I wish I could give a 6 or 7! 🤯 The banana cake seemed very tasty and guess what? It was AWESOME! 🌵 I also met Marvin the Cactus in the cafe. The staff were both friendly and kind. The described any questions I had about the items with patience. The coffee tasted very good and items served respectfully. The Cafe itself were clean. The musics gave a good vibe for the morning. The area is also quite and cozy and good for relaxing. They seems having a separate large social table for working with laptop.

They have some of the nicest croissants. Beautiful cafe with nice baristas seen always smiling and on top of their job.

Incredible cafe. Located 5min walk from the M53 metro station. I come here often to work with my laptop in the mornings. They serve a variety of sandwiches and bagels. Staff is friendly and down-to-earth. I highly recommend this cafe to those living in the area!

One of my favourite spots in Diemen. I love going there with my dog and enjoy a large cappuccino sitting outside. Their banana bread and croissants are really good but the best thing about this place is its service. Staff is super friendly and kind, they always serve you with a big smile

I usually take coffee here but today came for breakfast as we saw syrniki in their Instagram but there were no((( why do you post something and than don’t serve it? Food we ordered looked really good but Guys, please never ever take Pastrami NY unless you want to cry all your breakfast as the mustard there was so strong that me and my husband were literally crying when eating it. I couldn’t taste anything else. The other sandwich though was good I cannot comment on reply from owner but can add it here: 1st time I see that owner instead of saying something like “sorry for bad experience, please come next time and hope you like something else” is trying to “fight” with client for saying something staff didn’t like or that I should of asked to take out horseradish. What is you goal? To attract more loyal clients or exclude everyone that didn’t like something from menu and saying out load about it?

I really wanted to give DSTRCT-DZ more stars! The coffee is very good, and the place, although a bit small inside, is nice, cosy and makes you want to stay. I was looking forward to trying one of their bagel/sandwiches as they have a wide variety but my wishes went out the window because they don't have gluten free bread or other alternatives. Disappointed, I ended up ordering a granola with yoghurt which, by the way, was not on the menu. I hope in the future they will have breakfast / brunch options other than a salad for celiac or gluten intolerant people.

I am not usually putting a negative review for any place as I always hope that it might be that moment it is a bad time. We are a regular customer in this cafe. We almost take our daily coffee, cakes, sandwich in this cafe. Once we asked if they have a sugar free cake and the lady baking cakes yelled behind the counter that she doesn't make sugar free cakes and we want we are free to go to another place. Another time we got a croissant for our toddler from the bakery which for time being was working together with the cafe. The waitress asked us not to eat it as they sell it here separately than the bakery (how can I stop a toddler from eating her croissant now?!). Today we came here without knowing that bakery and the cafe separated and they are not the same company anymore. Our toddler was finishing her ice cream (we as well) we came without finishing as it was about to close and we wanted to get coffee before it closes. The girl asked to go out and finish ice cream. How rude? The same girl who saw us coming here for our daily coffee for the last 2years almost! Every time i am disappointed but every time i want to believe that someone had a bad day. But it is just rude and you can just be a bit more polite when there is a toddler around.

Love this place! Delicious food, amazing desserts and baked goods (freshly made every day!), generous portions and a wide range of dishes you can choose from! The staff is also extremely helpful and kind! Would recommend ! 10/10! 😊

Great place for coffee and cakes and pastries! Tucked away of the arena and still close by to the schools in the area if you wanna have good coffee! The place is very clean, stuff are friendly! Right next to the cafe is. Bakery where you can get some fresh bread 🥖

In the middle of all this new housing in Diemen is on a smart spot this coffee bar - café. Nice situated in a corner. Nothing in the immediate surroundings. Coffee provided bin Coffee Roasters and espresso has an acidity I don't like and want in my espresso. This new way might find it's way to coffee shops, not my cup.of tea. It's a nice café from the outside and inside. Enough staff I would say but waiting more than 25 minutes for a sandwich is a bit too much. Especially when the owner, manager, shift leader (who ever it was) walked in, didn't help, took a cake and started eating behind the counter ... Quite a service, especially to own staff as well. I had also a apple cake which was very very good. So a lovely place but need to work on the speed of service and hospitality ....

Chai Latte oat milk is recommend for non cafein drink. Vegan banana bread and apple pie made my day kick off so good.

Definitely my favorite place to grab a coffee! There are various types of coffees which are amazing but I strongly suggest to try desserts as well!(Especially banana bread) I’m not even gonna mention the friendly staffs and cozy environment :)

Certainly my favorite place to hang out, work or just welcome a Sunday morning in the neighborhood. The coffee is very good and there is a good variety of drinks. The food and cakes are also great for lunch or a nice snack, the atmosphere is lively without feeling crowded and the service is welcoming and attentive.

we loved this place! it's pretty small, but definitely spacious, full of plants and nice little details. the drinks (we had latte with syrup and matcha latte) were very good! the food was also good and made us very full and happy :) the staff was nice to talk to, we enjoyed our time there. definitely coming back!
