Great stay. Valet parking, efficient porter and reception, good service. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Location at edge of Dijon old town. Can't complain about anything.

Stayed for 1 night with my little girl. The room was great and the staff even put a little gift for my girl in her cot. Very nice gesture. Sadly the service was on the lesser good side. especially the car service that was very difficult to get (twice). And the service team (I quote) "forgot me" as i asked for help in the parking as there was no free spots. The location and the building itself are gorgeous and I would have liked to see more of the place.

Slept great, room was spacious but unfortunately really dusty so every time you moved a dust cloud appeared. On arrival there was vomit in the private car parks entrance & lift, I told the hotel. The next morning when we came to leave there was still vomit in the lift. You don’t expect that from an up market establishment, in fact you don’t expect it from any establishment.

There is simply no service. We stayed at the hotel for one night. We arrived and wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, I note we are guests of the hotel. They tell me that there are no places, everything is shielded. Although the restaurant was half empty at the moment when they approached and after. We were with a child. I asked where then I could reap, they just told me to go outside and look for yourself. This is unacceptable for 5 stars!

Great location and quality, very friendly staff, extremely clean. The restaurant is a must-to-visit, bar (and cigar lounge, if you like) is very elegant. Spending some time in the nice Spa was also great. Overall I am very happy that I picked up this hotel for our long weekend in Dijon. Definitely, again!

Seriously one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We prolonged our stay 1 night just to continue the experience. The room was exceptionally well maintained, the staff super professional and friendly. Make use of the Spa and massages if you can, they were a class of their own. Also visited the gym, the bar and used the parking service. The location is fantastic, the rooms have an AC against the heat and the bathroom and shower were in superb condition. It's for sure on the pricey side, but for us it was worth it.

Gorgeous hotel, with lovely, well thought out rooms. Very good location. Staff are friendly and efficient. There’s a lovely courtyard for drinks next to the restaurant. The wine list is fabulous! Perfect spot for wine lovers. One star taken off for horrible experience with the spa, where staff were rude and lost a reservation I made then didn’t confirm the second one and never offered an apology. The rest was a delightful experience

Our room was great. Stayed with my wife and son and the room was very spacious and great view of the city. Hotel is very nice (and for the Americans--it has great air conditioning!). Very nice bar. The only critique is that when we checked out on Sunday we wanted to hang out at 1 and have lunch in the restaurant patio (which is very nice and under pretty trees). They told us the restaurant was closed and you cannot order food until 3 pm anywhere at the hotel. That seems really odd given this is a 5-star hotel that is really expensive. Also it was incredibly inconvenient. I later emailed the hotel about it, but the management answered with an ill-informed response saying they were sorry the restaurant was booked. It wasn't booked, it was closed. So great place but not technically 5 stars if you can't order lunch on Sunday afternoon.

Seems like an old hotel with a fresh layer of paint. Our room shower was broken but we did not have the energy to complain, at this price we should not have to. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good with highly sophisticated food.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and polished. Very nice room with great views. Breakfast was excellent and the bar is great. All service was excellent. A very comfortable and relaxed stay. Definitely recommended.

This can’t be rated a 5 star hotel. Very old and outdated! Carpet on the floors are bubbly and very dirty. We had the family suite on the fifth floor. Very spacious but looks like a student dorm. They are renovating the hotel so it’s very smelly and you can’t go up the fifth. Breakfast is very nice and the bar is also nice. Service is very slow. You have to be patient to get your food within 30 min. Took 50 min while the bar was almost empty.

Perfect location for exploring Dijon. The hotel's staff are at the top of their game, making this a wonderful holiday destination. The food here is exemplary along with the services.

Location is perfect - a short walk to the major monuments in Dijon. Hotel is well kept with facilities in excellent condition. Only (small) letdown was that the staff was unaware of the package we had selected (late checkout, VIP treatment, etc.) - had a little "negotiation" at checkout ! But otherwise I really recommend the hotel - will definitely revisit.

Spent one night here a few days ago and had a great stay. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had a room with a great view and it was very quiet even though it was on a main road. Definitely recommend.

Incredible service, amazing, large room with a view. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and a steam shower as well as a hi-tech mirror that would de-steam and tell time. The staff was so lovely and accommodating and even let us check in early. We had an amazing view of the park as well. I wish we had stayed longer!

Great hotel, comfortable room. Bartender did not know how to make a straight up martini, had to order twice; tried to make dinner reservations at hotel restaurant and phone and in person was rude to us; room key did not work at 10 pm and manager took over 1/2 hour to get in the room

A lovely brunch with family. Lots of choice, everything fresh, friendly service. I would go again. Bear in mind this is popular, we had to book 6 weeks in advance.

