When I suffered a shoulder injury while training, I needed physiotherapy. I already knew Carmen from a workshop she had given previously and had a good feeling about her as a person and her capabilities as a physiotherapist. This turned out to be correct: using excellent knowledge and good equipment, the diagnosis was quickly made: a subluxation. A clear plan of action was drawn up with exercises in a training schedule, which I followed faithfully. The recovery went as well as possible and Carmen made adjustments at the right times, for example by adjusting the training schedule and changing the treatment interval. If I ever need physiotherapy again, I will definitely message Carmen again!

I got a severe Achilles tendonitis that left me barely able to walk. After six months of seeing a physiotherapist, without any progress, I came to Carmen. After the ultrasound examination, she drew up a treatment plan with shockwave. I recovered very well and quite quickly with her treatments. I'm even doing hill training again and the tendon looks great again! Carmen is super professional, gives adequate advice and thinks along with everything! She now has her practice 75 km from my hometown, but I like to travel there because of the results. After overloading (my own fault) I now have severe inflammation in my hamstring. After having two treatments with her, I am already making leaps and bounds! I had many physiotherapists in the years before I met her because of my sporting actions. There was no one who achieved as much and quick results as Carmen!

I've been helped a lot here! Due to wrist complaints, I visited a number of times, and at each appointment Carmen looked at what my wrist needed at that moment (taking rest or carefully reloading, becoming stronger or more flexible). Even though this was a search, the approach worked well. I experienced Carmen as a skilled, helpful and pleasant physiotherapist. She explains difficult things well. After visiting several physiotherapists without any significant results, I finally came to Carmen with my shoulder and neck complaints. If only I had done that sooner, within a few weeks my complaints would have reduced to such an extent that I could do my work without too much pain. I am now almost ready to start exercising again. I dislocated my kneecap during a volleyball practice and needed a physiotherapist. Carmen helped me tremendously! With the help of tape and a good exercise schedule, I have been able to make big steps in recovery and I will be able to train again soon!
