    Food was great.. But the attitude of staff was not good since we had kids.. Others were more noisy but we were asked to be quiet.. No water was offered.. Also was asked not to drink water we had with us.. Unbelievable!!

    Great food, friendly staff, easy and quick order via the tablet. Minus 2 stars for not serving tapwater. We don't mind paying something for (cold) tapwater. But bottled water is bad for the environment, expensive and really not necessary in the NLs where fresh water comes out of the tap.

    the WORST experience ever! I placed an order at 6.50pm and I'm still waiting at 9.15pm. Called the restaurant and they hang up on me without saying a word. Tried to call again but the phone is not reachable anymore. How ridiculous! I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

    Ordered food on Thuisbezorgd from this restaurant, didn't show up after 2 hours of waiting, called the restaurant directly and they just hang up. Maybe they are delivering directly from Japan hence it takes so long.

    The staff was super friendly and the service was really good!! All the dishes were very nice, except for the spring roll which was disappointing. We didn’t manage to get to the 4th round, but still got to enjoy the food. Highly recommend!

    Chose to eat earlier to avoid crowds, went great, met at the door with hand gel and temperature check, very friendly. Staff very attentive and respectful. Food was excellent, order via note pad , actually managed only three orders before being so full not to eat more, could have had another two rounds of ordering , but why be a glutton?

    This our second time in this place. The restaurant is very nice, the people who works there is very very friendly and the food is delicious!!! Highly recommended!

    Food avarage, some dishes tasted not so fresh. The price is a bit high compared to quality. Also, the service is below avarage, waitresses do not look around, it took me 20 min to order a beverage: 10 for someone to notice me + 10 for the soft drink to arrive.

    Been to this restaurant twice. Excellent and friendly service. Their food is delicious. Seating comfortable and plenty of space inside. You can eat at a great quality, large amounts, for a very fair price. I'd come back anytime.

    Went back after a few years and honestly i was pleasantly surprised. Sushi is good, good selection of plates and drinks are fairly priced for a AYCE restaurant. Will go back diet permitting :)

    Hachi has good food and good service. Dishes we’re definitely tasty and portion sizes were good. The dishes came out of the kitchen with lightning speed. Quite a few dishes to choose from and no rush to get through your all you can eat experience.

    Ive been there four times and everytime i enter the door the staff always welcomes me with a smile and the food are soo delicious thats why i come there often.
