Do not pay at the pump using a card. Pay in the store. Otherwise you will be have €125 authorised against your card no matter how much fuel you purchase. The balance can take days to be refunded to you. Why use such an old method when pay-at-pump systems in other countries like the UK simply authorise your card and then take the precise amount you have purchased. Come on Shell, sort this out! Holding peoples money like this is tantamount to theft!

Beware we were overcharged at this garage for fuel at the card pump by 54euros. We are a retired couple having an out of season holiday.The pump came up with an error message and wouldnt give a receipt. We are feeling cheated and annoyed and will not use these card pumps again.

Ripped off and I will be taking them on. €50 of fuel but had £117 taken from card. *DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE*

Visited today had the same issue as another reviewer Filled my motorbike with petrol at the pay at pump a receipt was refused and I have been charged £117.97 I spoke to the station who said the bank would refund the difference and spoke to the bank who said this is not the case I need to speak to the merchant ( who barely speak French and gave me an incorrect email address) or wait for the money to be taken and then make a fraud claim, currently ruining my holiday so frustrating!!!!!!!!!

On s'est arrêté pour mettre de l'essence et aller au toilette. Comme d'après les photos on constate que pour nettoyer le pare-brise de la voiture il ne faut pas être nombreux et presque plus d'eau dans le sceau et sale. Les WC manquent de papiers toilette.

4 machines à café automatique à, 2 écrans éteint, une avec une affiche HS et une « plus de café en grain ». On est mercredi à 13h40, c’est quoi l’excuse ? Bon en gros c’est des machines à chocolat et à eau chaude au final? Les WC ne sont pas propres, le sèche main pas hygiénique et un des 2 ne fonctionne pas… Comme d’habitude Shell excède en médiocrité dans sa gestion des aires de services, vive la privatisation
