As a 9 months pregnant woman i have been putten in such incredible stress from this place I have received a mistaken fine for not showing up I called They said Don't worry about it we will fix it I received higher fine for not paying the first fine I called again and they said someone who is responsible is on a vacation and so, we will clear this up once they are back I called them again and they said okay now its cleared, now i received a letter from a company who persua people to pay their fines or else. I emailed them back and said that the fine is been forgiven its a misunderstanding They emailed me back about another fine that i never received or heard about! I called the practice And they have no idea they said we will call you back so far its all hanging I had the worst experience with this place i went to Fysiotherapie there because of the pain and the stress on my back and neck due to pregnancy That place did to me bad more than good. Update: I called again yesterday They said its okay don't worry about it its a misunderstanding Today i have been called about it from the practice that i have to pay the fine The caller didn't want to listen nor understand I got very angry from the amount of uncertainty and stress i just said told them come take our stuff because i am not paying this!! I am very stressed, i should deliver a baby tomorrow!! And i have mentioned that! Its blur now Don't know whats going to happen next.

WARNING: They ask you to pay for an appointment you DIDN'T make. It's a horrible experience and a fraud. I've been a client of SMC Holland Park in 2020, having 10 sessions with them and paying from my own pocket. Since I moved to another city in 2021 I have a new physiotherapist in another place. In December 2022 I got a single email from SMC Holland Park asking to pay within 2 days for an appointment in August that I didn't make. The invoice was saying my OLD address. When I made a call to figure out the situation I was told they already sent all the information to a collector company Medicas and I have to talk with them. They also pointed out they have my new address (then why the invoice was sent to my old address?! Then I could report this mistake before). I've sent an email to Medicas saying it's a mistake that should be fixed. They sent an email to SMC Holland Park. I received a reply they couldn't make an appointment without my BSN (which they HAD because I was a client in 2020) and it was me who did the appointment. I sent a second message to Medicas providing all the proofs and pointed out that SMC Holland Park sent a SINGLE invoice with mentioning the OLD address and NO letters to my current address. The collector company Medicas replied they won't accept any further proof since they already sent the first response, and asked to pay the full amount. It's a horrible experience, and now they ask to pay 90 euros for THEIR mistake. Don't recommend SMC Holland Park, Unregister to avoid the same headache.

Completely recommend! I've had neck and shoulder problems and Joris has been able to fix that for me. He was super friendly, easy going and showed a lot of knowledge. He explained clearly what was happening and why I was in pain. He used several techniques, checked in constantly to make sure I was okay and gave me easy tips and tricks that I can do at home when I feel tension or pain. I could always get an appointment on short notice and their opening hours are very accommodating.

I have been visiting physiotherapy for the past two months now and I am feeling great progress. I am really satisfied with my physiotherapist Joris who gave me a lot of valuable tips and a worthwhile programme of exercises. The atmosphere is very friendly and trustworthy! 👍

Fysiotherapie SMC Hollandpark is great. When I was experiencing issues with my shoulder, I got all the treatment and aftercare I needed to fully recover from my injuries. I was helped by Philipp who took his time to analyze my ailment and propose the necessary exercises to help speed up the healing process.

Conclusion: You need physiotherapy? Go here! I have experienced treatment by Mark and Philipp. Summary: satisfying result, professional yet personal contact, encouraging yet safe and cautious way of working, enablement to additionally exercise independently, modern and well equipped premisses, no challenge if you are not fluent in dutch (but english or german), worlds apart from local competitor in the best way you can think of Details: I received physiotherapy treatment at SMC Hollandpark for my knee due to a sports-injury (partial rupture of my ACL and inner ligaments), which was diagnosed very/too late because the first doctor I consulted [S.C.H., now located at medisch centrum hollandpark], who - contrary to her own belief - is absolutely incompetent and acted very unprofessional [if you need a GP, choose someone else - it can exclusively be a better experience]. SMC Hollandpark was the second physiotherapy practice in Diemen, that I reached out to after having a prescription (by a different doctor than the mentioned GP), as the first physiotherapy practice (a competitor working together with a local gym, I am a member of) I reached out to, was being very unresponsive and unreliable. Luckily SMC Hollandpark is the opposite of that - they are very responsive and reliable. The premises of SMC Hollandpark including the treatment rooms as well as the gym are (2020: brand new) modern, well and up to date equipped (just as you can see on the picture on their homepage). My physiotherapy treatment at SMC Hollandpark was provided by Mark and Philipp. Both have been doing a great job - I am very satisfied with the result and their services as well as with the professional yet personal contact. Especially Philipp enabled me to safely and targeted perform exercises for my knee recovery also on my own at home without needing to have/purchase a lot of (expensive) equipment, which I highly appreciate. Both, Mark and Phiipp have been encouraging in their way of working with me always taking into account the required caution and safety. This practice can in addition be recommended for Expats or other people, that are not fluent in dutch but english (or german). Overall I am very grateful that I ended up receiving my physiotherapy treatment at SMC Hollandpark. Their rates might be about 10% higher in comparison to the local competitor (that I received a calculation from) - but it is without any doubt worth it, because they are worlds apart!! I have no doubt you will be satisfied receiving a physiotherapy treatment at SMC Hollandpark - and I am sure they are very open and interested in (prompt) feedback in case you aren't and keen on satisfying you. (What else can you ask for?)

This is a great place! The new facility has everything under one roof. The physiotherapists are very professional, friendly, and they know what they are doing. I went in with a hip injury and in just a few sessions I was not limping anymore and was able to recover nicely. I highly recommend them, especially if you are an expat. Great place and friendly staff. I loved going to the physio for back treatment. I highly recommend Rick. Super nice guy, friendly, and he's good at what he's doing. He found and treated my issue in a few sessions.

They are really good as a physiotherapy center. I had physiotherapy sessions for my shoulder with Evelien. She is a really friendly, explanatory and effective solution provider. I strongly recommend.
