Had a terrifying experience at this McDonalds today. Actually the server was a very nice guy, the burger (Maestro BBQ) came quite fast. But then when I opened I noticed something wrong: there was too much oil dripping from the burgers, making it extremely wet. I've started eating it anyways because I was in a hurry. After 2 bites I noticed the burgers were not even cooked... tried to eat again once it was the only time I had for a meal before a meeting, but couldn't do it. I don't know how can someone not cook a burger properly at McDonalds with all the devices that does the job automatically; makes me think someone was just trying to have some fun. A Picture of the burger is attached, the meat is completely RAW!! How can you serve something like it? It's like unpacking, throwing for 10 seconds on the grill and sending it to the customer. And I still don't know why they sent it wrapped on a CHICKEN paper, but that's only a detail. Any answers, McDonalds?

My friend's DIOR bag was taken by an employee to the back, when she left it unattended. The employee confirmed that she found it. When my friend asked the manager for her bag he said he threw it in the garbage! When she threatened to call the police he said that she can't proof anything, because they have no cameras. My friend has contacted the police.

The stuff were very unfriendly, orders are always delayed and served cold. Multiple times they didn't serve the order and I had to ask explicitly where my order is. Also if you have laptop, there is no stopcontact there, so you cannot plug the power in.

Stay away from this MacDonalds. There's so many staff, falling over each others legs and none of them don't know what they're doing. Our food stands 10 minutes in the delivery section without something happens. The food was cold, not the food we offered. The staff was very arrogant. If I was the boss here, they all got fired.

The lady at the entrance was too occupied in her private phone calls to help me. For the 15 minutes I did spent there, se never stop for a second talking at the phone. That's disrescpectful to the customers and anyway unacceptable. Also they try to give me 2 sandwiches instead of 3 that I paid for, because their machine order system was running out of papers for the receipts and they said there were 2 and not 3. Then I showed them the credit card statement and they agreed to give me my 3rd cheeseburger.

A group of irresponsible kids who don't work and keep calling most orders after the clients are sick of waiting and already left! I've never waited so much in a McDonald's in the whole of Europe! Especially for how empty it is! Update: Expected to wait for 15 min for my bus there, but ended up waiting for 40 minutes for a pack of nuggets, they removed my order off the screen before it is fullfilled and they weren't even clean the tables. Not to mention how loud they're screaming the numbers in an empty place, and calling for long gone customers!

Great service, my heart goes out to the employees, the manager does not seem to be a nice individual, he kept on shouting at the employees

The best thing about McDonald’s is the same flavor in any place in any restaurant in the world. Sometimes is the best medication to my homesick!

40 minutes of waiting for my double big tasty, didn't get my food and now they refuse to give me my money back, becausethey had to call another manager. And then instead of 12.55 he gave me 12.30 back. Don't come here, the Maccie in Amstelveen is better and they don't scam you.

Wanted to charge me 25 cents extra for my meal and law doesn't come into force till july 1st and the manager lady very rude, it was a drive through i went kfc instead that doesnt start rule till 1st july

My kids had a wonderful time here. Staff were friendly, gave them minion hats and even let my kid go behind the counter and make his own ice cream! Food was typical of McDonald’s but on the better side. Overall this location was clean and well kept.

Super expensive, low quality food, dirty parking lot outside, only positive thing it's open till 3:00 AM

Good place and serves quick . Restrooms are free unlike other McDonald's who charges customer to pee Cleanliness is good at indoor but ofcourse not at outdoor, always the dust bin overflows in the outdoor area, hardly someone will look and clean the outdoor

Decided to eat some McDonald for diner, which i never do, but i was in a bit of a hurry. Had food poisoning for the next 3 days. Didn't ate anything else that night except for McDonalds. 4 hours after eating i got really sick and felt horrible. Will never eat here again. Not worth it

Easy to find, not far from the highway, but it's super dirty inside! Food was fine, but all the mess and dirt around is terrible.

It takes so long to get an order! No matter dine in or take out. Burgers are done 15 mins before coffee, everything is cold as a result. I will think ten times before going there next time

Inside it's a very long wait, since it's super busy and drive through probably gets priority. They didn't have mustard for hamburger and cheeseburger so they just left it out without telling. They also didn't have a mini book for the happy meal, also left it out without telling. Almost all hand sanitizers were empty. Otherwise, friendly personal and good food
