Very nice theater, with big audience and well seen stage. Everyone was super nice and helpful ... well done guys.

Exquisite, elegant and a beautiful place to enter. The theater has a good balance between casual and a nice evening out. It can be transformed to one big dance venue. I have seen and experienced both. And I can tell you. It is great. :). Selection of drinks are also very good

Went for a private dance event, the place is okay but the main hall is cramped and lacks any kind of decent ventilation. Further more the foyer area is ok, but the bar lacks the ability to use any cards other than Maestro, I don't think banks issue any cards with Maestro anymore, so not sure why they have that setup, especially in these days as it's so easy to accept any kind of card (even amex!).

Are there better theaters in the world? Of course there are. But the Omval in Diemen has the easy going vibe of a small theater where locals come to meet and watch a show or movie. The bar is quite well stocked on drinks and snacks while most of the latest movies show here as well (a bit later than in the bigger theaters in Amsterdam, but still). The seats in the theater itself are comfortable and everyone watches the movie like you did when you were a kid: you actually get drawn into it. People will laugh or cheer out loud, and you will not be bothered by anyone looking at their phone during the show (a habit I've noticed to be increasing in the larger cinemas). As a local I enjoy going here more and more.

Cinema in the heart of Diemen offer a variety of films ....classic,modern,drama,comedy,musical, Dutch,American and from all over the world . You can also enjoy your favourite drink in the ground floor nice bar .

Small theatre or the more arty performances, children plays and poetic stuff. Small elevator for the elderly.

I've been only at the bar. It is a nice comfortable place. Nice capuccino and nice service.

Great staff, nice atmosphere, relaxed.
