The sweetest staff I have ever encountered! Super nice and easy to talk to! Made a stressful situation worthy of a smile upon my exit. I’m very grateful for the service I received! Above great people working at this facility! Edith was out of this world! Absolutely fabulous woman! And Gwen put my mind at ease which for me means the world! Phenomenal people and care!

I received GREAT care at AFC U Hills. Brittany, Perla, and Dana were all fantastic. Online check-in process was smooth, got to pick an appointment time, was seen quickly, and Dana even followed up with me about the prescription submitted to my pharmacy. Wow. I HIGHLY recommend this very professional, family and locally owned company. I will definitely use again if needed.

Had a very easy & helpful visit at this urgent care- better than others in the area. My MA Dena was super kind and caring. And the NP really took her time to get to the bottom of the issue which has not been my experience everywhere. Would definitely return

Perla at the front desk was super helpful. Helped me get checked in quickly and was sweet towards me and my baby. The nurse was also very gentle spirited and kind. Helped me feel comfortable when I had to get a shot. Doctor was also quick and efficient but listened to what was concerning me. Overall - amazing staff. Good experience given the circumstances!

Recently, my 7-year old got a washer stuck on her ring finger during her STEM class. We had to come in to have the washer sawed off. The washer was rather large and by the time we arrived it had been stuck on her finger for a little over an hour. Perla was wonderful! She helped comfort my 7-year old for the entirety of our visit. Sloan was amazing as well! She took so much time and care to ensure that my daughter was getting breaks as she needed in order to feel like she had control over her own space. During breaks, Megan even provided snacks and smiles so that my daughter could relax in between sessions. Overall, this experience was delightful. Especially during such an unexpected time of need. The next day, her finger looked so good. You could see the imprint from the washer and the swelling had subsided. Many many thanks and love to all three women involved in our visit!

I booked an online visit. When I arrived I was surprised at how welcoming the waiting room was. I was immediately put at ease while Edith very kindly walked me through the checkin process. After a short wait, Brittany took me right back and got me settled in. She was professional and personal. Moments later Sloan came in to check me out and was very knowledgeable about my issues. I’m new to the neighborhood and can excitedly say this is my new go-to location. Thank you to the team here for making my visit enjoyable.

This week, I visited this place for the first time. At check-in, the web page to gather my info didn't cooperate with my phone, but the receptionist happily allowed me to use a paper form instead. Perla, Cassie, and the doctor were all friendly and helpful. The process was efficient, and the facility looked spotlessly clean. The next time I need urgent care, this will be my first choice.

I’ve been going to AFC Urgent Cares for years now but this was my first time at the University Hills location and it was a great experience! I got in immediately, even on a weekend morning, and all the staff were so attentive and nice - especially Perla! Would definitely recommend this urgent care to others
