Did not accept card payment at check out, with the motivation that the amount was too small. VERY strange for a 5-star hotel in a developed country. Otherwise rooms are EXCEPTIONAL. Pool area quite boring.

Great and clean place , but the views aren’t the best , and it’s hard to access the place since it’s all construction around it .

I have stayed for 2 days and they upgraded me to Suite. Excellent hotel, superb services and greta food.

If I could give this hotel seven stars then I would without hesitation. Such an amazing place with intricate detail in the rooms. We stayed in the Executive Suite of the Najd Botique Hotel and were blown away by the attention to detail and authenticity of the architectural history. The staff also went above and beyond for us, especially Ibrahim at the check-in, Ansar the porter and Ashraf who took care of our car. This is a stay that we will most definitely repeat!

A hotel full of peace and clean, staff very prompt and polite. Late check-out is a must, if you have a afternoon flight. For sure i will be their guest in the next future.

Chose to stay at this hotel based on my previous experience with this boutique hotel chain. And this time around it didn’t let me down and in fact it was beyond my expectations. Despite the room size is smaller than that of Hotel Najada, but it apparently to be a newer hotel and every thing in the room is updated. Service is another thing worth positive feedback, felt like being in a family with every staff there willing to help even with smallest things such as help carrying my groceries to the room. In short this is the hotel to stay if you visit Doha and it’s the choice you’ll never regret.

A lovely hotel within the heart of the souq. Well appointed, set out and restaurants, pool and nearby. Great staff who actually look after you.

Upside, beautiful room, and very beautiful hotel, good restaurant, excellent 8pm walking tour. Downside, shower in 7113 did not drain at all and nothing done by 11pm in spite of 4 requests since 8am.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Gym was well equipped. Close to the souk waqif area and easy to get around. A few different hotels around the same site of the same group but usually not clear where you are staying. When I booked the hotel through Qatar airlines I wasn't informed which one I would have to go to. I took a taxi to souk waqif and arrived at one of the hotels and then they arranged a buggy for me to go to my hotel. All good in the end.

great location..if you are visiting qatar ir have been born here you have to try this place..short walk to souq waqif and musharub city..rooms are pretty good comparing to other hotels here. but i thought there is shirtage of staff and you have to call the reception for every thing and my not be answered.so come for the experiance not the service.

The parking is fare and the hotel didn’t provide us with the free parking ticket so we should wait until the golf car is available to drive to the parking and punch the free parking ticket in the gate This process is very annoying and the staff are complaining and impolite The was with windows that allows the outside lights from outside even at night

Had a great time during my stay, excellent service from staff. However my only notice is regarding the time for meals for fasting residents, meaning to separate the time for iftar and dinner, because the the iftar and dinner are served together.

Great location. Great staff. My only issue was the bed was too soft for me. Otherwise everything was excellent. It's right next to the metro station. Even though it's in Souq Wafiq it was not loud since it's in the quieter area. Will definitely stay here again.
