I stayed there for two days hotel quarantine Very poor management Bad customer service

There is bedbugs in the bed me and my husband been bitten badly with huge scars not even disappearing after one month treatment. Disappointed

I loved the view, the beach is amazing, the rooms are old design but comfortable, nice outdoors, friendly staff, good food

The room was nice, we've had better though, for the same price. Overall service was really good. Breakfast wasn't amazing but wasn't horrible. It was super busy, so some guests had to wait to be seated for breakfast. On the Saturday we used the beach and pool facilities and enjoyed it.

The Intercontinental Doha is an amazing facility with stunning views of the inviting torqouise waters of the gulf. But I choose this facility not for the view, well not completely. I selected it because COVID-19 has been devastating to my health and waistline. I wanted a location with a good gym with easy access and a variety of exercise items.. I found that in abundance at the fitness center. 24 hours of ample machinery, equipment, and weights in a stress free environment with a calming view of a paradise reclaimed from the desert. But what was also appreciated and refreshing was the amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Always on hand with assistance with anything question, query, and qualm I might think up. I can not hope to remember all of their names but a few superstars are Ms. Leisl, Ms.Dencil, and Ms. Mareene. The guys, who are also very helpful, were not present when I asked for help and decided to write this but they are equally competent and professional. I especially want to thank Ms.Nilmini. She witnessed me about to make a possibly painful mistake involving a stretching machine and not only politely stopped me, but showed me the correct way to operate it. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Very happy to stay at the Intercontinental hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. Hotel location is great too and we were able to take a walk to local park and shopping areas. All our needs were catered for. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The best staff we were take cared by the manager Stefan Sigmund and Andrew special thanks to them for the 5 star service .

The best venue and the best service, perhaps not only in Qatar, but in the whole region. I hope it never changes.

This place is excellent. Beautiful pools, Mediterranean ambiance restaurants, tennis and squash courts, beach access and a stunning view.

Everything is great and wonderful. The breakfast buffet experience and the menu are phenomenal. The staff are friendly and helpful with our kids, especially Trisha and Sheron. I'm definitely coming back to this Hotel whenever i visit Qatar next time.

Every thing is amazing, except the way to the elevators you have to pass by the English bar which’s annoying for families.

I tried to communicate with you more than once, but no one answered me. I forgot the sports shirt in a room in your hotel, but no one contacted me, neither on e-mail nor on Instagram. I was disappointed in your hotel. Is it possible for you to respond to my calls?

I love the recreational facilities of this resort. The beach and pool are amazing. The beach is just perfect - sandy entrance, gradual descent, deep enough to swim. The pools are also great. We visit Belgian Café, there is a lot of selection of good beers on their tap. I love the lamb chops, one the best. Also the Beer Mussels was great and of course the Belgian Waffles for desserts, It was a delicious desserts to end a perfect dinner. The service was excellent and thanks to Pamela for guiding us in the restaurant to have a great experience, definitely going to visit Belgian Café again.

Return guest, can’t wait to come back again. Real 5* experience at every touch point. All staff do an exceptional job. In particular Trisha In the breakfast and Mohammed at reception. No request was a bother and they continue to work above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic experience. Mohamed was able to track down some items I left 2 months ago. Plus he handled a couple of requests with ease. That really was impressive and we hope to come back again. Well done to all staff, what an amazingly run hotel. It is all very appreciated. Food amazing, pools fantastic, rooms exceptional, service next level

Food could have been better. For a 5-star hotel the experience was just average in terms of hospitality and food.

Great services staff very friendly treat you as a person not a number

This hotel is located on a private beach and it is simply stunning. The rooms are large and spacious and there are a lot of activities to do at the hotel's premises. I was here for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
