    I have a very disturbing and disappointing experience last night around 1:30 am in landmark branch of qnb atm machine, After my shift I went there to deposit some amount in my saving plus account I was stopped by 2 security officers and they were very rude and unprofessional, they treated me like I came to do something wrong there even I was explaining that atm machines are for 24 hours but they threatened me in so many different ways ! I been in Middle East past 11 years even Dubai , this is first time I encountered such mannerisms of security personnel, they acted like they are above Local Authority, I know I am Asian because of my race I treated very bad and it was so embarrassing! Even in country like Qatar a metropolitan city I felt very miss-treated I felt very uncomfortable with that incident! No one should be treated like that no matter what their races at least in this 21st century Very disappointed

    Worst branch ever, went there and registered my number and got ticket number, were many people waiting while no enough seats. One lady from the employees came said hi to one of the customers who we’re waiting picked him up, finished his business, just like that, no respect for 10 persons who are waiting before him. Horrible customer service. Waiting time 2 hours

    If I could give zero stars, I would. All QNB bank branches are horrible, you wait for hours to see customer service and they still dont resolve your issues, you need multiple visits for that....Pathetic, banking with tears.

    Its my 1.5 hours and I am still waiting to pick up my card. After waiting in both QNB branches, i started to think waiting in banks for simple things is a general thing in Qatar.

    Busy branch however the receptionist (Ms. Zina) is so professional and helpful ( dont forget to bring a copy of your passport and National address certificate in case they need to proceed a file update 😀)

    I think QNB should have online appointments as well to avoid huge walk-ins and give the service to the customer in more systematic way. I took the token for cashier and i was waiting for more than 1 hour standing.

    Bad branch in every sense of the word I was there and they had no more than 10 clients, and the receptionist was trying to go to the clients and say they had blood pressure. Other than that, other than the bad treatment that resembles their morals More than once, I withdraw from the machine and if I do not take money from the machine, the amount is deducted from my account. And none of the failed employees can help me I don't mean to offend by saying "losers", but you are actually losers

    Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service l, the girl at the entrance left her desk and never came back just like that. They kept saying she’s coming back now. Supervisor is nowhere around, he / she doesn’t check anything. Rude customer service, security let people inside without queue “just to ask a question” 1 hour of waiting is guaranteed. Worst QNB branch I ever been.

    Well! It's a really small branch , can't handle loads of people coming up , the waiting area Is fairly small , sometimes there is no place to seat . Sometimes the customer the are don't know why the won't or not bringing the right paper work which adds up the waiting time .

    The worst customer service I have ever seen Got my number there was one person other than me in the bank and everyone who came after me got to see customer service before me ! After an hour I went to say hey what’s up they are yes wait. Finally a person at the desk calls me and says it doesn’t matter how long you were here if someone gets a number with this or that they will see customer service before you ! When I said the credit card you issued me 2 weeks ago at this branch has an issue and it doesn’t work on tap wireless they are like we have to charge you 125 Qrs for a replacement ? Excuse me ? Why you issued me a faulty card why should I pay for it? Oh well you ll have to go to card center in Al sadd and check there. I am giving u back a card that is faulty that you issued me 2 weeks ago and u want me to pay ??? Now I have to waste more time and go to another branch to get a card replacement after wasting an hour sitting and waiting !!! Horrible service and QNB is supposed to be the better bank in doha !!!!

😠 Very poor customer service. One Arabic lady who picked up the call kept transferring the call to others providing the wrong contact numbers. She was so rude and had zero idea how she works for customer service with that unprofessional and rude attitude
