Dijon is more liveable with lac kir.

Beautiful, serene, calm place to have a relaxing time. I had a glimpse of the lake from the bus from Paris and felt that this is a place one had to visit. Since I am into running, I ran from the hotel where I was staying (near Gare de Dijon-Ville) to Lac Kir. It was amazing invigorating run. I didn't cover the circumference itself, but it should be doable for a mid-level runner. Definitely worth a visit. Or two.

Calm and quiet place in Dijon.. Main attraction in dijon. Very nice in Summer for getting your kids a picnic spot.

Beautiful lake and park for all the family with tons of stuff to do. And so close to the city

Walking bike riding picnics it's very peaceful

Nice to have a walk at a summer evening, avoide swimming though.

Artificial beach to relax on a good sunny day! Bring your towels and edibles as the tuck shop is seldom open! You can walk around the lake or play volleyball at the fake beach! Take bus 12 to lac Kir from Darcy! A good place to have a picnic! Highly recommended!!!