The hotel is in a great location and has well appointed rooms. I think my criticisms are for the staff and the fact that they did not disclose the fact that parts of the hotel were under construction. I experienced a couple of staff members that were rude and just not very friendly. Not something you would expect from a 5 star hotel. This also followed several other hotels in France. Our room was clean, good size and hide all of the amenities. The bar was also very nice. But all of these things were really tainted by a couple of staff members.

Very fine hotel with excellent restaurant. The guest rooms are on the small side but tastefully decorated and excellently equipped;: bathrooms and the modern electronic lighting devices are particularly noteworthy. Thr spa is also impressive: despite the lack of space the hotel went to great lengths to enhance its guests' experience. Beautifully appointed and highly recommended

I’ve stayed at this lovely hotel a couple of times when driving across Europe to Barcelona. Excellent location, easy parking, lovely bar and garden area. The staff are very polite and attentive. Highly recommend it. Only thing that could be improved on is the room service menu - very limited. Five stars ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location if traveling to Dijon. Rooms are cool and quirky, clean and well appointed. I would suggest this hotel for couples on vacation or just on a weekend getaway.

I stayed there on my way from Switzerland to London at the end of January 2023. I had stayed there before but this time it was the most enjoyable stay! Staff was amazing and food in the restaurant was delicious. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to others; not to mention excellent location and parking facilities at hotel great!

Absolutely the best hotel in Dijon, it’s stunning. Honestly better than any of the hotels I’ve stayed in in Paris! So much room, great layout, friendly staff and perfect location. The breakfast included gluten free options as well which is always a bonus for me as i usually have to bring my own!

We Booked 2 Deluxe rooms for Our family When we arrived we noticed room 211 air conditioning wasn’t working so we told them and went for a walk We told them again at 4pm when they said they can fix from the lobby controls Then at 7 pm we told them again and went to dinner where they said they will fix it for sure as it was 38 Celsius Then at 10PM it still wasn’t working so I came down to be told they accidentally turned on the heat and it will be cold in 30 min At 11pm they finally said it’s not working and moved us to room 102 which must have been for staff as it was so small you couldn’t move Then when checking out they offered to discount 30 euro Which I laughed and said don’t bother as clearly the closet wasn’t worth even staying in. If you expect any quality best to go elsewhere as this place doesn’t care about the customer at all.

My best client experience ever! I am a loyal client of Accor and visited a couple of MGallery, Pullman, and Sofitel: Geneve, Rennes, Toulouse, Lyon, Strasbourg... The best MGallery I have seen so far. Maybe I'll go into details, I've been working at LVMH HQs, and I believe that luxe is all about details. I think that behind scenes of this hotel, we can find a great manager, because the team works perfectly well with each other. As a client, I saw a dream team who puts in the center clients and works hard to provide the best service by helping each other. It is not possible without a great manager who recruits, trains, and develops his team! Bravo Pre-check-in communication: accessible communication with hotel staff via email. I asked for their assistance with the dinner reservation, but I did it at the last minute. The restaurant was fully booked, but the team communicated it nicely and shared great restaurants nearby. Valet parking: friendly, efficient, and super fast. Check-in: I made my online checking, and my dossier was already ready, and the room was waiting for us (it was an early check-in). It took a couple of minutes to receive the keys. Our Accor Gold card benefits were waiting for us. It was great! Communication was excellent: friendly, straightforward, caring attitude. Adore it! In-room amenities: we had absolutely everything we needed. Take-away cups made me smile because I adore détails like this. Room: perfect. It was big enough, with an outstanding view. Excellent design with a meaning! Room service: delicious dishes and fast service. Bar: lovely service

The hotel is superbly located and a 3 min walk from the train station and town center. I am also super grateful for their excellent customer service. I accidentally left my watch behind (a luxury swiss watch) and Priscilla was superb in locating it and getting it to me.

Fantastic building and location. Our room was clean and the view was stunning. Shower was broken (rain shower was spurting water upwards and dripping down from the ceiling…) and although reported it was not attended to which was a disappointment and the reason of the markdown. Basin tap was also a bit impractical with water going everywhere. Definitely consider staying again but don’t get your expectation up as a “5 star” hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Checking in and out was easy. Valet is really nice but be aware that it adds 15€ to the bill. I think that is reasonable and completely worth the cost but I hadn’t seen it mentioned anywhere.
