I’ve contacted belal “salesman” and I told him about my problem as it is seen in the picture I’ve messaged him on what’s up and called him the funny thing he asked me is it original or fake!😂But he told me to come to the shop and I’ve waited approximately an hour standing in the steaming hot weather I’ve asked about him they told me he’s upstairs they took my ring to see if they can fix it but the saleswoman told me the woman who’s in charge of maintenance is not available !!! This is absurd !! I’ve called and explained prior ..literally my time and energy been wasted on nothing!! And the salesman belal is an ignorant and unprofessional 👎🏼. It’s such a shame 👎🏼

The shop was easy to find 👍🏻 They have a lot of products 😎 The employees very kind and helpful 😍👍🏻 But if you want to change your bracelets color it’s only in the day time , if you go in the night the employee will not be available 🙂

I took a watch to the service center and they returned the watch with more damage to the dial and I asked them to take it back The second time the clerk told me “Are you banned, because I cannot enter your name” they took my watch and then returned it in worse condition that I gave them and told me sorry we can’t take it again or do anything even when I pointed out the mistakes that had made I am truly disappointed in their service and the communication they didn’t even send a notification that it was done I had to contact them multiple times My watch dial is more smudged now and the refused to take it back basically signaling me to leave and telling me I cannot bring the watch again The service center was truly disappointing and couldn’t do their job my watch is now damaged by them and they refuse to take any responsibility If I recommend not going to them for servicing or buying generally 2/10

Luxury store and most importantly professional staff reflect the big brand name I did not catch the female stuff name I interacted with but thanks and sure I will be a returning customer The only small note I have is I received my merchandise with some finger prints marks on them so I think this is a thing for improvement Im not gonna remove a star because overall experience is excellent and satisfying

For some reason they close way ahead of the scheduled closing time. Either you stick to your timings, or you update them. It is not very friendly to have people travel a long way for you to close 45 mins ahead of the posted closing time. Add media

I have a vintage pen I gave it to Cartier Khobar branch it took from them more than a month and they answer me two days ago we couldn’t fix it because the spire part not available and the funny story they offer me 20% discount but they told me we have to take your pen seriously it’s funny they decided to give 20% and take my pen I sent email no body contact me now it been a week

We don’t buy from Bahrain just for the price it is because of the customer service. Spent 10 minutes without any help thinking there busy ‘till two customers and they jumped to help them. Again Buy from Bahrain for better service

the brand is amazing but i’ve never seen a worse customer service comparing to other branches. the waiting area is unbelievably outdated and looks like a motel lobby plus they lied couple of times about the waiting time.

You have to wait too long to be served, they have more security gards than customer service representative after waiting for 20 min with not even someone approuching me or even care that im waiting, i gave up and left the store even though i had an item reserved from the website , so i was actually planning to buy that item...

I have been trying to change the band for my Trinity band and have it cleaned up, and yet they only work till 5pm as they say. Well I have a job and I barely leave my office by5:30pm. Get people who can be there until close. Seriously it is super annoying.

The timing of closing was 11 and I came by to grab something specific at 10:30 and wouldn’t let me in even though their were other people in. Also, the person working there was rude and attitude not nice 👎🏻

So far I tried calling 37 times, the number been busy over 2 hours now!! I understand how some customers might have questions about the products, and the staff definitely need to take the time to answer.... But 2 hours, that sounds more like a personal phone call to me lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

I went there for removing extension from my bracelet and it was my first visit to alkhobar branch. By the time I arrived, although the boutique had no single customer at it, I entered the door and started looking for an employee to talk with!! I met Feras and he was nice and welcoming, but there was a problem with the internet connection so he couldn’t give me a receipt at that time and said will send it to me after 3 hours but he didn’t. I kept contacting them to send the receipt 3 more days until I received it on WhatsApp!! The second visit to receive the bracelet, the waiting area was so hot. 2 stars only for the time the bracelet took to be received. They told me 10 days and I received it in 7 days. All in all, I would prefer to go to Riyadh or Bahrain branch rather than going to the closest branch to me (alkhobar).

It was a lovely experience in Cartier Alrashid Mall, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mahmoud he was of a great help for me in order to choose a gift for my wife. Thank you Mahmoud!
