workouts to individual needs, was remarkable. Whether you were a beginner or had prior experience, Nick was always ready to adapt the program to suit your fitness level and goals. He consistently pushed me to reach my limits, while also ensuring I maintained proper form and technique to prevent any injuries. One of the highlights of my training was TRX which are both fun and effective. This was the first time I've used the equipment and Nick was very helpful showing me the ropes. The positive and energetic atmosphere created by Nick made me look forward to each training.

    Nick is great....I do Zoom workouts with him and he is very personable and engaging. The time I save not having to drive to the gym is great! He has really helped me stay consistent with working out. I really recommend this personal training studio either in person or remote.
