am
writing
this
review,
am
in
one
of
the
rooms
at
this
'resort'
,
it
is
so
sad
๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฃ
.
I
have
no
idea
why
they
even
call
it
a
'resort',
but
that
is
not
even
my
point.
I
am
at
room
24.
The
moment
I
opened
the
door,
what
I
came
face
was
a
very
disgusting
bad
smell,
which
I
can't
even
resist
to
stand,
it
was
shocking
๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ.
My
immediate
response
was
to
get
as
far
away
from
the
door,
leting
it
open
to
let
the
air
flow,
my
presumption
was
it
might
be
because
of
a
limited
air
circulation.
But
nothing
changed,
I
just
get
into
the
room,
that
bad
smell
is
still
on
the
air,
the
toilet
isn't
working
properly
or
their
might
be
some
sort
of
leaks,
it
is
my
opinion.
I
just
wondered
around,
and
see
nothing.
I
immediately
called
the
room
service,
among
the
four
mobile
lines
on
the
room
service
mannual
only
one
is
responding
(I
have
a
call
record
of
our
conversation).
But
I
can
call
the
handling
by
the
reception
officer
an
unprofessional,
very
disgusting
and
offensive.
(I
just
don't
want
to
write
the
very
detail
of
our
conversation)
He
finally
came
to
the
room
'24'
with
a
janitor,
imagine
it
is
07:48
pm,
he
insisted
the
toilet
should
be
cleaned,
but
I
told
him
that
wasn't
the
problem
(I
saw
it
with
my
own
eyes,
nothing
to
be
cleaned).
He
even
felt
that
bad
smell,
but
seams
he
doesn't
care,
he
just
keep
telling
me
all
the
rooms
are
occupied,
and
he
can't
give
me
other
room.
So
what
?
He
just
left,
telling
me
to
spend
the
night
because
he
couldn't
do
any
better
๐ค๐ค๐ค.

my
only
option
is
to
spend
there
with
the
killing
bad
smell
or
leave
the
room,
with
no
refund
or
compensation!
How
come?
