Definitely
skeptical
at
first,
but
took
the
7
day
trial
and
dove
in.

classes
later,
writing
this
review
and
will
say
the
class
has
been
fun
and
the
coaches
are
great.
They
provide
help
in
your
form
and
don't
overly
push
you,
but
also
come
to
be
your
cheerleader
and
motivator.
All
the
coaches
have
been
encouraging.
The
environment
is
nice
overall,
generally
clean,
and
equipment
in
good
shape.
Positive
spirit
around
with
people
of
all
different
fitness
ability
and
size.
Doesn't
feel
like
a
judgment
zone.
Music
is
always
high
energy
and
fun.
This
work
out
works
well
for
me
as
I
just
need
a
set
routine
that
I
can
just
do
without
having
to
think
too
much
outside
of
doing
the
designated
form
or
activity.
Classes
are
45
min
with
an
optional
5
to
8
min
cool
down
stretch.
So
you
can
get
in
and
out
quickly.
Doing
a
6
month
unlimited
pass
to
try
it
out
and
force
me
into
consistency
and
use
of
it.
So
my
goal
is
4
to
5
times
a
week
to
get
the
biggest
bang
for
my
buck.
Would
recommend
trying
the
7
day
trial,
see
if
it
the
right
work
out
for
you.
In
particular,
take
a
look
at
class
schedule
and
make
sure
your
work
schedule
can
accommodate
as
classes
in
morning
can
be
busy
and
the
last
class
is
5:30pm
