I went here sometime in May of 2020. They had just re-opened and I was looking for a ring to propose to my girl friend. I was told that the ring may take up to 6 weeks to come. I asked them if it was a max of 6 weeks, and they said it will be here in 6 weeks. So I waited, and waited, and finally around 8 weeks, we called to see where the ring was. We were informed they did not receive the ring. The staff did not seem friendly what's so ever. We called again at week 10, of course they did not have it at that time, blaming it on the factory that makes the rings being closed, but yet we had already contacted the factory and they said they've been open for 6 weeks by this time. Finally after getting a hold of the manager, we got the ring by week 12. She wore the ring for one day, it was pitting and turning her finger green. We finally decided to cut our lost with this company. We returned the ring and went to a location that actually cares about there customers. It seems that every company that pays by commission just doesn't care about their customers. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want a head ache. By from Inglis, at less you'll get your ring when your supposed to.

Went in to have a watch battery put in , the employee took it to the back and came back with the crystal shattered. Was told it was an accident that they made by tightening the clamps to tight and they shattered it . It was to be fixed at their expense and it would take 3 weeks , no call was made about the watch so went back to see if it was done and was rudely told that if we didn’t get a call then it’s not fixed . It’s been 6 weeks and still no call to say that it’s fixed .

I love this jewelry store. They have amazing customer service. I love their jewelry here. And their crystal ornaments. I brought a pair of earrings here to get fixed. And they fix them for free and help me put them on. The girl that served me was an amazing girl. Customer service. Here is amazing.

Charm is the best, since I moved here in 2015 I will not go anywhere else. Very welcoming, charming staff, great prices, and just all around great experience!!!!!!

Gave them a men watch to repair 3 times consecutively! Nothing was done! I think they just keep it for a month and then call to pick it up! Watch was still in warranty! And I still paid to get it “fixed”! Worst place to get something fixed!

I bought a chain in August 2023. I was told never to wear it to bed, to always remove my chain. Ok. So I did so. Well, the clasp on the chain broke. I go into the store and they said I had not purchased a warranty. I was never offered one to begin with. So, the clerk said he would send it in for an estimate, I got the repair number, three weeks later, no word, until suddenly I get a email that my repair was ready, I call and it's gonna vost me half of what I paid for the chain. WOW. Really !! Very disappointing indeed. I will not be returning to this store again, rating is really a zero for me.

Very disappointed at the service for our wedding band. Also the salesman made us feel like thief, like dont touch the rings its my job! And just told us that we didnt have extended warranty on my engagement ring as we surely did. I felt heartbreaking as we are sure we did have the full coverage. The first sales lady said it twice. That is why we purchased there cause it was worry free for a lifetime, but 2 years later, its a different story.

I went to Charm, to get my wedding ring re-sized after I had gone to other places in the mall. My ring is only silver with diamonds and not an expensive ring, it just was my wedding ring which I love and want no other. I recently lost almost 70lbs, and had to have it re-sized. Many snickered at me at other stores, and they all said the design was too complicated to re-size. It is unique. When I went to Charm, they took me seriously and treated me well right away. They didn't make me feel embarrassed like everywhere else. The jeweler did a beautiful job, especially because of the tricky design. What Charm doesn't know is that they have my business exclusively, and for life.

We were shopping for wedding rings for our big day. We had been looking all over at the various places. Most of the rings were similar in style and cost, but the service was so so at best, until we came here. The lady who helped us couldn't have been any better at all. She guided us and helped us at every point along the way with absolutely no pressure at all. It worked out that they had the rings that fitted both of us without the wait. An absolutely amazing experience at the store which is the absolute opposite with what you get these days with the young generation who could care less either way. I highly recommend this place!

Asked them to resize my engagement ring smaller. They said 2 weeks, when I contacted them after 3 weeks it was still not ready. Waited another 2weeks, still no one contacted me, so I called and they said it has been there for 3 weeks.. very unorganized. I waited 5 and a half weeks for a ring that's now discolored in certain areas. Save your money, time and jewelry.

At first, I thought it was just a coincidence, but after a 2nd visit, with different party’s, we all had similar experiences; enough to write a review. After notifying for help, and waiting our turn, the representative proceeded to serve another customer who was interested in a higher value item then ours. After asking the representative about the mishap, she then told us to wait again, even though we were first… Waiting is no issue, its the principle. This made us feel unappreciated and uncomfortable. - Acknowledge the presence of ALL customers, and learn to manage the order in which you serve customers
