The room was clean at first but because of the alley in the back there is mice running around all throughout the rooms.. Next door room was rowdy and loud all night. I got three large bite marks on my body which I'm assuming is mosquitos. I left a a early and they refused to give me my $10 deposit after I turned in my key and remote!!! Don't stay hear its dangerous and inhumane

Not a family type of place but the owners do keep it clean

Avoid this place. They will take your cash and claim you paid with credit and will deny your cash refund if you have a problem with their room or service. The police can't help because it become a civil matter. They want you to catch a case, but i rather you avoid that and try the Mt Vernon on grand river or every other motel. Much better rooms, much better customer service. Until my situation is resolved, this will reman posted The owner has many cameras so if this isn't the business policy, I'm very sure you'll resolve this matter. You'll see all events from this morning. Your employees may be pulling a scam on your business. Act now!!!

No towels. Tub needs to get replaced or at least professionally glazed. Bed was comfy though.

To me I had a great time there I didn't see any of mice or bedbugs like many other establishment my room was clean and sanitize I kept it that way hopefully when I come back I get the same room with the same results

Nice room except for the bathroom was disgusting. No ice machine 2 pop machines.owners are really nice

It was a mass. Door did not luck. People was everywhere out fighting. Talking loud. The tub was not clean in years. It was cold and no damn hot water. Never again

Roaches crawled across the bed all night. I couldn't sleep. And they never change the top cover. They reek of short stay rendezvous. Horrible environment. Crack infested.

This place is low class. It is infested with roaches, broken air conditioners, broken furniture. This hotel needs a major make over

I am blessed and greatful for this place.They was the only ones that gave me a room.When you need too get your family off the streets,this is your place.They need too paint and upgrade a couple of things but if I got the money,I'll be back.I ran out of money so I had too go.I kept my room clean but they do have Housekeeping. The tv works and the bed was comfortable. They do have a little roaches but they do spray.I seen and killed.The owner or manager very nice.Thank you cranbrook, you helped me too clear my head.🙏💜

U get what u pay for, much less rowdy since they put in the green light. Good place, esp if u have no place..

It needs much improvement not to make money and have rat infested rooms...
