This is to me my favorite place in Amsterdam, it’s spacious, the food and beer is very tasty - craft beer and delicious food including soup, it has a relaxed vibe and plenty of room. The design of the house itself is amazing with solar panels. It’s in the woods and it feeds my love of nature. The parking nearby is huge and easy to access. It’s basically a very hassle free experience. Even the employees are just so nice. Coming here is a treat. Please don’t change

Located in the park, we were sitting outside. Local beers, tasty food, fast service, very friendly staff. Kids playground is next to it.

Amazingly beautiful place, high ceilings, lots of windows. 5*! The service was fine 4*. Mixed feelings with the food. Loved the flammkuchen! The avocado toast was a lot of bread and boring avocado. No salt, pepper, lime, lemon, olive oil, nothing…. No cash only pinnen is lack of service -1*

Awesome place! Beautiful architecture, tasteful interior design, tasty and well cooked food (a bit pricey though), excellent beers, kind service. It is apparent that a lot of thought and care has been put towards building and maintaining this. Good job!

Very kid friendly. We had a nice lunch, the food was good. Unfortunately didn't have time for a beer tasting, they have a great collection of craft beers.

Great location and great beers. Immense terras can be daunting when busy, but orders for the table are easily placed and payed for using the QR-code and website on the table. Would strongly advise to visit and grab a beer and a drink after a walk through the forest!

The restaurant is situated in a beautiful natural setting, has plenty of outdoor space. The terrace is the perfect place to relax with friends and family while enjoying a meal or a drink. The atmosphere is laid-back and relaxed, and the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your experience is nothing short of exceptional.I tried only a couple of snacks in terms of food but everything was freshly done, tasty and with a lot of flavor. Coffee was also very good, nice to have a coffee to go and a walk in nature. Great place for a break or friends meet-up, will visit again for sure! Update 06/04/23: Apple tart and cappuccino are a must try! Around 8EUR. Sadly the place is so popular that it is hard to find a seat to stay outside in the sun, maybe some extra tables or smaller tables for lower number of people? Seems that the tables can accommodate big groups and were occupied by 2-3 people?

Luckily wheelchair accessible. Super friendly staff. Vegan and vegetarian options are yum. French fries where way to salty, but nice and crunchy! The animals that have been put up creep me out a bit, but I guess it gives the feel of being in nature.

I like going to this place to do some work and enjoy a drink. The location and the theme of the place are great. The only downside is the service (Sometimes not every time). They can be a bit pushy sometimes. I ordered a Latte Machiato and was doing some work, when the waitress started asking me do I need anything, while I was still enjoying my drink. This happened 3 times in less than 1h. Another issue, is the place get dirty pretty fast because its part of a park and people bring their dogs too.

Chai and lemonade are lovely. We think we made a wrong choice with the food. Sate too salty and baked to stone black, fries were soggy. Maybe next time we have to go for the nice looking breads.

Pleasant sitting, nice hot chocolate (a bit too sweet) with good apple pie. It’s a bit noisy with kids on the weekend, as expected.

It's a lovely place close to nature, their entire restaurant is as the name suggests bird themed, their food on the other hand doesn't contain any birds but they do serve a nice variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The waitresses during our visit were helpful and open for feedback. Overal a nice visit

It's an ok place on a beautiful spot. Not a place to go for your peace though because of all the kids and dogs. The food was so so.. Maybe we just picked the wrong items from the menu. We might come back here after a walk for a coffee.
