Love this brand, price is true to their quality. I got a wallet 3 years ago, used everyday and it litterly still looks new! Purse as well.Man's wallet is the best! Very good storage(we compared many), my bf Love his, its also long lasting.Out beat the other brand he had. Stuffs there are friendly there, down to earth.

I went in today to look at a man's watch I had seen online and. I was interested in buying. I was approached by a salesperson who asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted to see some watches I saw online. He told me. These are the men's watches. I said. I prefer men's watches because I'm trans and I have very large hands even though I look feminine. Men's watches just look better on me and go better with my work clothing. He didn't listen to me and took me to the women's watches. I asked if there were nonbinary or unisex watches and he said "that's okay". I felt extremely uncomfortable as he stood next to me while I "looked" at the women's watches which I didn't like at all - I wanted to look at leather band men's watches (particularly the Townsman ones) and he wanted me instead to consider some metal band women's watches called "boyfriend" watches. I left, with no watch. I am pretty sad about this. I will look at other retailers who may allow me to buy what I like.

I absolutely loved the service I got here. The manager on the floor was very good at answering all my questions. Would recommend this place for the customer service.

Customer Service is not just a thought but an action. As a customer walking in to this Fossil location you are greeted warmly like walking in to a friends home. From the moment you enter the store to the time you leave, the staff are engaged and eager to help you find that special something. You can tell that the staff love the job they do by the way they interact with all customers.

I am blown away with this Fossil location. The costumer service I received was incredible. I would love to thank Marcelle and Bonnie for a wonderful experience and their professionalism. Marcelle helped me pick out exactly what I needed and he is an expert when it comes to jewellery and purses. They even did an engraving on the bracelet he helped me pick out (with NO extra charge)! I am beyond impressed and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend this location and would give 10 stars if I could!

I LOVE this store. Great products and awesome staff. I always receive a warm greeting when I walk in no matter how busy they are. I am usually served by either Bonnie or Marcel who are both friendly, upbeat and have a lot of knowledge about Fossil's products. Last time I was in Marcel helped me pick out this beautiful purse and matching wallet. High quality products.

This Fossil location is by far the best I have been in. The staff are super friendly. The location is clean and tidy. And, if they don't have the item you're looking for, they're more than willing to help you with alternative suggestions or helping you order from the Fossil site. There is never pressure to buy and the staff always make you feel like you've made a friend and they've invited you into their 'home' to enjoy their precious items as much as they enjoy them. Always a go-to store!!

Absolutely wonderful store , very clean and well laid out. Staff is very pleasant and not pushy like some others in the mall… definitely worth stopping by
