We love to come krossroad bar.. every week… we always sit in bar chairs and enjoy the drinks with my friends… Especially mahesh bartender… he so cool and kind person…we just come to see him because his service is amazing… And we love to meet him… Such a great great bartender… thank you mahesh will come again and again until we are in Qatar…

Nice place to sit and chill. The food was surprisingly good. The chicken lollipops are very good and the shepherds pie was tasty too. They have BOGO drinks for a while every day, butI can't remember if it was 2-7pm or 2-8pm. There are also several bite and pint specials that are a great value. It's not like the old Krossroads (at least not yet!) but a good value and fun nonetheless. I did miss sitting and watching the live band play.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé attempted to reserve a table for Friday earlier in the week, was informed there's no reservation required, walk-ins are welcome. Arriving on Friday, we were informed it's by booking only. We showed the manager Umran the texted communication, he was unapologetic and said well it's full. We asked why where we not informed, walk-ins are dependent on capacity. He had no answer, did not even try to be apologetic or offer a resolution, was flippant in his attitude, "yeah you can complain or post a bad review". It's okay, no loss to us. But be sure this will not help your company image and reputation. If you managed to get a "manager" title, atleast respect yourself and learn the behaviour of one.

A great place for Rock and Metal gigs, with a nice space and a great sound system, if only they didn't have tables in front of the bands, it is very hard for people to headbang and enjoy themselves and the bands when there are tables there.

Visited this place in COVID time to celebrate valentine's day with BAE. It's a sports bar with medium capacity. Staff is polite and friendly.

One of the worst places bad destiny can take you to. Beside the very cheap service, weak communication skills of the workers. I was literally forced to stand up from a table with my friends to give the chair to another person, the waitress name was Rose, she is one of the most disrespectful people working there, I will never give a chance for another visit for such poor customer experience.

Was an amazing experience. The live music show was damn enchanting. Popcorn and Fries were amazing too. Overall "loved it"

The bar staff are excellent but the security staff are heavy handed and aggressive which spoils the atmosphere. I witnessed a number of ejections from the “club” which were nothing more than disproportionate assault on paying customers. Avoid. I will not be returning.

Decent pub. The band is good. Although I miss the old members. Location isn't easy to reach regularly due to the road work in the area.

Jopay is the best server we’ve ever had at Krossroads. He is friendly and very attention to detail. His service make us keep coming to your club. If you to the bar, look for jopay.

Overall pub is good, but strange rules . Security is requesting ID and not allowing without. I never see such bar or restaurant with such silly rules. People coming to bar to enjoy not to stress, moreover there is a risk loosing ID after getting drunk. I like the food here but the band is truly lacking the DJ is pretty good but really there is zero consideration for guests the closer you get to the speakers the louder it get and there is no room for any communication. The music is good from the DJ but for me I would rather go somewhere I can still talk to my friends and not have to yell into their ear every word.

They have a very unprofessional call center agent. She cancelled our table reservation at the last minute saying they prioritize their regular customer and that she didn’t noticed it was already fully booked. So bad for the customer experience and image of their business.

Not bad food, but selection is very limited. Music is way too loud. Not only that you cannot hear yourself but also it definitely hurts ears. We had a group of friends 10 people and expressed our feeling to the admin of facility. No response. Considering construction around not the best place to get into or out of it by Uber or taxi.

This is a well managed well secured club with a nice vibe and very social atmosphere. We met friends for drinks and was pleasently surprised with the entertainment and ended up eating and enjoying the evening till late. Food was very good and it was allround a very pleasant experience.

Lively bar with good band that takes song request. Place is popular amongst Philipinos and they have "Kabayan nights" with reduced prices for Philipinos (I happen to be there on that night). There are also other themed nights.

Was a bad experience for a first time visit. Staff needs proper customer service training. The Filipino supervisor needs a good training on how to solve problems between customers and club staff not to join the staff and fight customers. Worst experience ever .washrooms are very dirty imagine a club that has more than 1000 guests some toilet doors not even closing.

It was the worsed night last Monday!kabayan supervisor u have to improve ur etiquette on the floor!u must be the one who will fix the problem!between ur staff and customers!bathroom so dirty too.i will never recommend to my friends and colleagues ur club again!

Worst experience they allow people more than fully capacity. Bouncer are rude and do not respect customer. Mr Anthony bouncer misbehaving shouting on customer and the bouncer in pic did not behave well. Worst behaviour of bouncer they think they are the decisions makers of pub. Preference given to only Philippines and ladies. Bar supervisor doesn't care about the customer problem.Treating on preference. Worst Management.

We visited this place multiple times during our trip to Qatar. The place has a great atmosphere plus very good food compared to the price of the food. This place also has a great variety of drinks which made it even better. Also, our waiter was Jonathan who was really nice and gave us a great service as well. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience here and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is one of the most wholesome places in Doha. The staff is very friendly especially if you come for the first-time. The drinks collection is priced well for Qatar and get to you fast. I would recommend getting a table on the weekends as it gets busy. The vibes are nice and this is the chill kind of club in Doha to go with friends. There even have a live band some of the days of the week but better check when you contact them.

KrossRoads Club is our "to go" place! Is comfortable, with the resident band "Soundstations" (these months they are not playing because of the Covid, but they are really good), the nice and efficient staff, and the beers offers and combos! Also, I booked for my boyfriend, so he could have a beer in his birthday. Since I was out of the country, we communicated perfectly by WhatsApp, and my friend went and payed for the service the day before. When my boyfriend arrived next day, everything was settled, they sang to him twice, and they gave him a free small cake as a bday surprise! 10/10 guys, keep going, I hope I see you soon!

It was really good, ambiance and crowd was great. Generally clubs don't care much about snacks but this one had some great stuff. And the way they trat the customers it really appreciated.

The food is great, The cocktails are on point, great ambience.

It was OK. I had a virgin mojito. I did not find the flavor, at all.. Tasteless. Most of my stay I felt umcomfortable because of the smoke smelling all over the place. There should be a division for smokers and non smokers customers. Service was fast, they were very attentive to our request.

Location at Al Wakrah is good Krossroad Bar. Need to upgrade more in variety economical dishes & drinks. The best option I liked was Hop in with Uber ride & show the receipt, you get a drink free.

The atmosphere is very nice and staff is good over all but what I felt they look tired to deal with customer some of them but some are very energetic. But that is usually happening in the Bar. So no complain. But over All very nice. The Band I think they need to change.

Great place, nice music and reasonable prices. Pool table queue is very long and one bouncer decided that no one sits on the table that happened to be next to the pool queue board, or he will kick them out. Because he comes by every while to update the board.

I visited here more than 1 month ago, and too be honest i really enjoyed my drink and the assistance of Mr. Jonathan, he took care of my requests and gave the best service. Great atmosphere and good live band with lots of different people enjoying a night out. Unfortunately so many empty tables but according to staff they are all reserved which does make it disappointing of you want to enjoy the band but are not allowed at any of the tables because "reserved". It would be better if they had more tables that were for anyone to use. For everyone that doesn't reserve a table, they get to hang around the bar area that does get crowded. Otherwise a good night out.

Positive energy all around the bar from the receptionist, guards and also from our server Rowena. Shes very accomodating and i love how jolly she is. We love Mondays at Krosaroads coz ladies got free booze all night that you'll have to worry only for snacks as drinks are on them. When I asked for the bill, they given me a wrong bill. Then I asked to speak with the lounge manager. After that, the security forces assaulted me from behind me in a violent manner, and the manager came and did not say anything. It was a bad experience with the bar staff, and I do not recommend it because they do not treat the staff in a good way.

Krossroads exceeded my expectation. My friends and I really enjoyed our visit. They make Tuesday ladies night as well where as we got unlimited free drinks. Our visit was worth it. We will definitely comeback. Thank you Ms. Rose
